Update: Michael (store manage) is really awesome. He came out and checked the car himself. Got a new battery and back on the road in an hour. I would still recommend getting a car from there.Sales service is great. Worked with me to get the car i wanted. Got the car in February but has to take it to serviced in April because it would not start. They changed several different things. They told me they didnt know what was wrong. Here out is only a month later having to find a way to her it there because it wont start. And check engine light is still on.

We have bought 4 cars from this location. Our latest purchase of a Sonata is a 13k car that we were required to make a 2k down payment on. My husband has been a mechanic for over 30 years. He pointed out some mechanical issues with the car in hopes the Byrider in house mechanics would resolve them. We were told they didnt see anything bad enough to resolve yet. Basically telling us that it would have to break before they would do anything. Well...here we are with the car having to be turned on and off to get it in gear to be able to drive. The check engine light is on. The rear wheel bearings are making sounds. The breaks are squeaking and the CV Axel is clicking. There is a P0705 transmission issue. And the codes are still coming in. Airbag codes: B2500 and B1325. Cluster module codes. Seriously this is absurd. Weve had the car about two weeks and all this? Show some appreciation and respect for repeat customers.

Rude customer service in the service department! They don’t fully maintenance the cars on the lot before selling them. If so they’re supposed to catch an issue before it makes it to the buyer. Whether it is bought as is or not. It’s required by law that they’re supposed to fix any problem before a car is driven off the lot.

With our first car, it was totaled in an accident, and they put us in another one, even forgiving the $500 that we owed after insurance. After my wife got sick and lost her job, we had to return our second one. They were gracious about it completely. Now were on our 3rd car. We experienced some unforseen issues with it, and they immediately had us bring it in to fix the issues. Their service, sales, and payment departments are wonderful. They have no shred of decency during the pandemic for my friend’s family who is making payments biweekly even though they can’t make the full payment due to job loss.If you fall on hard times, even when the whole country is suffering, expect ZERO understanding even if you’re making partial payments regularly.Mike specifically is terrible and wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I called to try to make a payment for my friend. They just want to repo her car.

Well to start off walked in and not a single person welcomed us or said a word,we looked inside the vehicle we were interested in and it was dirty,asked if they detail the vehicle when they sale then they said it already was detailed. So then we went and talked to someone else and needless to say she had little knowledge about how other places worked because her perks are offered EVERYWHERE. The place is a joke and the customer service needs serious work. Wouldnt recommend unless youre desperate.

Very professional.Came when the A/C wasnt working. Debating about getting a car here. Quick application process and was direct to the point.They work with people who are working on their credit. Just make sure to come with 2-3 pay stubs. I came with one and was told to come back when I have two more.They also take trade ins as a down payment. Many vehicles to choose from, salesman Pat and all other employees were very pleasant and thorough with information and processing. Had an issue with one of the back windows not working from the drivers door, they ordered the part needed and installed it at no charge to me. They also did an oil change that day for 5 bucks as advertised for customers and I was there about 45 minutes for everything!
