Will never spend a dime in this store. Which would have received quite a bit of money today had the worker without a mask on told me i had to either put a mask on or leave. When i asked why are they not wearing theirs then another worker without hers on said because she couldnt breathe with hers on.We all have an issue breathing with them on. Then my co-shoppers were told to put masks on or leave as the workers still did not have theirs on. They were completely rude and disrespectful to us. Lost a customer because of this and i will be sure to share this on social media also.

What reputable company doesnt give you your money back with a receipt.. within an hour after you buy it. If you shop here keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

First! I want to say that this is not the place for a 250lb man. However, I did find myself a pair of Levis shorts (sz42) but there shoe selection is fantastic, especially for your kids and budget.

Went in to buy shoes all the workers stood around talking but nobody bothered to ask if we needed help was there a good 30 mins looking and finally had to ask for help ..Also bought a nike hoodie and after wearing 1 time and washing it once it is falling apart and they said they would not exchange it cause it was washed and not able to be resold, will never buy anything from this store

Horrible customer service. The store chain does not accept returns of online purchases. Also, there is no free shipping on returns.Just a horribly ran organization.

Always great and friendly people to help get your shoes and cash out store is always clean and organized.

The staff are rude always will only really talk to you too if you say you need a size or something and they shoes come with creases sometimes if you try to take em back they are so sticky on exchanges its crazy theres alot of other places you can go to Ive tried jimmy jazz like 3 times and everytime I was just upset.
