Hands down the best place to have your American bike serviced, repaired and maintained. Both Bob and Jack go above and beyond to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Don’t even consider looking for a better, more qualified shop.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! DO NOT pull up here with a foreign bike. I understand preference, and if you prefer NOT to work on non-american bikes than thats completely fine. Its your business you can work on and service w.e you want BUT you ARE in the customer service business and that should be a number 1 priority. Which requires you to treat ALL customers even those who are inquiring about services with the respect that you want to be treated with when you walk into a establishment looking for services. So maybe next time you encounter people coming to you with foreign bikes you should try to RESPECTFULLY decline to service them, or how about just saying Hey thank you for considering us BUT we dont service foreign motorcycles, just some helpful suggestions. This place definitely needs to take a course in customer service for sure or you will continue to receive negative reviews. I pray that you guys take constructive criticism and use it to better your business and that god blesses you and your business during this pandemic.no stars is not an option herebut Its zero stars for me, sorry not sorry!

Honest people, not inexpensive but a well-equipped shop. The owner will listen to you and seems very knowledgeable. My experience was getting several items modified on my motorcycle. It cost me more than I expected and I was not initially satisfied with the work, but the owner worked hard to make my motorcycle right and in the end he did. So overall I would recommend Blockheads especially due to the communication and honesty Factor. Anyone can make a mistake but very few places will work hard to make it right. I would return

After calling this place I will make sure All my buddies with Harley do not take there bike to them. I have never Known any Bike mechanic that is that Block-headed to think That a Harley is American made or tell another American they only work on american bikes. Your in America. Here is such good American education for the Blockheads. As for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, they may be considered classic Americana, but the components of the bikes themselves come from many places outside the U.S., just like in the auto industry.Harleys sold in the U.S. are indeed assembled in one of four plants located in Wisconsin, Missouri and Pennsylvania. But the brakes and clutch are imported from Italy, the engine pistons are made in Austria, the bike suspension comes from Japan, and other electronic components originate in Mexico and China.Leaving out the facilities that are corporate, financial, or sales and administrative locations, we end up with a list of Harley’s manufacturing and assembly plants per the Harley Davidson website:Menominee Falls, Wisconsin - PowertrainTomahawk, Wisconsin - Windshields, composite plastic partsKansas City, Missouri - Assembly, PowertrainYork, Pennsylvania - Fabrication, Paint, Final AssemblyAs for its plan to avoid the EU counter-sanctions, Harley plans to shift some production of bikes intended for European markets to facilities in other countries such as Thailand, where its building a new factory.Technically speaking, Harley-Davidson motorcycles sold in the United States are not actually made here, but assembled here. Harley contracts manufacturing of parts to plants located all over the world, including Germany, Italy, Taiwan, Japan, and Mexico. Those parts are then shipped to Harley factories here. And these are not just accessories, but components for engines, chassis, and wheels. Exactly what percentage of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is American made, is not exactly known, as each model and model year is different.Harley-Davidson contracted with a manufacturing plant in Hiroshina, Japan. Rikuo Internal Combustion Company produced actual Harley-Davidson models that carried the Harley-Davidson label, for use by Japanese military and police.Harley-Davidson motorcycles are also made in Manaus, Brazil. The factory there opened in 1998 and continues to produce Harley models for the Brazilian market. In 2011, the company announced plans to open a factory in India to produce the new Street 500 & 750 models. So, where are Harley-Davidson motorcycles made? All over the world, actually. But those sold in America, are assembled here in the United States, using a lot of foreign made parts.Motorcycles made on foreign soil are subject to a tariff upon entry into the United States. Then there are the people who make a living by unloading those motorcycles from the ship. Transporting them to locations all over the country also generates revenue that goes directly into the pocket of Americans. There are dealerships who sell these machines and service technicians who work on them. Let us also not forget the companies who make after market parts for all those metric bikes. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry with most of the money staying right here in America.Companies like Honda are finding it advantageous to manufacturer some of its bikes here in the United States. With 8 plants and over 20,000 employees, a very large amount of cash flows directly into the pockets of Americans in the form of wages and benefits. By September of 2003, Honda had made a capitol investment of $4 billion dollars right here in the US.Honda purchases $12 billion from American suppliers of parts and materials annually and has invested $6 billion in Ohio.Harley Davidson makes less than $6 billion in total revenue per year, and what fraction of that is purchases from American suppliers? - Obviously they put far less money into the hands of Americans than does Honda. If feeding the families of blue-collar America is patriotic then buy a Honda.

Very fitting name for the mechanics there . a bunch of blockheads . These guys do not know what they are doing. I have been using them for 3 years and everything they fix is never right. You bring back your bike is in there for months and when you pick it up its never fixed . Bob the owner is the king of excuses. Anything other than spark plugs and a oil change is way over there heads. These guys belong at jiffy lube.

First they charged me $560.00 for a voltage regulator cost $115.00 and a battery from Drag Specialties that cost $89.00. Should have only taken 1/2 hour tops to change both. They charge $90 an hour and I should have been charged $350.00 tops. Then I bring the bike home park it in my garage for a week. I take to go get something to eat and try to activate my alarm before going in. The lights flash but I get no chirp. I pull the seat off the seat the siren unit is missing as well as the unit that controls the tach, so I call and ask what happened to it. Bob the owner says I’ll look and call you in a few days. Next day I decide to go talk to him. He tells me he can’t find it and he puts everything in a box and if the customer doesn’t pick it up he throws it away after 2 weeks. First no one told me there was a box, second, all he changed was the battery and voltage regulator. Why was anything else removed? He told me the items he took off my bike weren’t connected and were junk. I ride with LEO’S who also deal with him and can vouch that my alarm system was in full operational order. Why wasn’t I given the box while I was there to pay and pick my bike up? Why wasn’t the items put back on my bike? Who is he to decide what is junk or to be thrown away? I expected Bob to say - ok we made a mistake I’ll order a security siren and I’ll call you when it comes in. But he doesn’t. What a joke these guys are. I’d rather pay Harley!
