Incredible staff and service every time we have visited. Attentive to the needs of the customer, including the kids. All employees seem to go above and beyond in assisting when needed—informed staff about various circumstances. I have sent many friends and family here, and all reported similar treatment. The optometrist even discovered things my doctor didnt notice about my health. The manager Arusha took care of an issue we had rather quickly and professionally. I would recommend going here.

So I had my eyes checked in December Dr. told me one prescription and glasses still looked blurry so I redid my vision test having to pay once again and prescription was once again different a lot lower then it was five months before all I want is my money back and not to use this vision center again since they don’t want to work with me unhappy with the glasses the service and my prescription so I don’t even trust the dr now and I’ll probabaly have my eyes retested some where else. On top of that I was told a bump in my eye was cancerous can you even say that with testing the bump first? Annoyed with my experience and after two years of using this vision center I will not be going back. Also girls have no idea what they are talking about they just want you to get all the add one with out really needling it just to make more money.

I’ve been going there for years and the staff has always been very nice. The last time I went, the staff was even greater! Dr. Kaura was so kind and did everything she could to find a pair of contacts that fit very well! The staff who helped me pick out my glasses were all so nice and really went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair of glasses! Definitely recommend! They always try their best!

Very disrespectful over s mask over my mouth but not my nose. I have asthma and cant breathe with a mask over my nose. She just lost the store 500.00 . i was outdide of the entrance to the vision center. Fortunately Target is down the street and they know good customer service.

Walmart vision & Glass center throughout my $400 glasses and frames. I explained that it would be approximately a month or so before I return for the glasses at no time was I told they would be thrown away if I didnt get them fast enough. I received two phone calls and responded within 10 days to retrieve the glasses. Management did not have any idea what I was talking about nor was anyone taking responsibility for that fact that they threw them away. There was no mention of any responsibility for their actions other than a person in store policy to throw them away or donate them. I couldnt get a straight answer about this policy nor who were the persons responsible for throwing them out. I dont know about you but I cant afford to do business with people like this. I dont like to be given the runaround and I most certainly dont have the money to throw away $400 glasses and well have to find them accountable in small claims court. Im sure the court will agree that without informing, or disclosing the fact they would be thrown out if I didnt pick them up within a certain. Of time, that without that knowledge it is not okay to throw somebody elses property out that left them in your safe hands. They certainly werent taking up much room. This being said I have not seen any advantage in any sense of the word to do business at this location. They did not care. I personally would not do business with them because of the way that they handled this situation.

SAVE YOUR TIME. This was the best price I needed contacts and already had a prescription for my glasses. They were fast to see me. The doctor was great don’t get me wrong it was the assistants that were horrible to work with. Paid for my insurance for my glasses, they broke and I took them so they could be sent out to get fixed. Instead of sending them out they fixed them there in the office. Not even a week later and they broke again, the screw they put in was way too small! Keep in mind I only use my glasses to drive. Second thing was that the wait to be seen was ridiculous, after the first time it was like they didn’t care about you at all, they did have your money already. It would take 1-2 months to be seen and i would always ask to be put on a waiting list, never happened. Every time I’d call to see if something opened up for sooner there was something, never a call or anything however. Last time I went I was scheduled for the morning, showed up just to be told that I had agreed to a time the afternoon before when I know there was no way I would’ve agreed because I had work the whole afternoon. Showed up told me it’d be a while to be seen, assistant got upset and gave me attitude when I asked why they had put me in the system for yesterday when there was no way I could’ve come in. This is the worst possible place to be seen, unprofessional to say the least. Pay the $50-$100 and go elsewhere it’s really not worth dealing with these people. Dissatisfied to say the least.

I got my daughters contact lens exam here. Everything was great, but when my daughters fitting was going on the Dr was in a hurry to get rid of us. And they ask me if i want to buy my daughters lens there. HELL NO!!! NEVER WILL WE BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

Im giving this place 5 stars thanks to Monica. She went more and beyond than what most Optometrist assistants have done for me in my years of wearing prescription eyeglasses and contacts. She cares about customers and is great at what she does! Thank you Monica!

I went in for my yearly eye exam. I have been coming here for 14 years and never had an issue until today. They didn’t check my insurance properly and told me I only owed my co payment and then charged me 3 times the amount. They didn’t pay attention to me when I was waiting at the desk for help. They were just talking and joking around with each Other instead of helping customers/clients. I will not be coming back here.

I ordered my glasses last Friday I talked with Monic shes good with coustemer service but only one problem we are talked about Stanton optical they take to long to get the glasses too many days and the are the same: I ordered my glasses last Friday on September 2 and today is Friday September 9 and I still wait for my glasses. I drove all way to Tulare Ca. I get in and asked to one lady her name is Norma this lady is funny shes like play games: I not play games, I want my glasses right now no tomorrow, no Monday or Tuesday; any way is my last time I order my glasses in this place or drive from Visalia to Tulare heck no to this ugly town😡👿

They dont take all insurances, always try to sell you more things you dont need & dont carry all the stuff needed for your glasses.
