I’ve been to this location twice, and both times the representative on duty was unwilling to help or guide us on how to proceed with updating our contract or getting a new phone. Took our business to T mobile instead and got exemplary service there.

My husband and I both needed new phones and visited the Town and Country location. We were greeted right away and worked with Chris. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We went over all options and both ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed with no pressure. I had an issue with my old phone and trying to transfer the info to my new phone and Chris bent over backwards to help resolve this. When I came back later in the evening to pick up my new phone I worked with Alex who was also very professional and knowledgeable.

We visited the Town & Country store about two months ago and worked with Jenna. She was VERY helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. During our visit a fellow employee of hers took ill. Jenna was amazingly calm and professional. We were very impressed with at her ability to manage multiple things at the same time. GREAT JOB JENNA!

The staff is incredible. They understand what true customer service is. On two separate occasions, they were unable to correct an issue while we waited. They said they would work on it and get back to us. Both times they did just wait they said and both problems were fixed without us having to wait multiple hours at the store. Makayla has assisted us on several occasions and is informative and makes sure our issues are resolved.

If you don’t want to waste money, don’t go there. They are cheaters. They work by commission so the more you pay the more they get. And if you already signed, remember to check monthly bill because something you not expected but the representative still add on and you have to pay for that. I got my new phone and she asks me to buy insurance, I said NO, but I receive the bill with the insurance on it. I already filled a complaint to the Corporate and they will process it to the management department.

If I could put NO Stars I would. I have been to this store in the past and have always had good service. On 2/12/19 at 5:00 pm the two employees in this store were lazy, rude and condescending. No one else was in the store and yet they did not even acknowledge me until I asked if someone could help me. The woman with long black hair slouched in her chair glanced at the young man leaning against a back round table. He sighed and just looked at me. I proceeded to explain my issue with my phone. Iphone 8 went black. I looked up how to do a restart and yet it still did not work after numerous attempts. Young man looked at me and said iphone 8 is different. I told him I knew that because I had looked up on-line how to to the restart. I and co-workers attempted to restart my phone and nothing worked. I decided to stop at the store on my way home from work. He took my phone. Checked again on his own how to do it and restarted my phone. I asked how he did it. He told me exactly what I had previously done. I explained that I had done those exact steps. He told me I had to be patient. I attempted to restart my phone over a 2 hour time frame. I consider that to be patient. He condescendingly told me I didnt know what I was doing. I proceeded to tell him that he was not helpful and turned to walk away. He yelled from across the store that I came in with a problem and he fixed it. I proceeded to tell him he was very rude and condescending and walked out. If you havent figured it out by now these two employees obviously were bored and did not feel like dealing with a customer. THAT IS THEIR JOB! Yes, he assisted me with restarting my phone, but both of their attitudes from the moment I walked in the door was that they did not want to be bothered by me. Their job is customer service. I did not deserve to be treated in that manner. I did nothing to them other than ask for assistance. THEY ARE BEING PAID TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS!!!
