Good selection. Sunny day and a live band, so quite busy,. But didnt have to wait very long for someone to ask if we needed help. It was Ryan, the finance manager. Nice guy. Showed us (my wife and I) some alternatives. He told us the advantages of each. He did pass our name to a salesperson, who contacted us later that day. Overall had a positive experience with Paradise.

Needed an oil change wile on a cross country tour and they made it happen in short order on a very busy saturdy. The entire staff was on point and they had tons of inventory in all departments.Highly recommend!

There was no pressure to look at this bike again. I found the Ultra to be so much more bike than my 17 I decided to bite the bullet and buy. They did move upwards on my trade in but it was a beautiful bike and they knew it. I bit a little hard on the extra coverages. Be careful on that end.

Update. Mike, the owner of the dealership reached out and apologized for the issues.To help make things right he sold me new tires at a discounted price. Due to my schedule they went above and beyond. They picked up my bike, installed the tires, and returned my bike. I will give it another try with the service department and hope for the best. Thanks to Mike for reaching out and trying to make things right.I purchased my second Harley this year over Memorial Day weekend. A very nice 2013 Ultra Classic. Was very happy with the way both purchases were handled. I have been treated greatly in the parts and sales departments. It is the service department that I have issues with. Itook my bike in to have the fluid changed less than two months after my purchase. After dropping off my bike I was contacted by the service department and advised that my tires were dry rotted and unsafe to ride. Also that my brake fluid had water in it and needed to be flushed. I found this concerning. It seems to me that if the tires were unsafe to be ridden on they shouldnt have sold it that way. Also, there was no way that during the 7 weeks I had owned the bike that I had ruined my brake fluid. There wasnt even rain through the months of June and July. I questioned the service guy about this. He said that he would have the manager look things over. He finally called back saying that it was just a new technician who wrote these items up and that he was doing things by the book. According to the manager my tires are fine. They did comp my fluid change but neglected to notify me that they had completed the fluid change. I called to check on it and they apologized saying they thought I had picked it up the week before. I am very disappointed that they would try to take advantage of a customer this way. I personally bought two motorcycles and spent over a thousand on accessories this year alone. I dont know how to accept this. Was it deception? Do I need new tires? I am not even sure if I should ever have my bike serviced here again except that I purchased the extended warranty and do not want it voided by going elsewhere.

Dustin was a fantastic salesman and answered all of the questions I had before, during, and most importantly AFTER the purchase. All of the crew in the various departments were very friendly and helpful. This is my third motorcycle purchase from this dealership and Ill continue doing all of my business here, even though I have to drive down from Vancouver, WA.

Excellent purchasing experience with no pressure. Dustin (sales person), was very knowledgeable with Harley Davidson products. He listened to my request and was able to find a Fat Bob 114 in his trade in inventory. Negotiation process was simple as well as with the finance department. Paradise HD has a very creative and fun way to give customers a tour to all departments. By playing a 5 card poker game, I was introduced to different personnel in parts and service. Staffs are always friendly every time I walked into the dealership. Highly Recommended.

Update to Response: I would have been fine with Book Value. You offered $290 under current book and wanted $2549 more then book on your bike. After the last time of back and forth and not being able to come to a reasonable term I did not feel like going through that again. Buying a Motorcycle should be a pleasant experience and not hard work to buy a 3 year old used Motorcycle for $1500 over its original MSRP.I have purchased 2 2021 Softails over the last 2 months. Both at different dealers. I tried buying my bikes here but everytime I go in I get the same deal. The Tell me what works for you spiel. After asking for an honest offer I still cannot seem to get one from them.I figured I would give it another shot and look at a bike for my wife. Same deal again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for bike sales. Everything is marked up way high but you dont see that same mark up on your trade.The parts department has always been great to me but after being pushed out a 3rd time I wont be coming back. All I asked for was an Honest offer on my trade. Was ready to get Cash to make the deal out of the bank and surprise the Wife with a bike.

Horrible customer service. I was told over the phone they had a part in stock and after 40 minutes of driving I got there to find out they did not have it. The parts guys denied being in the phone with me, then one finally one admitted. I was there over a half hour waiting for them to find the part just to leave empty handed.

Went in because I felt like I was making a mistake and talked into something I didnt want a another dealership and felt like I was settling. Walked in, not expecting to find anything. This may sound cheesy, but Dustin Rozier honestly helped me obtain my dream bike. From the first time I saw a Dyna model Low Rider S, I knew I wanted one some day. When the Softtail models were released, my desire for that motorcycle grew exponentially. I didn’t think I’d be able to trade my ‘19 Sportster in without negative equity and Dustin essentially said “hold my beer” and ended up getting me the trade in with POSITIVE equity. Didnt buy my bike from them but needed to setup a home-base for servicing. Its only my first experience with them but they were warm, welcome and very helpful, while seemingly training another person at the service desk. Pretty sure the closest dealer will remain my lifetime service place. Waiting for the day for me to make bad decisions so I can test their sales team.

I stopped by the store this summer to check on some parts i needed to order, pulled into the lot to find ALL of the disabled parking spaces, and the sidewalk blocked by bikes, and a truck and trailer. I parked across the street, went into the store, and spoke to the sales manager. i went outside with him, and pointed out that theres no place for anyone to park that uses a wheelchair - i dont like having to park across the street, and take my chair thru traffic to get to a store. its not very safe.the manager said it was an isolated incident, and they had just unloaded things, and it wouldnt happen again.a month goes by, I happen to drive by, same pickup, same trailer, same bikes all blocking the disabled parking. a few weeks after that, happened to pass by again.. nothings moved at all.i understand when youre trying to run a business, and need to shuffle things around... BUT it was clear to me, in my first conversation with the sales manager that this wasnt an isolated incident - but i smiled and nodded.the sales manager had a really flippant attitude with me about it.. but at the same time said it wouldnt happen again....one space might have been usable - but id have to back in, and then the bikes stacked all around would make it impossible to deploy the wheelchair rampother people in my situation wont necessarily speak up about these issuesthe bikes were CLEARLY carefully backed in on the sidewalk, and clearly hadnt just been unloaded - please dont lie to my face!i called to talk to a manager a while after all this, and asked if the spaces and the sidewalks had been cleared.. he said were working on that right now so on my drive to work, i swung by.. NOPE!i happened to be at Honda Yamaha (next door) this afternoon and saw the Harley shop - which reminded me to post this reviewthis all started in mid-august of 2018BTW if you go back thru the photos published on google maps here, you can see time, after time, theres trailers, trucks, and bikes blocking the disabled parking on a regular basis. even google street view historical data shows things being blocked!once again, please dont lie - saying its a one time thing, and youll take care of it, and then simply do nothing at all.ive published photos of the issues, as well as the sales manager i spoke with.** update July 2021** they are STILL blocking the disabled parking spaces with motorcycles

The staff is very friendly and the motorcycle selection is great. If you are looking for motorcycles that arent Harley there arent many options but why would you come here looking for something else in the first place. As far as support goes this dealership goes out of their way to work with you and maintain relationships after you make a purchase. They host rides, BBQs and other events year round. Probably one of the best dealerships experiences Ive had.
