T & F Tire Service was very quick and they did a real good job of putting on a set of tires for me for a cheap price. The staff was real friendly and made you feel kind of at home. I will definitely go back for my next set of tires.

They were very friendly with many options of name brand tires at great prices. what I like the most is free rotation and balance for the life of your tires at very reasonable prices. I would recommend all my friends and family to check out TF tires and service before choosing other tire places! From my experience of over 35 years of driving you get what you pay for! so if you go to those discount tire places dont expect the quality and service that you would get at TF tires!!!!

They can change oil and all fine but if you ask them to change your wipers or some other basic type stuff, double check that it was actually done. They get forgetful. Also make sure they reset the time for an oil change message.

As always, TF Tires & Service in Tulare provided excellent service! Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Had dealership I bought vehicle from look at two weeks ago. They didn’t find anything. So glad I took to TF Tires as they found a nail in tire. TF Tires has knowledgeable technicians, they get the job quickly and extremely affordable. The waiting room is always clean with plenty of seating. I highly recommend this shop!

It was my first time going to TF Tire & Service, it was so nice getting quick feed back on my vehicle and service. I dropped off my Tahoe a little before 8am and with in 40 minutes I got a call telling me what was wrong with it. And it only took another hour and a half for it to be fixed and ready to pick up. I had taken my Tahoe just the previous week to another tire shop and they took more time to find nothing and call me back. I’m for sure taking all my cars to TF Tire from now on.

Customer service was great. Was real clean and Coffee station was clean, sanitized and stocked. Good cup of coffee while waiting. Friendly, good sense of humor, explained what services they performed, answered questions.The only concern was the mechanic went through my glove compartment to look for my rim key and didnt bother to ask where it was. He tried to put everything back in my glove compartment and left a mess on my floor and some stuff under my seat. It wasnt in my glove box.A lil more courtesy on that end wouldve been nice.But Id go back... only because of the customer service.

Fast, friendly, affordable

Out of town with a flat tire and the only tire repair thats open before 8am (thank goodness) is TF Tire & Service. The customer service was outstanding, giving me directions to find them and taking care of me when they had at least 5 customers with much more expensive needs (and probably appointments) and was more than reasonable on my repair. I will definitely refer them to others who live in the area, and if I need service when working in Tulare will use TF whenever possible.

Have always takrn our vehicles to them for many, many years. Trustworthy. Prompt service and professional. Cant say enough good things abouy them.

Always courteous. Keeps my F150 rolling at 230k+ miles. Dropped truck off for preventative check up and bill was less than $200. If my check up was thorough they would have fixed my passenger side light issue which I forgot to mention. This is my second annual checkup where this wasn’t addressed. Overall still pleased.

They were so helpful the first time that we decided to return for the purchase of our other 3 tires.Again great customer service. We were in and out in an hour with 3 new tires and a break light changed. They definitely have earned our trust and we will be returning for additional services.

Once again TF-Tire is there for it’s community. A local church has a Vehicle desperately in need of new tires immediately, and also repairs. I called and spoke with the owner, 5 minutes later the store manager, Mike, on K. Street, one of TFT’s superstars, called me. Mike didn’t hesitate to help out with little to no notice. Im a busy ER physician I work 12-hour shifts and I have no freedom to leave work to take care of issues that come up. I had a flat tire I called TF Tire Service they made it so simple and so easy. Been here back to back days for some work on my vehicle, 1st day was a basic oil change and air filter replacement, second day was tires, fuel injection, fuel filter replacement, and breaks. They took care of my vehicle like if was there own. As I waited the first day , they greeted everyone on phone or in person like a priority. Highly recommend bringing in your vehicle here. Plenty of chairs for waiting , coffee, water, tv magazines, and his and her bathrooms. Also if your waiting longer time, downtown is just a block away , food, shops, and more. And I believe they offer ride home if you need it, locally I’m sure.

Ive used TF Tire for 4 vehicles now. Easy in and out for oil changes and tires. Ive even used another location when I had a tire repair and couldnt get to their Tulare location. Everyone has been helpful and its very convenient for me.

The entire staff was super nice, and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I had gone to two stores in search of tires for my Dodge Caliber. This what the only place that had some in stock.

Drove in with no appointment for a screw in tire. Got checked in right away even though they were obviously busy. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. Done 45 minutes later for $27. Nice to have this service available near my home.

I went for the first time to Firestone in Tulare on K St. At first I was extremely pleased with their service with my ac, breaks and taillight bulb. But I left and my suv started kicking really bad. It didn’t do that before I brought it to them. Once I brought it back they said other things were wrong which would cost a lot of money. I got extremely upset with this information. Now I have to wait a full week, because of work, to get it repaired. Luckily my insurance will cover it. But now I have to rent a car for work because I’m afraid to drive my suv and can’t help wondering if something else is going to go wrong. Not recommending.

Have had a vibration in my truck since new with multiple people trying to find it....even the dealer. TF tire found it on the first trip to them and even put on two new tires ( bridgestones) under warranty and I didnt even buy the tires from them. This is by far the best shop that Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with! Ive been restoring classic cars for over 30 years and Ive always done all of my own maintenance work on my new daily driver but unfortunately some health issues have made that impossibe to do myself as of late. Keep in mind that Im very, very particular to say the least with my cars and who I trust with doing work on them. This shop was very highly recommend by a good friend so I made an appointment to have them do my brakes. I was immediately impressed with how immense and clean their shop is! And the young man that I made my appointment with and helped me when I arrived was very pleasant and extremely polite which is very important to me. I want to feel like a shop is thankful for my business and genuinely cares about my car and my experience, believe me when I say they do! I waited in their very nice showroom watching how they greeted so many returning customers some just to get their tire pressures checked at no charge and they were all treated more like family than just another customer. I will most definitely be back to have them help me keep my car in top shape and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can genuinely trust to care as much as you do about your vehicle!
