Got my windows done there over a month ago and they did a great job. Very happy with the outcome and satisfied with how it looks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. You get what you pay for. Picked it up and immediately noticed big scratches on the drivers side tint. Backed it out to the sun and had debri stuck all in the tint. Back window looked like my 5 year old did it. He said it has to dry. I wasnt born yesterday. I know what a bad tint job looks like. In areas he didnt cover with tint due to bad cutting he used black glue to fill it in. He replaced the driver door tint no questions right there but said the back window is just how it is, thats how they do it. He was irritated I was not happy. To his credit he said he would rip it out and refund me. I should have taken him up on it. Told him I would like it done correctly. He would not remove any of the small back window covers to do the job right. wanted to charge me another 200. I told him I would to make it easy for him. Took me 10 minutes to remove and get ready. Went back the next day he was irritated but he redid it. Better than before but not a professional job. One side window had a scratch leading down to a small rip. All in all he redid 3 windows and I walked away with debri bubbles all over. This is not a professional grade shop. This is a backyard, Ive tinted a couple of windows job. The tint trimming around the window is all hacked up. I could go on. Stay away. Go somewhere with good reviews.

Took my window to get replaced here. Left and everything seemed fine. I started rolling my window up and down the next day and I realized they left shattered glass inside the door panel. This caused another part INSIDE the panel to break. Took it back to see if they could fix it and he was going to change me parts and labor for a mistake THEY made. That same big guy that’s allegedly their customer service guy told me that “it wasn’t his problem.” Even though they’re the reason it broke in the first place since they did a half a&$ job by leaving a bunch of shattered glass in my door panel. So now my window slides down by itself when I drive and barely stays up if I pick up back up. Never taking my car here again. The main guy is a joke. He treats and talks his customers like children and has very poor social skills.

Writing a review again incase they decide to delete it.I am now in the process of suing this shop. I took my truck to the dealer because my rear defroster was ruined and it wouldnt work. The dealer has an official statement saying the broken defroster was shorted out because of a terrible job installing tint, and whoever installed it did the job incorrectly and caused the back glass defroster to short out. A1 ignored us for weeks and then LIED about so many things to the Better Business Bureau. Currently taking them to small claims court for refusing to comply and fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. Terrible customer support and A1 tints statement to the Better Business Bureau about what has happened is laughable at the amount of lies that they have said

Please do not go here for tint if you care about looks, longevity, and quality. I had my windows tinted on my car and they messed up 2 on the window seals and they said they could not fix them. Then the window tinting completely faded in 1 year. It now looks like i have no tinting. I went in since they say they have a life time warranty on there tint and they said they no longer do that. They are not worth the discounted price they offer. Spend the extra money and get right done right the first time. Worst place I have EVER used on my car.

Terrible job replacing my windshield, the rear view mirror fell off while driving on the highway about a week later and my car alarm stopped working right after I picked it up. Would recommend paying a little more anywhere else in town.

I had a good experience all other places say have to set up an appointment they told me to bring in, took in around 11 got a phone call at 12:30 said car was done, Wow all widows in Under 1-1/2 only been 4 days and everyone says looks good and ask who did it

Horrible experience my car had the windshield replaced and the windows tinted seems they are incapable of both! I got my car back with scratches on the dashboard and black spots all over the interior of my car. The tint was not applied properly and had scratches and glue that would not go away. Took the car back to have the tint corrected car was there for over 5 hrs got my car back in the same condition they fixed nothing after being told they did , took it back immediately to have it fixed again wasted my whole Saturday here and noticed a razor blade was left in my backseat where my kids sit!! I dont recommend them to anyone and will never go back there again!!!

Got my windows tinted for my bmw and found 2 downward scratches that were not there when I dropped my car off. Called the owner and he asked me to bring the car back and after explaining that my car had no scratches when I dropped it off and he simply said he wasn’t responsible. I would never bring or recommend service to this place.

