If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The quality and selection of clothing is worth it, and the shopping experience there is even more enjoyable! All the employees are so kind and helpful giving styling advice. I always feel welcomed in when I walk through the doors, especially when greeted by owner Jeff Tenner! Thank you, Soca!!

I have tried to shop here multiple times and each is the same- I just cannot give business to a store that does not greet, does not engage or offer help, and looks at the customer as if deciding whether they are worthy of assistance. Each time I leave feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman after her first shopping attempt.After the last time when my daughter was treated in the same manner, I am compelled to leave a review. Other Homewood boutiques are much more pleasant, kind, helpful and will receive my business.

I have worked in many retail establishments, from major dept stores to boutiques. Today I was disappointed with the professionalism of one of the employees who claimed to be a stand-in for the manager who wasn’t in the store. There was one dress left in a particular style that I wanted, however, the zipper was broken and the seam was ripped. Although it was damaged, the associate said it was sellable. I assumed she would take off some for the inconvenience of me having to go to alterations and pay them to fix this dress. They were having a 50% off sale on many racks in the store. This dress was marked 50% off but was not marked damaged, so I assumed she would take off a few $ for me to get it fixed. She said no because it was marked down already. I explained that so was everything else that wasn’t damaged. She refused to give any extra off. I bought it anyway because it was a good price and I could afford to get it fixed, but I seriously doubt that she has been well trained for a retail job. No establishment sells damaged goods without an extra markdown.🙄

This is THE spot to buy jeans! They not only have amazing brands, they work with you to find the pair that fit your body type. The staff knows their stuff and want to help you find what works for YOU. Jeans are just one of the many great things you will find here. From apothecary items to special occasion pieces, they really do have it all. Love this place!

I have a great/kind of gross (the gross part has to do with me...not the store) story about soca! i was wearing a white dress at work (i was the manager at a hair salon in homewood). i had a 7th grade freak out bc of...um...an emergency. it was a CRAZY day at the salon & i had no time to leave & buy another outfit. i called soca & said, im freaking out right now! i NEED some jeans! i have a mom belly, so i need them to be high waisted to cover that, i want them to be a little distressed, & i dont want to spend a gazillion dollars. i also need a top! i think id like a little flow-y, a neutral color, & again, i dont want to spend a gazillion dollars. i gave the girl my credit card number & told her id swing by in 10 minutes. i did just that. she met me outside with the outfit she picked for me, my receipt, & a HUGE apology for what happened to my dress! it was AWESOME! to this day, those are still my very favorite jeans.
