The body work on the car was great. Cant even tell it was ever wrecked. Would have been five stars but inside of my car is a mess. They have sanding dust everywhere and my leather has overspray on it and dust. Also they dont call or return calls when they say they will to keep you updated of progress.

Everything about my repair process was awesome! The people there are true professionals that do things the right way. They were very honest about the whole process from the first time we spoke, and they called me throughout the process to update me about the status of my repair. They were friendly and kind, but as I said, also straightforward and honest about how things would work in terms of insurance and the length of time my car might have to be there.My car looks brand new after the repair. They cleaned the outside and inside, and it seems like they covered all the fine details before handing me the keys again. The whole process was never stressful, it was straight to the point and done the right way. I haven’t had my car back for too long, but I truly believe them when they say they’ll be there to fix any issues they may have missed.I would highly recommend Tuscaloosa Ford. Even though I drive a Honda (they’re Honda and USAA certified), if the experience I had is representative of the dealership as a whole, then this is a quality dealership that will treat you professionally and honestly. I can’t remember the last car repair experience I had that was anywhere near as simple and easy as this was.

Highly impressed with the level of work done. Just picked it up ahead of their goal of May 8th. Diane answered my questions, walked us out to the car as we picked it, and asked if we were pleased with the work. The front of my car looks brand new!

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to know me. I didn’t feel rushed or just like the next customer. The job was completed timely and correct. Ford booked my car for repairs only a week from when I called and completed everything on the short timeline they gave me. Very happy with the service provided and I would happily use them in the future if the need arises.

The people were very courteous and friendly. They kept me posted about everything that was happening with my repair. My car was shining when I picked it up. We even laughed about the $1 pack of hotdog buns costing me $500. I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs repairs done. Thanks!!!

Took my truck to the collision center on a Tuesday (after Labor Day) for repair from an accident... After the accident my Bluetooth stopped worked in my truck... When I dropped my truck off that Tuesday (early in the morning) I told them that the Bluetooth went out front he accident and hasnt worked since then... They said they will look into it... 9 days later I receive a call my truck is ready to go... It is picked up on a Thursday... The Bluetooth is still not working... They tell me they cant fix it and I need to contact the service department... Once I contact the service department... The gentleman that works on that type of stuff is only in Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-12... So you mean to tell me that my truck with with Ford for 1 Monday and 2 Wednesdays and no one thought to walk next door or call and see if my Bluetooth can be fixed... Toady is a Thursday and now it cant be looked again until next Wednesday day because work... Very disappointed...
