I was having a hard time finding what I needed to finish off my Grandsons blanket.Then I came into Joannes they didnt have it, but the ordered it and when it came in within a couple of days, they called me.I was able to give them my list before coming in and it was waiting for me when I got there.When I was at a couple of other stores, there customer servace wasnt so great.

You go to Joanns for $5 of supplies and leave after spending $50 on stuff you dont need and might not use. But, you might, right? This store is always clean and spotless. All the things are where you look for them. And hey, if theyre not you might find something for that project on the back burner.

Good selection but the wait at the cutting counter for cloth is long. Wish I was able to visit during slower hours but not sure when that would be.

Im confused never been in this kind of store. The register person both are very helpful regarding the confusion of my bill. Thank you!

Cashier present on 8/24 ~6pm was condescending with me. I had a long day of work and her tone wasnt appreciated. Im returning to this store again, but Id prefer the cashiers (or rather that one in particular; she was brunette, more on the heavy side putting fabrics away) to be more kind and gracious.

Rather unfriendly greeter at the door. Maybe she just takes her job super seriously. Great selection of arts and crafts items.

I was looking for upholstery thread and needle for car upholstery. The young lady was friendly and directed me right to the supplies I needed. Everything is held up fine. I appreciate her service!

Why are all the fabrics polyester? What happened to the silk? to the wool?

They have a great selection of beads and sale items. My small town Jo-Anns doesnt have the selection of items that stores in larger areas have. I love to make my own jewelry and can make several pieces with my large purchase minus the sale discounts.

I dont sew, but I had to stop for my daughter. This place has, what seems to me, everything you could possibly need for sewing projects, it has books to help you learn to sew, needles, scissors, clamps and all sorts of arts and crafts. I also see a Lego sign...

I have been a arts and craft person for many many years and I have been going to Joannes fabrics for many many years as well. I love this location because the people here are very helpful in every single department that Ive asked in. Not to mention Joann fabrics always runs good deals and good couponsits always good to be caught up with the coupons cause you could be saving yourself a lot of money.I also really like about this location is everythings always really well stocked actually. Overall i always have a good experience here :)

Love this place. The staff are super helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Way better prices for picture frames than other places. Theres a wide selection of fabrics, so its great for cosplayers.

Really big location but a little beat up. Some things have a great selection and others not as much. This location really is hit or miss overall. Joanns overall though is pretty awesome and their rewards and app program pretty cool. Especially since its free to join!

The workers there are so sweet and helpful! We go on little family trips to find new bits to make new friends.

We were able to find all of the components for a perfect night of gingerbread house and gingerbread men making out at JOANNS. The store was busy but the staff was very attentive. We were able to get multitude of items, all of them worked out, no pieces of the gingerbread or candy had broke. All in all very satisfied with this stores level of quality and service. They even have us a deal on this cardboard we used for the home because it had seen better days.

I love this store. Its one of the largest Joanns, practically the only craft & fabric stores weve got. They have everything I need for art projects, sewing, quilting and jewelry making. Their fabric department is huge. I can spend a lot of time just looking and imagining all the things i want to make.

Jo-Anns has a wide versatile range of fabrics and colors to use.My friend and I went there yesterday and I spent a lot of the time looking at 30 books on the Shelf.I read a book that was entirely about how to make biscuits every page has different biscuit recipes I never knew how important biscuits were the people thats why I like Jo-Anns Fabrics!

I love how I can do curbside pickup! However, ordering online is not easy. You cant see the fabric on the bolt so its difficult to know how much yardage you will need for fabric with a pattern. I now need to make a return and get the correct amount of yardage. This means going into the store.

Did not have what we were looking for. Basket selection was minimum. Help was hard to find. Wait time in checkout line was absurd. 15-20 minutes. One cashier.

You will find pretty much everything related to crafts and fabrics . Store has a largest assortment of fabric, sewing, quilting, paper crafting, yarn, jewelry and crafts under one roof. Discounted fabrics sounds low priced but they are not. Eventually it comes to almost same.

What I wanted was scarce and they had it. The checkout was great. I was helped in finding all the coupons I could use!! Friendly store and typically friendly staff!

Expensive and this store is disorganized. Hadnt been to a Joanns in years and this trip reminded me why. Their products are not special but their prices pretend that they are. The dollar store next door had more items I was looking for at Joann and most of the items were a 2 pack compared to the 1 pack at Joann. No wonder these stores are shutting down, they arent even trying to be competitive.

Whatever you need they have it. Stocking stuffers, puzzles, toys, arts, and craft fun! Great deals every time I go usually up to 60% items and you get 50% off coupons at check out!

Its where to go to get immersed in your creative side. This location was well stocked and clean and crowds are limited to allow for social distancing.

It was good, but they needed more cashiers when I was there. It took a long time to check out.

The staff here is great. They bring your items to your car in efforts to help with social distancing. Inside clearly marked walkways in effort to help you get your needs safely

This Joanns is quite a bit larger than the one closer to where I live. They have a large selection of fabric, but it was a mess! It was disorganized and a lot of stuff was left on the floor. My mom and I were looking for a specific flannel to finish a project. The app showed them as having a lot of it in stock, so we asked for help after looking everywhere in the fabric department. I dont know if it is a chronic problem or a one time problem, but it took a while to get help because they were understaffed. Finally, the employee found two bolts of the fabric above the paper crafting supplies across the store.

