I was asked to put my mask on and when I said it wasnt a mandate the guy went immediately and got the manager I had both of my children with me. Me. They said if I do not put a mask on that I will be forced to leave. While Im not 4 masks I would have put it on if they were not rude to me. When I refused to put it on they said I either need to hurry up or leave. When I got ready to leave the guy wouldnt even tell me my total he made me read it off of the screen. I will never shop at this store again.

Rude customer service , they dont care about their customers. Masks are mandated only in this store and will kick you out even if you are vaccinated. They simply dont care.

My boyfriend and I have been regulars at this location for years now since we live close by. Today will be both our last days in that store and I hope more will follow. The mask mandate has been lifted from that store for months now. Now, I understand stores have policies BUT.... The so called Manager Eddy, decided to not only refuse service before OR after my boyfriend had put a mask on. (YES HE TRIED TO COMPLY AND STILL THE MANAGER CALLED THE COPS ON HIM) 🤣🤣 so fast forward I go down to talk to the manager that we always deal with to see what is actually the issue, since eddy wasnt wearing his mask, but refused service regardless what my boyfriend did. Sadly he wasnt there. Instead I was verbally asalted and flipped off by a new worker, Abby or addy. Name is on viedo that was recorded. She then tried to come out the front door as if she was trying to fight me. Eddy had to push her back in the store. Then Eddy threatened to call the cops on me because he couldnt answer why he is kicking loyal customers out when he cant even where his mask. He THEN DECIDED TO INSULT ME SAYING SINCE I SHOP THERE I MUST BE POOR AND MY BOYFRIEND ISNT A MAN BECAUSE HE WONT WEAR A MASK!! COMING FROM A BOY WHO WONT WEAR HIS OWN MASK!!I highly suggest going to the other several stores and not this one, since that is what the management team thinks.of their customers who spend their hard earned money to support their jobs!?!? No way!! Join me in boycotting this store until SERIOUS ACTION IS TAKEN ON THESE TWO EMPLOYEES!!!!Ps: cops never came either times lol they literally hung up on eddy!! 😂😂

Lady is so rude she said masks i said ok respectfully and she talked the the other customers under her breathe about us ... This is only time i had a problem she is new.

Becarefull with Price Gouging. The Shelves say One thing, the Register says another. Male employee, black nose ring on his ears, is mean. Remember, youre on CCTV, Dont be Surprised if people start suing you.

Hello there...just wanted to say Family Dollar is great ..a step up from you regular dollar stores. I get pet food and cleaning products there at for way better prices than elsewhere..yeah!!

Lady at the check out stand was rude. If i hand you my money, i expect the same back in return. Dont set it on the counter when i have my hand out to recieve my change and walk away. So disrespectful. Next time (if i go back,which i probally wont) i wont be as nice. 🤷

Cheap and pretty. But pity in tactics to attract customers. California is dominated by Latinos and they dont hire bilinguals. Unless they got their English up 🤔
