I had a paint sprayer with Home Depot protection plan which I spent extra in case anything were to happen to it, the paint sprayer broke down so I needed a new one. I fill out the Home Depot protection plan form and they say I should expect a paper in the mail telling me when to send it in 5 to 7 business days, the days pass by and nothing, so I call Home Depot and speak to the manager Matt, he tells me to go to Home Depot and that he will personally help me out so I go, once I’m there I ask for Matt and he refuses to show himself and rather let’s a worker named Danny help us. Danny kept telling us that we had to call the insurance but we already had done that like 4 times and they always hang up so she calls them herself and they hang up on her as well, so she calls Matt to ask what to do and he still refuses to show himself even though he should handle it since he’s manager, so Danny tells us we can swap it out for you so she goes check if there’s any in stock and the machine says there’s 4 in stock, she goes and she comes back empty handed, I decide to go check and smh tell me why there was 4 paint sprayers any of which she could’ve brought down to swap it out, instead she lied saying “we don’t have any”. She tells someone to bring it down and we finally got our new paint sprayer after months of trying to replace it with Home Depot, terrible service, don’t get me started on Andy from Lumber or I’d have a whole other paper to write about him.

Walked in with a list of items not familiar with for a construction project late evening. I was lost as to where I can find anything. Michael walked up to me and ask if I needed help finding anything? I said yes a few things. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find every item on my list. Without his help I would have been lost. Feels good to be able to walk into home-depot and know I can ask for someone who is willing to help. With a positive attitude and goes with you to grab the items and also assisted on loading as some items were 100lbs. Thank you for all your help Michael, truly appreciate you. 💯‼️🙌🏼💪🏽

Convenient and constructive shopping as covid19 in California restrictions lift. Friendly employees enhance a shoppers experience and we will return. Check out had a minimal issue as the cashier was on the phone at checkout for a minute causing a line to form behind me. But after they finished the call they were able to give full attentions to customers.

Home Depot can get alittle challenging. Usually staff are not very helpful at all. I was lucky last time I was there I found someone to assist me and I went home happy.

The people at the service desk is nice. Im Deaf so they tried really hard to handle the order i had to place. But it took much longer than normal to place the delivery order. But at least they tried.

I like going to Home Depot when they have their Clearance. I can always get ideas there when I have a project in mind. Most of time its annoying having to go look for an employee for help. But other than that its a great place to shop.

Where can I start! Clean facility helpers everywhere and we had the best help from Hector! With out knowing we got a GREAT manager to assist us in our purchase of Milwaukee Brand Tools. To top is off he went above and beyond by informing us about the difference of prices and kits available. He helped us by assisting in making a GREAT selection and building our own kits! Really great help and even better sold us on the Home Depot Financing! Super happy with the purchase and AMAZING service Hector has done for us.

Mariah is extremely helpful professional and charming. A few could take a lesson from her in how to treat customers appropriately. Overall though the store is very helpful.

Store doesnt have majority of basic prolifically used fittings (6in adjust manifold, grommets, vinyl tubings, 1/2 in couplers, irrigation tubings). Please order online and then pick it up or you will never get anything here. Worst thing is online orders to pick up takes 3 days. Just woeful. Store is small and stocked with small selected items. Variety and selection in garden section for plants is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to lowes across street. Never had such issues with home depot before but this one is worst.

Great place for home appliances

Mistakes on my part and wrong parts suggested by associates were wrong.......so I am at Home Depot right now try to exchange the plumbing I bought when their customer service had to delay her break which is why Im assuming is why she treated me so rudely! Thats the last straw I will now shop across the street. I do want to thank Kiki for her help resolving my issue.

Workers walked by us numerous times while we struggled with heavy lumber and cement blocks that were on shelves. Not a single time were we asked if we needed assistance.

Very helpful find what I need

I needed to get a front door knob rekeyed. Was helped by Justine. She had to go through two door knobs until it worked right. Very helpful and friendly. Didnt charge me an arm or leg either. Way happy. I noticed Home Depots customer service has improved a lot over the last few years. Way stoked and Ill start ditching Lowes. Thanks-

Lately it has been better I would say for myself, don’t let some bad apples ruin the chance on visiting the Home Depot. It’s been better but still has some home improving to do 👌

Kinda becoming the Wal-Mart of home improvement stores, they tell you they are there to help you but... If you happen to be lucky enough to find someone, they either dont work in that dept or they flat out just dont know. Prices missing from shelves, stock carts out on the floor all hours of the day.On the positive they do have a very large selection of most everything for home improvement to choose from but youd better know what you want and be prepared to spend some time searching for it alone!

I spent a thousand dollars on appliances for my home. When it came time to get the appliances delivered, I was told to rent my own truck since they don’t deliver, even though I seen “free appliance delivery” signs everywhere. When I asked the store to hold my things, they said they couldn’t “guarantee” the things I paid for wouldn’t be sold again. I was then given directions to a local uhaul and informed my things needed to be picked up right away or I would no longer own them. Worst service ever. Don’t purchase appliances here, go to Lowe’s where they don’t false advertise delivery.

Thank you cashiers Micki and Crystal for helping us this past weekend. We appreciate the extra effort in helping us. Also the gentleman in the lumber dept, huge help.

If I could give this store a negative 100 I would! After spending over a hour looking for items that I needed because I couldnt find anyonein the different departments I go to the cashier to check out. My bill was nearly $80.00 I handed the cashier a hundred dollar bill from which I had just gotten from Walmart money center next door. The cashier could not verify that the money was NOT fake because it was a older bill so she told me a bold face lie and had some guy whom claimed to be a manager. He could not tell if it was real or not because it wasnt a new bill. So after spending my time and effort I walked away with nothing! Never again Home Depot will I ever spend a dime in your stores ANYWHERE!!! Clueless liers! American Currency? How do you not know? It was real and I am really mad!

We love Every first Saturday of the month. they have the kids workshop. My kid loves to collect the pins. I think this is a great activity for kids.

The people are friendly and ready to help you find what you are looking for.

I regularly go to most of the Home Depots in the Central Valley for my job and this one is by far the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked, and friendliest employees!

There delivery contractors suck.The show up unexpected and a day early without a courtesy call untill there at your door. Then they get mad because you cant drop what your doing to accept the delivery. Home depot needs better service partners...
