Bling by Design has been doing my teams work for a few years now. The staff is so easy to develop a relationship with and this makes the process so much easier. When I call they know what I need and how to work with my district. They have always gone above and beyond to get my orders completed in a timely and professional manner. Amazing quality work! Took three different designs to for two different events in and was impressed with all three shirts designs and how they turned out. The owner and staff was amazing to work and have been very patient with answering all my questions about fabric type, softness and stain resistance. Highly recommended

It took a lot for me to even waste my time writing a review for this company, but I felt the need to warn others who might want to use this company. My experience was very unpleasant to say the least. When I walked in all I heard was yelling in a derogatory manner between two women and one was in tears. That should have been my first clue. When I picked up my sons order weeks later it was the same thing. That tells me a lot about their management style. In addition, I tried to follow up on the order by email , the owner said she was going to send me some artwork. I didnt get a response until a week later, then it seemed like the owner completely forgot what we had talked about. As a business professional I dont have time to waste on idle personal chit-chat or excuses. All I wanted was a simple task done and it shouldnt have taken an hour to talk about and weeks to finish; I felt like I had completely wasted my time. The quality of the work wasnt good either; a bit pricey for my pocketbook. I probably could have gotten the materials from Hobby Lobby and done the same thing myself. After the 3rd wash my sons name started to come off his jersey. I was so uncomfortable with my interactions with this company that I didnt want to bring it to the owner’s attention; in fear that she would get angry. I took the jerseys to another shop in the area and they didnt charge me to fix them.
