I called at around 1:40 on 06/23/2021 looking for a specific dress and a gentleman picked up. He went out of his way to help me locate the dress because they did not have it in store ( calling from CA) and informed me on the status of the dress. Thank you so much!

This is a great bridal shop with tons of designer dresses at great prices! Merrell and his wife were amazing !! They opened for me outside of business hours and made it possible for me to get my dream dress, even with a short notice and rescheduling on them the same day. His wife was so precious she helped me try on many dresses, shared her thoughts and opinions only at My request and wasn’t pushy like many bridal consultants are. I came to look at my dream dress that I had chosen online thinking there was no way I was leaving with a it the same day, because that would be too good to be true. But surprisingly they had the dress in my size and worked on the price with me. They recommended a seamstress for me to hem the dress and made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Amazing experience. I would recommend this shop to any and every girl looking for her dream dress.

Stopped by last-minute (calling only 1 hour in advance) and they were cool with it. The owner was kind and accommodating but did not pressure us - me and my friend were free to explore and I tried as many dresses as I wanted! Great selection of designer dresses, especially at size 8, at a very good and discounted price. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed, not the regular bridal shop, but that was totally cool with me.

Samantha was AMAZING! So much about planning a wedding can be stressful and I went in to just browse and she actually listened to me, gave me ideas, opinions and found me the perfect dress... much more personal and customer oriented than those big bridal stores. She made it fun, easy and made sure I was taken care of. I will refer every new bride I know to come to Sammy. Thank you thank you!!

This bridal shop was a lifesaver!! I needed my dress fast so I needed something off the rack. This was the last store we shopped at after a disappointing day at other retailers. The woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgable and nice. She showed me all the dresses in my Size and we pulled a bunch to try on. Well after about an hour we found the perfect dress for me and that fits me perfectly! This shop saved my big day and gave me the white dress I wanted and in my budget. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others.

After trying on several dresses, getting depressed, hating all the dresses I tried on at other places. I gave up was on my way home saw The Bridal shop decided to go in and look. This place was amazing. She picked out a dress that was perfect for me. I tried it on and immediately felt good about myself. I would have never found a dress without the help of the owners. I first went in to the Bridal Shop and was a little hesitant, but then quickly realized that they knew what they were talking about. I explained the wedding dress I was looking for and within 10 minutes, was given my dream dress for a really good price. It was amazing and Im so happy that I found my perfect dress there!

My friend, her family and I went to the bridal shop to look at wedding dresses for her wedding. We arrived early and were not invited in. The sales person also did not tell us to wait outside, we simply were not welcomed. She also let us know that there were too many people with her for an appointment (there were 5 of us) and they did not have enough seats. We were fine with standing or even sitting on the floor. She refused to serve us. We were not rude to her until she did not have an explanation for why she would not serve us. Thank goodness she didnt because we ended up going to an absolutely beautiful bridal boutique (Adora Bridal) and found her dress there. DO NOT SHOP HERE! The service is so bad it was actually unbelievable.

I was recently the maid of honor at my sisters wedding and I set up the appointment for the rest of the bridesmaids to go get fitted for their dresses however I couldnt make it. I told the representative my measurements and I was super scared because on the big day is when I went to pick it up. I am so luckily the representative knew exactly what she was doing and she ordered the perfect size dress. I highly doubt any other store could have done as an outstanding job as they did.

