LOL .... This is comical. I called to try and set up my company and literally wasnt even able to get to someone who actually wanted to make money or do business. Talked to 4 people and not a person actually seemed to understand or want new business. How do you do 0 stars? My company would fold if we cared so little about actually providing service.

I have used their service for several years now and I am very pleased with their professionalism. Everyone there is very friendly and goes out of their way to take care of any concerns that we may have. Mike goes above and beyond to make things work. This really seems to be a company with integrity and they pass their influence down through their employees. Cintas cares.

If I could give these guys a 0 star I would. I signed up with them in March 2016. Ive had several months of grief with their uniform service. On an almost weekly basis (multiple times per month) there was a problem with the invoice of it being incorrect. Multiple times they couldnt keep an accurate roster and charged me for uniforms for employees that were cancelled. 2 months in they raised the price without telling me. I inquired why it happened without any notification and was and I was blown off only after multiple attempts to get a straight answer. Then, the 2 weeks after that the price was actually corrected to an even higher amount due to clerical error I was told. Once they even left a door mat that they started charging me for that no one in the office knew came from them. We each assumed someone else bought it from the store. It took a month for us to realize that no one bought it but they dropped it for us and started charging us without any of us even asking for it. I wish I never signed up with them and I would strongly suggest that no one use them for their services.March 3, 2017: Im now dealing with a very frustrating system of inventory management that Cintas has. Theyve lost uniforms in their system for a couple of our guys. These guys have gone days over several weeks without having uniforms and yet are having to pay for complete service and myself as the owner, have to deal with their grief and fury over paying for something theyre not getting.

The most worst company ever I’ve been ordering my uniforms for two damn months and I still have no uniforms Annette is horrible she never put in my order . Horrible company. Get it together damn

Horrible service. A pack of lies and failed promises. I have ruined hundreds of dollars of my own pants because of their continual failure.

I didnt receive all my uniforms this week, I called to office 3 times to. I keep getting transferred and hung up on. By time I finally get through there about to close. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Paying for uniform service. Tagged the uniform for a patch twice and it came back with the cord from the tags. Bad service. Not happy. How unfortunate.

We have been waiting for uniforms for our employees for over a year, we will get a pair of pants and a couple of shirts. Despite our asking for our uniforms we still dont get them.. absolutely a horrible co. We do not recommend them to anyone ....

I brought them a problem and they found a solution. Very good service!!

Shirts are always wrinkled , the rig they put in our front room is all warped and people trip on it .. no thanks .. bye bye Cintas

They are personable and care about there customers.

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Been over 90 days and still no uniforms. Ive been told every excuse possible. Today shirts arrived after 3 months and they are the wrong color and missing name tags

I was standing there for at least 15 minutes every body said hi but no body was able to help me i guess they to busy laughing and socializing i really like there clothes but to bad i couldnt buy anything
