Overpriced and very rude owner (oscar) recently convicted of food stamp scam.Currently in violation of bottle return law, refuses to take bottles and cans unless you are a regular customer and bought it from him. Hangout for local drug dealers alcoholics using food stamps to buy liquor and cigs. Overpriced.
