Nothing but great things to say! Ricardo & the gal upfront are very helpful! The minute I arrived I was helped, within minutes I was told what was wrong what I needed and how much! Ricardo gave his professional opinion and I trusted It.. definitely going back for more work done. Only thing I’d change or asked to be changed is have a huge RAIDER FLAG somewhere in the lobby!

Ricky has the best prices in town unlike other places who charge an arm and a leg. ANA and Karen are very sweet always made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody because they are very humble they make you feel like you’re at home they’re very professional customer service is great Ricky and Anna are the best I’ve never been to a place that was so clean and professional no matter what’s your problem they will take care of you 100% and have the best prices in town and I will for sure be going back for anything and they don’t just do ac they do everything So I would just say if you have any problems with your car I recommend you go there trust me you will not be disappointed he literally worked on my car for six hours and didn’t leave until it was fixed and it was after hours So I’m very much appreciated and got respect for them

Went in for refrigerant. Found out my ac compressor was busted. Karen and Ricky kept me entertained while my car was getting fixed. Staff was phenomenal. My car runs great. Definitely will be coming here again if there are any future problems. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend coming here if your car needs anything fixed. I came here to get my A/C fixed and they fixed the problem and then some. Not only did they fix it, but they explained the issue in detail so that I understood everything that was done. They have the friendliest staff and it’s like being around family. 10/10 experience and my cars A/C is better than ever and now I need to wear a hoodie in my car. (They sell sweaters btw)

Ricardo Diaz help me with several custom projects I wanted done. He installed a on-board air compressor, mounted helper air bags, electric auxiliary fans and a bigger transmission oil cooler. Ive thrown many different projects at him and he has surpassed my expectations! I would recommend him for all your AC repairs and custom work you need done.

I was on a trip from Oregon when a caliper broke on my, recently bought used, Jeep Grand Cherokee. I needed the repair done as quickly as possible so I could get home and Mr. Diaz was able to get my car in right away and get the work done, including a transmission service, that same day. His secretary kindly kept me updated through the whole process without any prompting from me. He even went over all of what he did with me afterward and let me take pictures of the broken caliper to show my husband, who is a certified mechanic. The best part is, on top of doing solid work, that our bill was very reasonable. In fact, his price was lower than the other mechanics I had talked to in the area. After being ripped off by my fair share of mechanics over the years, this is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Ricardo Diaz Automotive!!