Joann Fabrics shopping policies are very unpleasant. I wish there was another fabric store I can go to

Your typical joanns, good service, hefty prices on most items. They do however have a game about poop. (see picture)

Not impressed with their prices at all! But they did have a nice variety of products but the let down was every seemed to be overpriced.

The store is great and everyone has been patient and helpful during this social distancing. However, your security guy needs wash his hands and arms and change his mask after sneezing into his elbow several times while waiting in line today. I appreciate his efforts to keep everyone safe. But then he was delivering drive up customers. His gloves do no good if they’re infectedThank you all for doing what you are doing for customers.

I understand its COVID and sometimes stores are at capacity but Ive moved more in this line from people leaving the line than I have people exiting the store.A gentleman calmly asked the woman controlling the door and she said she was letting people in/out in groups of 20. TWENTY...One person out... one person in. Its the middle of November for heavensake.The only thing this store has going for it is the wide selection of products.EDIT:Just left the store and its practically empty on the inside. In fact, I came across more people inside the store yesterday when there was zero line outside than I did today with an outside line the length of the store.Please protect people and do whats right when it comes to COVID... but do it intelligently.Also noted only two cashiers working and ours was so careless she tried to prevent me from using my coupons. She also walked away before even giving me my recipt.

Large selection, but apparently very popular that day. (Social distancing) had to wait outside for over an hour but they had what I needed. The checkout clerk was not very pleasant but it seemed she had many things to do. All the other clerks were very pleasant and helpful.

Jo-Anns Fabrics is located directly off of Highway 99 / Pacific Highway. It has a plethora Sewing Notions, Fabrics and patterns to suit just about any sewing need. The gals at the sewing counter are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just remember to grab a number ticket and listen for your number to be called if you continue to shop. They have seasonal items as well as a great framing shop in the back. If you call them with questions they are more than happy to help. As a veteran seamstress Im always looking for the One Stop Shop and considering there are few fabric shops south of Portland this particular one does the job.

This Joanns has more than my local store. Saved me time and money than ordering online. Totally recommend to all ;)

Worth the thirty minute drive from Vancouver... had everything I needed, great prices, helpful staff. Very well stocked too!

Always fun to wander. Gotta have the app or bring your coupons. There is always a coupon or sale that saves you money. But you gotta double check your recite. Sometimes sale items dont ring up right. And read the coupon info too, doesnt always apply like you think it should.

I waited patiently to get my fabric cut. I had already waited 10 minutes before I realized I needed a ticket to stand in line. The machine for that is practically hidden by the cutting table. Then I waited another 20 minutes in line to pay. Finally got to checkout and I’d dropped my yellow ticket to pay for the fabric. The women looked at me and said I can’t do this. I told her exactly how much the yard and a half costs. ( it wasn’t like I had tons of fabric.) she shrugged and said she can’t do anything.. I explained how long I waited. Ok let me see if I can help you or get someone to help you. Omg Customerservice the worst!!

Wow talk about just rude and for no reason judgmental condescending people. Wow. I just wanted to see if they had some fabric that I could use to help my daughter with a project. Nothing huge but it ment a lot to her. So my knowledge of fabric is this.. I love my 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets but I have no clue how they are made and I love to sew but Im not suoer great at it. Maybe ok and I know enough to know the diff threads needed for diff fabrics. Neways if I go into a Fabric store I would expect they know more then I do since FABRIC is there Job. So why the attitude? Why treat everyone like there incompetent idiots wasting your time? I will never ever go back to this store and fyi theres a joAnns over by Beaverton transit thats much friendlier (so I hear) but I believe it as I doubt they could b worse

Well JOANN Fabrics is been my invents store for all my uniforms and crafts creations for all of my business.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Called today to check if they had a sewing machine in stock since it said they had one online but last time I trusted the online information by the time I was inside, after waiting in line for an hour it was sold out. I decided to call and the employee who picked up the call told me they didn’t have any time to check for me. I completely understand that working during this pandemic can be overwhelming since I am working during this pandemic as well, but the tone, the deep sights of annoyance and the word choice was rude and unnecessary. Was not willing to go to the store after that phone encounter, don’t want to imagine how bad the in store service would be.

Bathroom is out of order. Again.

Joanns is the only craft and fabric store with constant and consistent deals. I can spend my whole day here and not know how many hours have passed.

This new thing during Covid-19 where stores are offering curbside pick up sounds great but it was a complete FAILURE today at Joanns in Tigard, Oregon. I waited in my car, following Joanns instructions to call the store and let them know I was there. I called as directed. A recorded message answered my call. It then began to ring a phone line...and rang probably 10 times. It then stopped ringing and hung up on me. I tried again. AND AGAIN. AND AGAIN. Additional cars began to park in those designated CURBSIDE PICK UP spaces. No one was receiving their purchases...I could tell because no one was receiving a delivery from a store clerk. After waiting 25 minutes with my phone battery getting too low, I left. I called when I got home. Of course a LIVE person answered the call! Too late. He said they are busy on the weekends so I should try curbside pick up on a Monday or Tuesday. They are understaffed. YUP. I could tell.

Was at this Joanns on a late Sunday afternoon. At the station where they cut fabric, the employee was MIA for some 5 minutes or longer. I gave up and left. Happened to be walking by when the older lady I had been waiting with commented to the employee who finally returned that some people gave up waiting for her. The employee said she was only gone a couple minutes which was NOT true. In addition, I asked for the location for a particular thread, and another employee directed me to the wrong aisle. I got more help that day from a fellow customer in the store in finding what I needed!

Stayed open throughout the episode. Keeping stay at home idle hands busy. Good Job!
