Everything about service was great until they jumped my car battery and didnt notify me about it. I dont understand y they didnt tell me I needed a battery. I noticed they took a battery out of the display and took it to my car but i didnt see them jump the car but Later that night I was left stranded and it cost me additional fee for tow and battery replacement at a local shop. So a 200$ battery problem came out to a 400$ problem for a battery replacement, testing, and towing. All could of been prevented If they just told me my battery needed a jump. I cant for the life of me figure out why they didnt tell me unless they drained the battery or they just didnt want to deal with it due to how close it was to 5pm. Very disappointed.

My experience here at Big o tires is always excellent. I love each and everyone of the employees. They are always courteous, polite, patient, and above all professional. The car Care here is always reasonable which makes it affordable. This is the only place I will ever bring my vehicle. Love you guys!!💖💖💖💖💖💖

Ive gone to Big O for about 20 years. Ive never been disappointed. I live on the west side now and still drive to Alvernon because Rosie is the best!

Took my truck there to have a tire replaced and they didnt have the tire ready for the time they scheduled with me, so i had to wait for it to be delivered. After finally changing the tire, they put the spare back in place incorrectly and left it extremely loose. They are a typical incompetent chain mechanic shop. My suggestion would be if you need something done, take your vehicle somewhere else or lookup how to do it on YouTube yourself. Your car will probably be safer to drive afterwards and itll take half the amount of time.

Rosie, Butch and Jesus are great. Theyre taking appointments and doing call backs so the lobby stays clear during the covid. Call ahead because they are busy. They beat the discount tire quote and even checked my cabin air filter.

I went in for a simple flat repair. They broke the TPMS sensor, replaced it, but the entire TPMS is not working now. It was working perfectly when I went in, thats how I knew I had a slow leak in the tire. I wouldnt let this shop change a wiper blade! Butch is a horrible manager and a liar.

Cannot balance new tires on factory aluminum wheels. When I returned with the tires for the 3rd balance I marked the wheel weights with china marker to confirm they DO NOT take the wheel weights off. You dont keep adding weight to a unbalanced tire. Make matters worse I was about to leave with them when one of the weights fell off. 80 Dollars for lots of wasted time and still got jacked up wheels.Apparently they dont understand the difference between a steel rim weight and an aluminum rim weight. They attempted to smash on steel weights and theyll never bite.

I just want to say that Butch, Jesus, and all the other technicians there have been fantastic. Especially Jesus and Butch. So thankful for them getting my car always fixed on time and they’re always fast make let you know every little detail that’s going on and they’re so perfect about every precision. I’m very happy that I go through them and I’m never going through anyone else as long as I live in Tucson. Thanks guys you deserve the wonderful rating that you have.

They honored the online quote, didnt attempt to sell me something other than what I had already decided on, and didnt attempt to talk me into unneeded extra services after the tires were installed.

Making an edit to my review.I had a hiccup where I dropped off a tire that didnt get repaired. The manager got in touch with me. Sounds like it was just a misunderstanding. Fast forward 10 months (Sep 2021) and I needed a couple of tires. I was gonna drop off to a competitor and there was a wait of many hours. So, on the way home I decided to give Big O a chance. Rosie and Jesus had me unloaded and the paperwork ready in less than 5 minutes. I went home and Rosie called a few hours later. I went inside to pay and Jesus took it upon himself to load them up. Again, in and out in less than 5 minutes. That was a great experience. Wont be long until the truck need new tires. I may have a new tire place. Thanks for the help, Big O folks.

I arrive for my 9 am Appointment that I booked a week in advance. Upon arriving I’m being told that the tires that I booked online or not available. Then was quoted tires more expensive than the ones that I originally booked my appointment for. The customer service a big holes tires absolutely horrible, and they are price gouging.

Terrible place, they wouldnt give my money back after what they fixed wasnt working. They left my parking break on had me driving around for hours thinking something was wrong with my car. thank God I caught it before it really ruined my car. BAD SERVICE DO NOT HAVE THEM SERVICE YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!

Great price on tires and installed in 45 minutes. Update: 3 months later. I was at Home Depot and caught nail in tire. Brought truck back to Big O early AM, they were extremely busy and even with no appointment they were able to fix my flat tire and change spare in 30 minutes free of charge. Great service will definitely be coming back for all my cars.

Wonderful place to go. Fast service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable. I needed a patch for a slow leak in my tire. They had me in and out in 20 minutes at no charge. This is now my go to place for tires.

I will never go anywhere else, the customer service was excellent and the service was fast. In a period of 3 hours I got new tires and alignment on both my car and my wife’s along with an oil change on my wife’s car.

Dont come here if youre in a hurry. We were in desperate need of two new RV tires and needed to get back on the road, and they said to give them a hour and that they only had one tire to do before ours. We come back 1.5 hours later and they hadnt even touched them. Ofcourse they start working on them when they saw us. Very frustrating!! If they didnt have time they should have been honest so we couldve checked somewhere else.

Nice polite service. I used a coupon and wasnt aware of the amount of fees that would be tacked onto my oil change. It was initially 16.95 but the total I paid was 25.26. be prepared to pay significantly more for their service. I would say it was a scam but I wish they were a bit more up front about the actual cost or I would have continued looking another place. Also at the desk I was told the the oil disposal fee was $5 but when I look at my coupon again it says $3. Not cool. Should correct this on your website if this is what you are going to charge

They pay attention to what you want then give you options. When you go to get a flat fixed or tires rotated they tell you how long it will be. They are right.

Bought tires that were 45000 mile tires only lasted 1 year less than 8000 miles put on the tires and they went bald, Butch had the worse customer service ever wanted to charge me full price again for same tires insane. Would never recommend anyone going there

Do NOT use this place. Dishonest. First tried it when I moved back to town in 2017 and was persuaded by the reviews. They were supposed to rotate the tires and they did not. The owner charged me for tire rotation which I promptly had the charges removed. Took it back recently for an oil change and they told me they couldn’t fit me in albeit 1.5 hours before close and no one waiting. Go elsewhere.

Rosy is the best service advisor. I also love the fact that the owner is in the building at times. Their service technicians seem to care more than others shops I have gone too. Very happy with this shop.

This is the second time Ive gone to the Big O on Alvernon to have a tire repaired only to have the skinny kid glance at one of the two tires I needed fixed and tell me Its non repairable hoping his slick ass will move me into a new tire or two. I left both times and took my car to my normal Big O on south sixth and they repaired both tires for me! Go to the one on South Sixth and bypass this one!

My car has 199,879 miles on it because of big-0! They are trustworthy and Rosie well take good care of you. Although she made piss you off from time to time she is generally correct. LOL

So upset, had tires and brakes replaced. Did not have squealing brakes until they were serviced by this store. Brought car back and was told there was some crystallization(?), but that they fixed it. It was not fixed...and it is now so loud when I drive the people stare at me when I have to brake and gives me headaches. Took my car back a third time. No apology, just tells me to deal with it and I must be pressing the brakes too hard. What?!! I was also told that they would charge me if they had to take another look. I have a warranty on the brakes! They refuse to fix the problem they caused.....and treated me like I was just a stupid girl....you can have the tires back...and the brakes. I want my $600 back.

This place is a joke, they are only after money. I took my car in for an alignment and was told they can’t do it because my control arm was bad and some other things were worn. They quoted me about 1.1k for repair so I told them No thanks. I took my car to an actual shop and turns out I was missing a nut. All he did was add one and tightened it down. Long story short is big o tires saw an opportunity to make money off of me because of a missing nut. Turns out I didn’t even need an alignment either ! I’m glad I didn’t let them rip me off!
