Had excellent customer service from Cheyenne! So helpful and super knowledgeable about the inventory. Picked a couple of shirts for a special occasion and new jeans! Great job!

They have an extensive range of everything for your cowboy/cowgirl needs. There is also stuff for the little ones too. (boots, hats shirts, jeans, ect.) the pictures are of the designs of the hat bands. As I do bead work like this they were taken from inspiration.

Love the store, Great selection if boots. Only thing no size 5 or 5 1/2. I just cant wear a 6. I did buy a few blouses and a Jacket. Store was nice and clean and employees were fantastic and really enjoyed sales people all were fantastic.

They have a very good selection of western style jeans here of varied sizes. They also have a great variety of different types of boots. It is a great place to shop for basic work boots that are durable, too. You will find that the sales employees are friendly and helpful. They are happy to help with fitting, if needed.

Love this store! The employees were so nice. I went to find a dress to get married in and the lady that helped me picked my dress and it was definitely the one I loved! Very friendly and fast no hassle at all

The service I received the two times I have ever been inside this location was bitter sweet. I called and inquired about their boot stretching. I bought some Doc Martens from a different company and needed help breaking them in. When I dropped my boots off the younger lady who helped me was so nice and really personable. She assured me my boots were in great hands and I could pick them up. The next morning when I picked them up from the Manager it wasnt as nice as a experience. I tried on my shoes and was quickly escorted out of the store. So much so that I left my phone. Im not sure if its policy to be escorted out of the store after picking up boots but I had the feeling I was not wanted there. All in all not super brown person friendly during the day, come at night to shop. Far better staff.

The only reason Im giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because 90% of the staff up there looked like they literally hated their lives. Thankfully they had Jamie, who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so personable and just made my entire shopping experience better. She literally gave me better service than the manager who was up there, who when I asked for her help, just pointed off in the distance. Give Jamie a raise, shes the only reason Im giving this place more than 1 star!

I really dont even want to give them one star!! We took our son to get a pair of boots. Apparently we look like we steal. Even though I have never stole a thing in my life. They watched us everywhere we went in the store. I finally asked one of the staff to help me with a size of boot we were looking for. She said she would be right back and next thing I knew she was helping someone else. She never came back. My husband was so upset how we were treated. So we just left. So we will never be back in that store again!!!

Great customer service! A gentleman named Don helped my husband find a pair of work boots and when they didnt have the size of the one he liked he called the other store and asked them to hold it for us. Will definitely come back!

Went by this morning, my sons cowboy hat was very dirty and had been loaned to someone for about a year. It was probably in a closet somewhere. The young girl working was very helpful and accommodated int, she cleaned and shaped the hat. The end result was better than I ever imagined it could look! Thank you, did not catch her name but she and I talked about her dog and she was so friendly!

The only reason why Im leaving any stars at all is because the initial sales person did a great job helping out, showed all the jeans sales and he was definitely cool to work with.Where I am taking away stars is at the checkout process. They would not price match on online competitor for a $15 difference, so we decided not to buy that item. Upon checkout they give me a coupon for $15 off an item of 50 or more ( which wouldve bought the item they werent willing to price match )The manager and 4 other cashiers were just hanging out at the front counter being fairly obnoxious and I honestly didnt seem too friendly during the cash out process. This is why I usually buy things online so I dont have to deal with sub poor customer service and I usually get a better price. Case in point.

If you are looking for jeans they have the absolute best selection and probably almost any possible size you could need. They have a great selection of western wear and boots as well, but not just a western wear store. Staff is always willing to help you with your purchase. They can even do alterations and embroidery.

I love shopping here. They didnt have the particular brand of overalls in the size I was looking for (big fellas) but were very helpful in ordering it for me and called me when it arrived. Very friendly employees. Very large selection.

Looking for cowboy boots for our boy. Found them with the help of an employee. Was able to get him new Jeans and a shirt in no time at all. Staff friendly, and everyone very helpful.

I recently bought 2 pairs of Silver jeans for my husband. Both pairs needed to be hemmed so we paid the $5 fee and were extremely impressed with how well the alterations were done! Also, the sales associate who took the work order and helped me measure the jeans was very helpful and polite.

