Their installers did an excellent job. We had tile removed and LVP flooring installed. It looks fantastic. Paul went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. We couldn’t be happier, and have already referred family and friends. We will be using the Carpet Shoppe to replace the floors in our business next. Called over a week ago for an estimate & was told by the receptionist theyll call me back because no one was available at the moment, 30 minutes later I got a call back from a sales representative & told him everything Id like done & he said hed have someone else call me back but that never happend. I walked into this carpet shop with only two weeks time left to get a new carpet installed my new home. It was also a half hour before closing time. I worked directly with the owner and had a pleasant experience with him. He educated me on a few things and even called the manufacturer right then and there for availability on the carpet I chose.
