I love it here!!! The workers are always super nice and helpful.

I am not from the area and wanted to find a cute wig while on my trip and I loved this place! They have a huge variety of wigs and also other products. Their customer service was great. They help you find what you need without being too pushy to buy things like a lot of other beauty stores. I will definitely be back!

So far I love this store. The workers and manager(I believe he is the manager) is really nice. They greet you every time you walk through the door. They make sure you get assistant and a plus for me is that they actually know a little something about the products they sell and can point you right to what you are looking for. The prices are THE BEST compared to other stores and you can easily find what you are looking for and get in and out. Love the location and i love the look of the store....the only con i have about this store is that there is a new guy or someone i never really noticed that will follow you around and seems like one of those people that will think anyone is stealing but i can understand why some people are that way because some people just wont do right . atleast they arent all crazy with it like the people at beauty mark.

I love this store I have never had any problem with anyone everyone is so friendly and my main thing is I love their hair.

I dont go anywhere else now theyve opened. I love the entire staff. Very friendly and helpful and they always have what I need. Glad to have them on my side of town.

They cool and all but when the paper on the door says 8am I expect it to open at 8am never opening on time is a major habit for them

Finally a store with a STORE ATMOSPHERE unlike the one across the street. well needed in Tuscaloosa. Looks like a mall in there. Affordable and really REASONABLE PRICES. High quality staff

I will not be shopping at any of the beauty outlet stores if I don’t go to the other competitors I will order my hair I don’t like dis honest people I think the customer service on Mcfarland is horrible I looked at hair a month ago in one area by the counter there were few people in the store and the employees were all eating O Charleys and playing and talking nobody offered to help me so I went back yesterday to get the same empire hair the price was marked up they lied to me about discounting the hair I wanted to use my discount card they wouldn’t let me I started to walk out but my hair stylist was going out of town and I had to hurry up but I’m never going back and I’m going to let my family and friends on Facebook and instagram his horrible my experience was and the unprofessional business that they do there

I was ecstatic that I found a hair store open early on a Sunday! I drove an hour to purchase some things and no one was at the store. The hours say open at 9am . It’s now 9:30 and still no one in sight. Very disappointed!

Horrible service by a staff member when I was trying to get a wig. He argued me down and called me a liar when I told him he gave me the wrong wig. I had a witness with me when I bought the wig but he continued to argue me down. I will not be going back to that store.
