This location is clean and the staff is amazing.. I went to upgrade my home entertainment system and was met by Robert Garcia the sales person on the floor he was able to help me find the projector, screen, surround sound, and even the theater seating I was looking for. Went to buy some electronics for my children and had an over all great experience, being that I know nothing about these electronics Olivia Rodriguez helped me with all that I needed. I came in looking for information on which home audio would suit me best and I am thankful for coming in when I did. He answered the questions I asked, he even called credit services to help me out as far as putting some of the total amount on my existing Curacao account. And they were able to help me out with that based off my history as a customer and credit as well.Carlos to me is a great example of customer service. At first glance its impressive, then you look around. They got some decent products the electronics, and an exceptional TV selection. Furniture is nice to look at, but it seems a bit fragile. Honestly, it would be a reasonable 4 star, but we could take 5 steps and look at something without being approached. It was our first time and we were trying to look and see what was available. If we want to buy it, we will, we dont need you pushing things into our cart.

Staff is always good. From the guy in the entrance with the beard to the ladie who runs the toy department. Place is always clean and prices are competitive. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they have a nice kids area too. After finding out they price match and offer different credit options Ill definitely come back.

Always had great customer service awhile back. After yesterday I dont know if Ill ever go back or keep referring people. Managers that dont speak or understand English!! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They got rid of the employees I would go visit on a monthly basis, so now they have people that have me waiting outside for 4hours in the back where alot of homeless guys where harassing me in my truck. Was scary and I was alone. After they got this new store manager store is no longer happy shopping there or helpful employees. Dont like it anymore
