Went in for finger prints for my employer. The experience was quick and easy. Super kind. Super helpful. The woman on staff was extremely courteous and walked me through everything. Thank you.

The experience was pretty remarkable... unfortunately, in a negative way. A senior UPS employee or maybe even manager shipped my letter with notary documents as a product. As a result they charged me $240 for 10 pages, now its stuck in customs asking for more information about the product and its value, including the receipt for the product, although I sent just a set of docs. Horrible price. Incredible lack of expertise and advice from the staff. Never ever in my life I will deal with UPS, neither at home, nor work. I am giving 1 star just because they also dropped my USPS package on my behalf, which was nice. Bottom line - if you want to send something important with UPS, especially internationally - think twice.

These guys want to be rude and unprofessional because my mask wasnt completely covering my nose.. lol craziness. It was on my nose it had seriously just fallen a little bit. Then say that the masks would work if people wore them correctly. Incorrect. All folks I know who got covid were adamant mask wearers. All whom I have known who got the vaccines ended up in the hospital. But all of that is beside the point. They want to be rude and start acting like they know all about covid just because my mask barely dropped (it was still over my nose just not up to my eyes)? LOL ridiculous.

Nate and KC helped me ship off a package and they were super friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Ill continue to come to this store instead of the Lake O location because of the nice staff.

I havent had enormous projects but have always been able to send over my file or pictures and have them make the copies or bind the books that I need. They are pleasant to work with, do great work and are very timely. Ive had friends that have had them do large pull up signs for event booths and business cards, mailers, and fliers as well as window clings and they always do a great job. Thank you!!!

Converted my CAD drawings via 3d printer, to nice finished 3d parts. Unfortunately, since then, I believe they stopped offering 3d printing. Great service. Hope they offer again.

This store was responsible for a lost package that has been in UPS possession for nearly a month. An employee told me that they initiated an investigation to find the package but when I called UPS, they say no investigation had been initiated. I have zero confidence that this store is concerned at all about my lost package.

My mom and I are in town to clean, pack and clear out the home of my aunt who was recently put in a memory care home. We drove up with 7 boxes to ship home. Sweet Jewell came to help us carry them in, make the labels as none had been addressed yet and help us get the last box packed. During our visit she noticed that we were tired and sweaty from a long day and asked about us. We told her the story of our visit and she demonstrated sincere interest and perhaps even sympathy for us. She was a kind soul at just the moment we needed it as it was a stressful time. Her coworker gentleman was very nice and cheery as well. He efficiently took care of all the other customers with a smile and not a hint of irritation that we were monopolizing Jewell. Earlier I had a very difficult time getting something printed here. I brought it to the attention of the manager and got immediate help. The next time I went to print something, the guy was super helpful and went out of his way to do a good job. This is a good store with well-handled customer service.

I have always disliked returning merchandise especially when it has to be mailed. But, I like shopping at Amazon. So, I have returned many items via the UPS Store and actually enjoy it! I will never be back there. Worse customer service i have ever had. They quoted me 47 to pack and ship an item. it was 20 for them to pack it so i said yes to that and 27 to ship it. I waited less then 5 minutes to ship it to decided whether i really wanted to pay that price or not. when i went back they charged me 65 dollars! I told the girl behind the counter the other girl that just went on lunch had just said it was 27. She didnt seem to care at all. Didnt put any afford into it to actually find out why it was so much more. I will never go back there. The girls behind the counter do not know what they are doing!

If I could give this UPS store zero stars I would. Skip the owner of this UPS franchise location reminds me of Mr. Krabs hes the real thing. All he cares about is the money$$$. I sent an international pakage and it was returned to me after 3 weeks. The pakage never left the country. UPS customer service told me I would be able to get a full refund for that same reason. And Skip being the greedy person he is told me he could not help me with anything, come on Skip didnt you take business 101 THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! But hey I guess he has no heart and now Im trying to find out how I can get my $130+ back. Dont trust this guy hes a total liar he himself told me I wouldnt have any issues with the shipment. BLATANTLY DISHONEST - I was told twice that the price to ship a package via USPS Media Mail through this store was the same price as shipping it through the post office itself. Well, it was actually more than twice as much - $8.83 versus $4.13. I will NEVER go to this store again.