Boot Barn bought Drysdales. By January the Drysdales name will be off the store. They have a large selection of everything but they are a bit pricey. Helpful staff

So sad that it has changed hands and soon the outside will be remodeled to reflect the Boot Barn name. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the outside when I was there yesterday, it is a landmark In Tulsa and I actually worked there part time around 25-30 years ago. Such a unique Place to shop

At the checkout lane they kept pressing the credit card sale and we kept telling her no but she kept instisting we get a card. After telling her no she finally stopped but other than that love the place.

We do a lot of custom design work with Drysdales. They are a great company with quality people! I feel they do great embroidery work on all of our company clothing.

Spent $300 on boots, wore them 2 1/2 months and the soles are completely coming off. After being told they would exchange drove over an hour one way and they did absolutely nothing. I regret ever shopping here. Save your money and go some where else, especially if you want reasonable customer service. The manager was a complete pos, he looked, not asking any details and just said no, had no conversation with him nor did he even introduce himself. We had no clue who he even was until someone said he was the manager.

Not my favorite store. Helpful and nice people work here but every time I go to this store everything seems rushed and they are always busy. The isles seem cluttered with merchandise.

I bought a pair of boots from drysdales and not a cheap pair either, a good solid pair that when i talked to the associate about them and described what i would be doing in the boots cleaning stalls at a farm and working at a car dealership detailing cars he said they would be fine for that. Fast forward less than a month later and the boots are falling apart with the bottom coming apart from the top of the boot, I called costumer service said they would evaluate them. When i received the call from their boot return person she informed me that the boots could not be returned because they had been around animal acids and that the animal acids deteriorated the boots... so i bought western boots at a western store that can not be used on a farm... just fantastic

Wont be spending my money there anymore, bought a pair of boots that were messed up tried to take them back, would not return them . So now I get to buy another pair somewhere else. Nothing like being screwed out of 150 bucks.

If you werent treated like a soon to be thief every time you walked in, it wouldnt be too bad. Me and a friend went in to look at boots, and literally every employee we encountered was watching us. Seemed like far too many employees as well. Atleast 2 for every customer. Decided I needed to buy boots there instead of driving clear across town or else I would have spent my $500 elsewhere.

Drysdales is now Boot Barn. It looks a little different but has the same products. Nice and helpful staff.

The girls that work at this location are so rude, even the manager. This has not only happened once but its happened EVERY time i go. Worst customer service. The 71st and memorial location is a whole different story they are the nicest!

I placed an online order for a pair of boots. After two weeks I did not receive the boots, when I finally got a hold of some one they said that although the system indicated they were in stock they were not and the order was back ordered. I asked if there were similar boots I could order and was told they would get with the manufacturer rep and get back with me. After another 10 days there was no response. I canceled the order which hopefully they did. Matters are made worse as this was a gift. I will not order online with them and recommend that you dont either. Communication and customer service is terrible.

My family and I have shopped at Drysdales for as long as I can remember~ I normally love going. I went today to exchange a outfit that I received as a baby shower gift. The counter girl was very unhelpful. She hollered for a lady named Lynn to come help her and Lynn was ever more rude. If I ever go back to Drysdales it wont be at the 71st location. It was pathetic, No customer service skills at all. Thumbs down-

My boyfriend and I went here the other day when we were in the mens section we had no help at all. We havent been here in awhile but the last time we were there we had no problems the girl that was working in the mens section was so helpful she was tall and brown hair with blonde highlights I forgot here name but I think it started with a D if she was there the day we went in drysdales would have got a five stars from us. Very disappointed this trip.

Great store, but my brother had to return a pair of boots my mom bought him because his leg brace he has to wear for drop foot would not fit in them and they were rude to him about returning them.

Great Texan store for traditional clothing. Bought my cowboy hat here however staff was not very helpful. Yet got a bargain by looking on my own.

No sympathy from these people, I parked to eat my lunch for ten minutes and was asked to leave the parking space because they are tired of people taken them. They have a full front open space side and back im guessing for their employees. Explained I was just eating my lunch to get back to work, guess what. Didnt care just told me to park on side or elsewhere. What has happen to this world. No sympathy, i guess thats why your front lot is almost always empty. Thanks a lot.

The return policy is absolutely atrocious. The staff at did not appear to be courteous nor helpful at all with the situation. I ended up leaving there with a $280 pair of boots that I dont really want nor plan to keep.
