Bought my son a hat from this establishment and i was very pleased with the outcome!! I had it personalized. He loved it!

1st off i would like to say that this always has been my store to purchase my hats for me and my son, always had a wide variety of styles and colors.Unfortunately 2nd time in 2 weeks i walk in and the employees are unpleasant! No greeting when coming in the store and just a uncomfortable feeling as if im bothering bye walking in to purchase some merch.When asked if they have a hat they say yes,oh but the register is down,let me see if it works, then goes on to say the hat is not available, i have no problem ordering it online,but these employees that are there look like yhey would rather be conversing with each other instead of tending to customers needs.

I live 5 minutes away from the store and after today I will drive all the way to Milford Connecticut to get my hat embroidered from now on. I literally just left the store, the manager was cool but the chick that was working there has zero customer service skills. she made a suggestion that I didnt like about how I should get my hat embroidered that would look better. then she made an ignorant comment after I declined. she said, ok well you got to wear it not me. then she went on to say if I get the letters too big it would look obnoxious. lol she wanna talk about obnoxious wearing a huge Cuban link chain with a giant cross at work. I probably shouldve going off on her but why ruin the rest of my day because of her obnoxiousness. I dont necessarily dislike the store I just want to go to that particular one because of her anymore.
