My wife and mom went to the store. The store was locked. They were not aware you had to make an appointment. Appointment was not an issue. The store is close to where my mother lives and her feet. It’s extremely hard for her to get around. The lady who was at the door was the owner . I believe her name was Sylvia . My mother wanted to buy shoes not inserts. She told my wife and mother that she was a foot insert specialist and she would not be able to to help her and she would need to go to the Shoe Mill to purchase shoes . While looking in the window there is an assortment of shoes. Why would make a little old lady’s life difficult. All she wanted to do was buy some shoes. I called the store and spoke who I was told was the owner. I believe his name is Kurt and politely asked why they could not make an appointment for my mother and tell her she needed to go across town to buy shoes . Kurt was short and extremely rude. Times are hard. Elderly people are more likely to get Covid. My mother is a breast cancer survivor and her immune system is more likely to be compromised. To I say to the Owners Kurt and Sylvia of Foot Solutions take a course in customer service but the most thing you definitely need to learn is compassion. Karma is something. It will come around.

Every time I visit Foot Solutions of Tigard I have a great experience. They measure my feet each time and listen to what I am looking for. They then show me some options that may work for me. It is hard to find shoes for my big feet and they are always helpful. Thank you

The care and time taken by the staff to take care of my footcare needs whether in person or on the phone sets them apart from all the others. Friendly and very easy to talk to. I am very happy that I was able to find an orthopedic shoe store that has great selection of orthopedic shoes; and, more importantly, very knowledgeable and experienced staff. They went beyond and above to ensure that I was taken care of, found the right fit for me. Additionally, they make periodic follow-ups with me to make sure that the insoles they made for me are working properly. I am very happy with Foot Solutions Tigard and highly recommend it.

They help me walk without pain again! After the shut down my ankle was starting to hurt, I was so thankful for their return! Going in with the new protocols for service with covid-19 around didn’t feel stressful, they were their same knowledgeable, friendly selves!A year ago when I first went they got me in a shoe that I could walk miles a day around Europe without any discomfort or pain. When they suggested a shoe and orthotic they were upfront with the costs, they didn’t give me a “wait, there’s more!” pitch, there weren’t any hidden costs. I did get a custom orthotic that I’ve been pleased with. It’s worth it to be able to walk without pain! I highly recommend them!

Sylvia was courteous, professional and patient. For a month now, Ive been wearing my sandals regularly (instead of going barefoot) and using my orthotics that Sylvia recommended and my feet, legs, hips and back havent been this comfortable in years. The products are made to fit all manners of feet. The orthotics are very helpful. You have an X-Ray machine that sees all the foots needs. The service is great at the Tigard Foot Solutions. They go out of their way to see that they have a satisfied customer.
