Where to start, I drove from Shreveport to Texarkana March of this year to buy a frosty factory machine. Paid Jason Malby $500.00 cash. When I get the unit home and plug it in, it doesnt work, the following week I drove back to the Texarkana Restaurant Equipment story to have the item looked at.I later receive a text from Jason advising that the machine had locked up and would need new bearings.Moving forward, its now September!!! I call the business and spoke with Bryan Davis (Owner) at which time I told him of the problem I was having with repairing the machine or refunding my money. Mr. Davis advised that Jason was his grandson and he would look into the matter. Several weeks later I call and spoke with Mr. Davis, at which time me advised the machine was being repaired. NOW when I call all I get is an answering machine. I call and text Jason Malby and get the same results. This matter will be going to court now!
