Having problems finding halloween decorations. But they nail it.

I love this store! I can literally go there every single day for things to make a new DIY projects. They have everything in one place from the brushes, paint, vines, material, you name it. They even meet my Happy Planner needs 🧡💛🧡

Never has the right signs up and employees won’t help with anything. It’s the only craft store in driving distance around me so I’m basically stuck having to go here for my crafts.

The last 2 times I visited this store their bathroom has been out of order. So I guess the employees arent using the bathroom🤷🏾‍♀️Just say we dont have public bathrooms!I wont visit this location anytime soon!

I called very loud 3 or 4 times to get checked out, before a cashier showed up. If you cant hire enough workers to have someone close to checkout you should at least have a bell or some way to get cashier attention. Mom was in the store a few days earlier and a potential customer left her items on checkout counter and left. Store is clean and neat. Cashier when she came was nice and professional.

Prices on some items not clearly marked.

Had a lot more stuff then the one in Vero Beach Florida

They have a larger selection of vinyl fabric than other places but do not carry contact adhesive or rollers needed to apply it. They ask for your email address at checkout.

They have a good variety of products and friendly staff. They also have good sales on a regular basis.

Nice craft store. Found majority of what I was looking for. Staff was helpful. Large selection of artificial flowers. A little pricey but often has sales for deep discounts.

Good selection of yarn and fabric. They have a lot of good crafty books, including coloring, fabric patterns, hand lettering books. There was some clearance bins so those are always fun to pick through. Well lit place and organized.

The staff here are really sweet, knowledgeable, and ready to help! I sew costumes and I find it really sweet that the staff love to see what Im making/made! The fabric selection here is absolutely amazing, as is the jewelry and paint supplies! This is my absolute favorite store in the entire world!

I love to look at all the new items they have for every season and holiday. They have a good selection of jewelry finds as well. Plus all the great fabrics. I can spend alot of time in there because I like to look at everything!

I was so disappointed when I got home to find the fall decor I paid for was not in my bag and they charged me twice for an item. So I called and they say sure come back in and bring your reciete. Easy for them to say, it’s 30 miles one way for me to drive!!!!

A huge selection of fabric & craft items, plus a fair bit of home dec. Store was a bit of a train wreck as far as neatness or cleanliness, but thats typical of so many retail stores anymore as they slash payroll to try to compete with online sellers.Biggest shock was the prices! Fabrics have gotten so expensive that it makes no sense to sew anymore unless you do it simply as a hobby or need something unique or custom. The per yard prices at Joann are crazy. Ill probably not bother unless I need something I just cant buy elsewhere, not a good recipe for building a solid base of return customers. Tough industry to be in these days, their golden days are over.

I just love all things decor/craft/everything I used to make fun of my mom for being obsessed with. Lol they’re usually pretty good about having what you want in stock. You can always check before hand through the JoAnn app though.

Spent 40 dollars on 6 blue roses. Wanted to return them. Still had the tag on them and everything. As I walked in right at 6 o’clock, the lady told me they were closing and kicked me out. She had a horrible attitude and I was super turned off. It was repelling 🤢🤮