I sorta stumbled upon this hidden gem after looking else where for my wedding gown. Not thinking Id find what I really wanted on such a short time frame. Wouldnt you know it,from the moment I opened the door,Sammy immediately took ownership of my situation and said I can help you find something at a price you can afford. She not only listened to what I wanted, but knew exactly the dress Id fall in love with. She was amazingly correct,and did not stop until every uncertainty about this or that not being on the dress,to suggestions on how to make it my dream gown. She definitely knows her stuff and her customers. From the finding of my gown through my fitting and final payment she was amazing,accommodating and funnier than youd think upon initially meeting her. I never felt pressured or pursuaded to get,buy or change anything that I didnt want or need to. This has been the best experience ever. It was so great I had to go back and get my grand daughter a dress as well as my head piece. Im so greatful I stumbled upon them, Im telling everyone I know looking for a gown of any type to go to The Bridal Shop. Im even going back for my mothers gown for my daughters wedding coming up. Excellent selection of wedding dresses. I used them when I got married and they had a reasonable price for the dress I wanted. The ladies that work there are always super helpful and nice. You definitely wont feel like a burden. They let you go in and try on your dress/veil as many times as you want and they will alter it if needed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rip off!!The girl that works there needs a therapist shell talk your ear off about her personal life and all the drama in it! Extremely unprofessional and never on time. Forget about making an appointment because shell be late.She wrote out a receipt excluding a hair comb my daughter fell in love with. So when my daughter picked up her dress it was $100 for a cheap veil no hair clip as promised! Your only as good as your word. This girl deliberately liad to my daughters money while my daughter is on a budget.The building is bright yellow and smells like moth balls which means so do the dresses.

I was so nervous about ordering online. I just never knew what could happen. This was the best decision I have made. Everything went perfect, the dress was absolutely beautiful and I had it within 3 days of ordering. I will definitely pass on my good luck with this site.

The sales gal we worked with was super nice and attentive. There was this one dress that they didnt have my size in stock, but she went out of her way to order it and get it to me days later for a fitting. I will never forget that experience and the customer service I received.

I never thought I would buy any dress from a semi-online shop because I thought that it was too hard. I needed to pick out a dress for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. I took my measurements and I used their tailoring guide to help determine the best size and fit I would need in a dress. I was still skeptical up until the day I went to the shop and I put it on. Happy to say it fit like a glove and it looks absolutely stunning. The bride was very happy too. The wedding went off without a hitch and I could dance all night in my dress. Did I mention how affordable it was?

From the minute I walked in the door for my scheduled appointment I was treated with class. This facility is the most unprofessional bridal shop I could have ever walked into. The girl who runs the shop Samantha is for lack of a better term and air head. When I first had walked in wanting to try on dresses she insisted on pulling dresses that I had no desire looking at yet trying on. She did not seem very aware of what I was asking for and was very hesitant to let me look through the shop. Eventually Maria showed up and I couldnt be more thankful for her. Maria not only found me my perfect dress but did all the alterations and turned my simple dress into the perfect wedding gown. The transformation is truly unbelievable. And the price was unbeatable.I came to the shop 5 or 6 times and Samantha never remembered who I was. Her customer services skills are horrid.We had appointment set for 2:30 and she arrived around an hour later on multiple occasions.She constantly talk about her relationship and how unstatsfied she is, when wedding dress shopping should be light hearted and A positive event.Lastly but not least she felt the need to text me at 1 am in the morning to schedule appointments and to talk about payment.... even though the dress had been paid completely up front.So overall I am beyond happy with the out come of my dress thanks to Maria, this facility is nothing without her, she is the heart of this company. Thank you Maria for all the hard work!

Make an appointment (can be same day). Lady was lovely and very helpful. If you are on a budget she is great. I would recommend to all of my friends.

Went to go looking for a tiara as a gift for a good friend, the guy showed me what he had but it all looked cheap and of poor quality. Tried to pass off one of his plastic rhinestone headpieces as Swarovski cubic zirconia probably assuming I wouldnt know better. I ended up buying a MUCH higher quality headpiece online for a quarter of the price he was charging. My best guess is that hes a specialists in dresses and throws these things in for free when you buy one or something because they were of laughably bad quality for the price.

The dress was exactly as pictured on the site. The measurements were very accurate. I enjoyed the fact that the entire time I was there it was all about me, and my personalized service.

This was 100% the worst place ever! They didnt let us know that it was appointment only and we are on a time crunch and when we got here they didnt answer the door. ON TOP OF THAT there is a sign that says to call to make an appointment and they didnt answer so we went to leave a voice mail and the box was full. This isnt good service at all. It doesnt even deserve a star.

Horrible customer service. When we arrived the the door was locked she let us in and we started look at the dresses and she got mad that we were looking around and pulling dresses. She had the odasity to tell my friend she wasnt gonna to let her try on a dress she knew wouldnt look good. We were super upset DO NOT SHOP HERE.
