I was looking for a good sturdy leather belt. They had Amish made belts that were just what I was looking for. Salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional .

The older gentleman and cashier were both wonderful. Im sure they could tell Im no real cowboy but they still treated me like one. They helped me find my size and proper hat. They even flattened the brim a bit to my liking. I definitely will be back for a black hat in the future. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience at Arizona Hatters. I have been searching and searching for a hat for months and have had no luck, I’ve been to 4-5 stores all over the west and struck out every time, until I came here. The selection was great, there was something for everyone. The customer service was outstanding, they catered to my every request and were so patient and helpful as I mulled through my decision, changed my mind like 4 times, and then finally settled on a hat. They shape them right in house, which was super cool to watch. I can’t say enough good things about this shop! A true gem. Would recommend to anyone!

A small but well stocked shop with helpful staff and lots of Tucson history. Chung happily shaped my new hat perfectly on spot, and told me to come in anytime for a reshape if I wasnt satisfied with the look or feel of my hat. I highly recommend this shop if youre looking for a more personal touch when shopping for your new hat.

Just bought a nice Made in America Milano straw fedora and I couldnt be happier. I have a big, weird shaped noggin and the gentleman took the time to steam it and shape the crown and brim for me. Very comfortable and looks great. Whoever said they cant shape a hat must have been having a bad day. The shop wouldnt be in business for over 80 years of they couldnt shape a hat.

Great at what they do. Ive taken several hats in for restorations and modifications, they have never let me down. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have great products for sale. My family have been customers for around 20 years.

What a unique little store, tucked away in Tucson. Such an extensive selection of fine hats for around town or out in the sun! Everyone who works here knows hats backwards, forwards or upside down (although they will tell you the right way to wear each hat). Glad I found them.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences in this shop. The manager Chuong has done magic on a couple of hats for me. Cleaned and blocked them so they look new. Every time I start to jones for a new hat this is my place. Very knowledgeable and nice.

Thought the lady, whose name I didnt catch, was wonderful. She jumped right in, fixed my Stetson and sent me on my way. They had a wonderful selection of hats and I couldnt have asked for better service.

I bought a hat at this location while visiting Tucson recently. I expected that the hats would be authentic, based on the reviews I saw online and the prices I saw in person. However, I will admit now that I was not prepared to authenticate the brand I intended to buy and so took the shop managers word for it when she confirmed the hat was indeed a Resistol. I have now had a chance to research and compare this hat with authentic Resistols and I believe I was sold a knock-off. So, buyer beware. I only gave 2 stars because the service (with the exception of the misinformation, of course) was very good.

The old guy and their inventory were both low quality. He had zero interest in helping, was ride and didnt even listen to what I was looking for. I came in on a day I worked cleaning and wasnt in my western gear and he treated me like I was of no account even though horses and farms are my life. Will order online before I ever go back there
