On a trip to Washington Square Mall for a computer repair my children and I planned to have lunch together there as well.After that was said and done one of my children wanted to stop in Godiva Chocolatier. Honestly I have heard the name for years but never knew too much about them.All of the staff there is incredibly friendly and accommodating.And I learned that if it is not dipped in the store then it is directly imported from Brussels.And the chocolates do really taste that good!I was surprised to learn that they serve ice cream there as well.There is a rewards program where you can get a free chocolate each month.

Great chocolate shop that is very clean and welcoming. All of the employees who were there when I went in were very nice and super helpful, which was really great because I was on a search for sugar free candy. Which a lot of the time is really hard to find especially when you are looking for good, high quality chocolates. I will never wonder again where I need to go to get special items like that, and the best part about it is that my Grandmother loves the chocolate that I have been able to get from Godiva. It will be a wonderful birthday gift to give her.

Who doesnt love good chocolates

Worst Godiva I’ve ever been to. Service at this store was nonexistent. Only go there if you want to throw your money away. So sad.

Cashier was completely unfriendly, 50% off was very misleading.

The only reason why I give this a low rating is because the manager in this store has an AWFUL attitude. Oh goodness, she seems so angry. Godiva has excellent chocolate quality and the only reason this location doesnt do so well is because the staff doesnt seem all that happy. I highly recommend going over to Sees Candies that is nearby. Youll be much happier you did.

I go for the shakes, but they arent good at this location! and they run out of flavors a lot. open a store at pioneer square, why hasnt this happened yet?
