The service at the TIGARD on hwy 99 across from the fred meyers is absolutely TERRIBLE, RUDE, JUDGEMENTAL & SNOTTY.... I been many different times & small thing...

Never have issues friendly and great coffee almost always. But was charged a $2 tip after declining to add one. 🤨😕

Great customer service! Great drinks! I got a 32oz Iced White Mocha with Oatmilk. One of the only places that has great oatmilk! I’m lactose intolerant, so I go for oatmilk since it has the same consistency of cow’s milk. One tip though: please mix the iced coffees so they don’t get watery so fast.

Great coffee at a great price with a cool staff.The coffees always hot and strong jyst as I like it.I always get a small Americano and 2 shots of espresso. It come in under $5.Its not to fantasy and does the job.

We just recently moved to Eugene, and I miss this Black Rock SO much. The staffers SO amazing and sweet, they always made my day better. Whenever we go that direction I make sure to stop in. The coffee is SO good.

Since there arent nearly as many Peets and I buy their grounds to make at home, Black Rock is my favorite place to stop and grab a coffee if Im feeling like a treat or need a pick me up. Unlike some of the more popular coffee places I like Black Rock because even if you go for a sweet flavored coffee you can still taste the coffee and its good. The employees are always polite and dont waste any time getting you your coffee and on your way

Happy to have this coffee drive thru nearby especially during these COVID times. Kind, smiling employees. Candy coffee... Just how I like it... Prefer the times it comes out hotter. The shared drive with a food cart pod and cannabis store can sometimes be tricky to navigate.

This place makes seriously good coffee for a drive-through, even by Pacific Northwest/Portland standards. When traveling, I always look for Black Rocks first when Im looking for a drive-through coffee spot. They are open late too, which is handy. Theyre knowledgeable on lesser known drinks and have always made even our lengthiest orders correctly. They are friendly, and mellower than Dutch Bros.

I want to share my experience of black rock this morning. I watched is 2 older white females totally D graded The briest a with no respect. After getting their drinks the ladies then return back till the line to complain about the drinks. I just wanna say that the briest I did a professional job was very kind very likable. Please be patient with them during these times

The customer service is so amazing here all the time. You have to leave at least 20% tip. Theyre rising their lives to give us coffee!

This coffee bar is my favorite! Emma knows my order and asks if I want my usual when I come through which makes me feel like a truly valued customer. Shes always a bright spot in my morning. Slow enough as is, baristas do not have time to stand around and have a full conversation with customers that continued 2 to 3 minutes after the one drink was done which took over 10 minutes to make ( my three drinks took under 5 minutes to make. 2 o clock on a week day is lunch time for people we do not have the time for this.

Last night my daughter and I went to WOODLAND, WA Pickup my 3 nephews ages 1,3 & 7. Really needed some caffeine. Unfortunately there is not a Black rock in Woodland, Wa. I decided to just stop at my local Black rock ( The Garden Home location) Unfortunately we got there at 8:15 pm 45 mins before closing and the girl said sorry i already sanitized my blender. I said oh please we really want a blended rebel . She said Sorry I asked if all the black rock locations stop making blended drinks so early . She said she did not know. So we left to find out. At 8:30 pm we arrive at this Black rock and place our order the server started making our drink without hesitation. She had no clue what we had just went through. I did not get her name but she was awesome and cheery!After she started making our drink I mentioned to her what had happened and thanked her for get us our blended caffeine!! Every time i stop at this location on HWY99 the people are so nice and make awesome drinks. This is definitely my go to location even tho i live right next to the Garden home location :(

The last few times Ive came here, the coffee tasted like the milk was bad. The last time was the worst. I ordered two drinks. Not only did they taste like sour milk but neither of them were made right. I even repeated my order. The location down the road has done this before as well.

I walk over regularly with my coworkers and we love it. The morning crew are always friendly and do a great job.

You wont find a more consistent, faster, friendlier, great tasting Black Rock location anywhere else. Ive tried. Theyre almost all great but this spot is THE BEST. No matter how long the line, they keep cars moving at an amazing pace that rivals even the busiest coffee spots (and Ive tried them all, both in this area and outlying areas). I Love this BRCB spot!

Great coffee and friendly environment

Normally good, a group of us went here 15 minutes before they closed before a night out and had really poor service. I’ve been in food service, so I know when someone says “it’s 10 minutes to close, I can’t make any coffee products” they really mean they cleaned up ahead of time and don’t WANT to make anything. We were stuck with their just-ok rockstar drinks and a poor memory of the place.

The last two times I’ve ordered a strawberry smoothie with caramel they either forget or just don’t add the caramel. For how overpriced Black Rock is and how slow the service is, this makes it an easy decision for me to never come back again.

I have been extremely disappointed the last 2 times Ive visited this Black Rock. The girl waiting on us was exceptionally rude. The music was so loud she couldnt hear my order. On the 4th time of not hearing me, I asked her to turn down the music so she could hear. She complied briefly with an eye roll and a sigh. It went down hill from there.

When my local coffee hut isnt available I go here. The coffee is better than starbucks and dutch, the baristas are super nice, and the line is shorter than the aforementioned chains.