I went to get my windshield replaced not even 24 hours passed the windshield cracked from the edge, brought it back to show them and the guy tried to say it’s from something hitting it when it’s clear that nothing hit it and now they don’t want to replace or refund. I have to replace at full price

They did an excellent job on my chipped windshield and the cost to fix it was more than reasonable. I highly recommend A-1 for your auto glass needs.

Horrible customer service and horrible tinting on car

Went in last year to get my windows tinted and I told them I wanted what I could LEGALLY get. I’ve never had to get windows tinted so I didn’t really know what to expect but I do know that they told me what I had was legal and I shouldn’t have any problems. Well I got a ticket for my windows and I called them to explain to them that I was lied to and overcharged no one would help me and they were very rude. Saying it was my fault for not knowing in the first place. I even have a warranty and they won’t help me. Feel taken advantage of and now they will not help me.

I do not recommend this place at all! Make sure they write down on the receipt how much they are charging you for labor and material, separately. I got my window tint done 3 years ago and I took it back to them with my receipt and the guy that works there, Omar, told me that the warranty is only for three years. That they would have to charge me $120 for labor. On the receipt it says lifetime warranty and it is not posted in the shop that it is only 3 year warranty. I originally payed $150 for the full tint job. The tint on my car looks terrible now.

Very poor customer service was told to come in to there tulare a1 office from there visalia office was lied to about them having the part when i got there was told they could not do the job they are liars they wasted time and money. They are liars and have poor customer service dont believe me read there reviews it speaks for them self i will also be filing a bbb complaint on there business as well.

Best experience , they tinted my 16 toyota corolla in about an hour and half wow and it looks great. Very happy with the results.

They did a terrible job on my BMW. The windshield itself was fine, I guess, they replaced the rearview mirror too high and now I cannot properly put the housing back on around the neck. The trim they used was universal (after I had asked for OEM) and was popping out two days later. I took it back and they made a mess of black glue on my silver car. The bottom of the trim was fully blowing in the wind and completely coming out of place a couple months later. I ended up purchasing the OEM from myself from BMW and asked to at least refund me for that to which they said no, but they would place it for me at no cost...I went ahead and let them, but voiced my complaints. To this day, the outer workmanship seems ok, so far, but inside the car I can hear and feel the wind when I drive at high speeds or anything over 35mph. I guess its true, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I took my new Lexus to tint it and they did a excellent job, now I am going to take my wifes Tahoe I very satisfied with the work A1 has done for me.

Just took my 2014 Honda Accord Sport and got my front windows done. Good, clean, and quick service. Price was average and will post a follow up review in a couple weeks.

Warning do not go through this company they do poor jobs and will not honor their warranties I would rather go with Best Auto Glass

I have a 2005 vw bug and had takin it to a shop in visalia and was unsatisfied with the outcome and took it back and they still let me down with the explination it is a difficult vehicle and that they felt it was a clean job...So.... i recently went and saw the guys at A1 window tint and they were able to remove the crap the other shop had put on it and replaced it with an outstanding job i am more than happy with the experience and they were very reasonable on the price i recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great tint job and wants it done right the first time

Bad service took my car to have the front windows tinted 6-12-17 and came out with the interior leather near the window ripped. Confronted the workers and the girl who did the job and she denied that she made the damaged. So now they took my 65 dollars and getting stuck reparing the damaged out of my pocket.......

I was quoted one price over the phone and charged me an additional 100.00 when I got there. The answering machine and website says they open at 8 but they really open anytime they want after 9 plus they didnt clean windows before putting tint on so had to take it back a 2 nd time

Very bad job, when I told him I wanted a good price, he told me $ 60.00 but he never said that a good price came with a bad job, it looked very bad and they told me that this is the job for that price. The truck belongs to my son and when he said it was not right the old panson told him that the osico will shut up, so with those professional words so dont take any vehicle there, they treat the customer very badly !!!!
