Ive gone into Bed, Bath, and Beyond a few times during the recent Pacific NW heatwave and both times its been...fine? The reason for that mediocre endorsement is, both items Ive gone in to find have both been missing from this location.That said, I was able to pull up the website while in the store and was able to overnight both orders (fans and shelves) free of charge.So, a C- for having the items I came for and an A+ for the customer service and resolution. Thats a solid B right there.

Maria helped me order the specific size drapes I needed, and was just lovely! She was so sweet and made sure everything was correct for my shipped order. The store is clean, the staff is courteous and always sanitized. Some products are low on stock but its super easy to get stuff shipped (although FedEx is another story...)

Went here to get a my pillow. I have one and needed another. In my opinion its the best pillow you can buy. But apparently they have stopped selling them. I went home and found out it was because of political reasons. IF YOU WANT MY BUSINESS DONT BE POLITICAL! I dont care about your political beliefs until you try to push them on me! No more shopping here for me, ever!

If you want nice bed sheets that are excellent quality this is the place. Also a good selection of unique gifts to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkout lines move fast.

Has alot more selection than other stores

Rude associates couldnt believe how a woman talked to a customer who was looking at bedding. There was a language / understanding barrier but it made my stomach turn how rude she was! And she wasnt shy about who could hear her and she was definitely irritated to help or answer his questions.

They didnt have any split king bed sheets -- none. Whats next? No barrels at Crate&Barrel?? No lobster at Red Lobster?? (Yes, Ive been denied both.) Its BED bath and ..seasonal Easter candy.

So organized with CDC guidelines there is no reason to be afraid of shopping here. I ordered online, picked up my items at my choice of locations then parked in numbered spot. Dont park in between the numbered spots. Call number on sign, open trunk and they bring items to you for approval before putting them in your trunk. Everyone wears masks and gloves and stays 6ft from you, so perfectly safe. If you want to go inside, you can do that too as long as wear your masks and gloves.

Im not entirely sure what to say about BB&B. To me it seems like an outdated style of store. Honestly, imo, if I want quality kitchen items Ill do better at a kitchen specific store. For bedding and bath needs there are options at just about every variety store that would cover someones needs. I also feel like the prices are much higher than they should be. The trip here was spontaneous, to look for a kitchen item that they do not carry. While there we looked for a couple other kitchen items and also struck out. Building wise, there is visible and audible wear and tear. Upon walking in the vent system was making an unusual thumping sound as if someone was stopping on the roof above. The floors have some tears in the carpet that are marked by brightly colored tape (that my 3yr old noticed before me). This particular location is adjacent to Bridgeport Mall so its a prime location for a business which may be the reason it has been able to compete in todays market. Its certainly not a store Id say hey lets go to, but I would tag along if someone else wants go.

I was having trouble finding a belgian waffle maker... Everywhere I looked was out. I remembered this Bed Bath & Beyond location from last years shopping...I lucked out that they had just stocked a new shipment of exactly the appliance I was searching for...plus I came up with a 20% off coupon and was out the door covid safe in 5 min. ... Went in for bedding to add to my wedding registry and there supply was awfully low, couldnt find what I was looking for and that was frustrating. The staff was very nice however and did what they could to help.

It sells overpriced items, but I can get the same items offered at The Container Store over here, ie. Refrigerator food bins

Exactly what we needed. The barstools are great quality and were easy to put together. The shower head was simple and worth the price. The Frozen blanket was a little expensive but the joy it is bringing to my daughter is worth the price.

Meh. I called ahead to check on a product and was told they had plenty in stock but when I got there several hours later they were all sold out. Was given a line about theyre expecting a new shipment sometime soon but its been hard to keep the product in stock. That would have been nice to know earlier in the day when I called or advised of some sense of urgency before I made the drive across town. I just didnt feel like the two customer service reps I dealt with were being very truthful which is weird. Store was nice and orderly though. I dont know that Ill go back to this particular location though.

Bed Bath & Beyond has a plethora of household items available at reasonable prices. They have a wide array of kitchen accessories, cookware and the latest blenders, Fryers, juicers... just about anything you can think of that you may need for the kitchen. They have a great selection of Terrys, bedding and bathroom accessories. Pretty much anything youre looking for for your home can be found. Employees are knowledgeable about their stock and very helpful. They even have one of those great as seen on TV sections.

Very happy with Bed Bath and Beyond. I subscribe to the Beyond+ option and regularly find fantastic deals. There have been many instances where I can purchase items much cheaper than many other retailers especially Amazon.

This place has great potential for Xmas gifts. I went looking for the bamboo charcoal bags I had seen advertised and found them within 2 feet of the front door! Great people to help with everything also!

Store is really run down. Lots of out of stocks. Its just not the store it used to be a few years ago.

Lots of parking, I mean the lot was nearly empty. The workers were helpful but not overly in your face about assisting you. Large selection of high quality home and kitchen products, lots of practical options.

Super huge store its so big they have things you cant even reach youll need to call an associate over. Its a warehouse in a sense with all the stuff piled high. The customer service lady was nice and professional, always tried to keep the line moving by helping in anyway.

Fun place, filled with things I could die to have. Love their huge selection of things. Not cheap but quality stuff mostly. I could spend hours here.

Female manager doesnt believe in getting her hands dirty. Shed rather sit and watch the lines grow larger then actually help to get them smaller.The staff seems to let the store runs on its own and doesnt apply much customer service. This includes one of the male 50ish male manager

Love the store, but not the cashier! He was extremely rude to customer ahead of us! We found what we needed, even had great customer service while shopping. We couldnt find a blanket that we wanted, but young gal helped us find correct size! Too bad the guy at checkout left this impression on us! We will be back, just will watch out for grumpy guy!

Love this store. Watch the sales and use coupons and you can get a great deal. They honor their coupons even if they are past the expiration date.

Its kind of overwhelming with their extensive variety of....everything! Would recommend this store when you have a coupon (unless you want to over pay). At least you can order it nationally! It was nice to buy it one place and pick up at a different location.
