Used AAA Sand & Stone to fix my driveway. Staff was helpful when ordering the amount of rock that I needed. Weather did deter my first delivery date. Dispatch was able to reschedule to the next date without issues. Delivery was fast and diligent. Driver was very helpful.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. Received my River Rock right on time. Was a great experience over all. Would buy from AAA Sand and Stone again and would refer friends and family.

Terrible company. sent wrong rock and won’t make good. Must be a new owner than I used to use because I had no trouble with them In the past. I wonder if the owner knows how his staff treats their customers? Basically they said it was my word against theirs. I should have listen to the reviews. But I had used them and they were fine.I asked for a river rock type rock. Theirs was called wash rock. They required that We come up and look at the rock and pick it out ourselves. so We did. 3 of us: husband, myself and my friend. The bin was nearly empty but They said the rock would be in soon. The same rock but no price guarantee. It was delivered and at first glance it looked right but the minute my husband saw it and dug into it he said that’s not what we saw at the yard. We paid for 1 inch rock and this is Pgravel with very little one inch rock. The P gravel looks lovely I’m sure but the minute we get a heavy rain it will be covered in mud a waste of $450 I had to order another load from another company. They have lost their customer and the didn’t care at all. I shared it with 350 Facebook friends, my area’s social media and Lone Oak area folks.

Angie is so helpful. She patiently listen to my problems with drainage on my property and made suggestions of rock I could use. She was so helpful. I’ll definitely be back and use them again.

Positive UPDATE on prior reviewGREAT COMPANY!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! they made it right. Kim stepped in after finding out there was a probelm with my rock delivery. The older woman at their Terrell office took my order. After driving 80 miles to chose the rock I needed I ended up reciving different rock. The older women at the Terrell office refused to do anything to help fix the problem. She was rude and wouldnt budge even after I sent her pictures of the rock. I tried on 3 occassions to get her to see the issue. When Kim, at the Dallas office, discovered there was a problem she called me right away. They immediately sent over more rock at no cost to me. AAA Sand and Stone is a terrific company. I had ordered rock from them in the past and they were great. No issues. Its a shame that one person in an office could have ruined a customers opinion. I will continue to always buy my rock from AAA S & S. Thank you Kim for working with me. and THANK YOU Carlos for delivering the rock ;) ;)

You build a sand pit in the middle of neighborhood. Pile mulch up Which bring rodents and other critters. Now it catches fire so everyone now can’t go outside and have smoke in ours house. You only care about your money. I wish I could rate lower.

I cant say enough about the excellent service I received from the yard personnel and the delivery truck driver. Very professional and on time delivery, going out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Hard to find great people like this that care about the customer in every way.

Needed good quality fill dirt to level my back yard for a pool. called at 1130am and they told me they would have it delivered by 2pm that day. Nobody will be home for delivery and if they could just drop it off in my driveway. Sure enough 2pm came around and they were there dropping the dirt. Wonderful people, very helpful and affordable. I will be telling everybody. Thankyou so much

Waste of time and even worse Money. Made an appointment for a Saturday delivery. Had multiple contractors on site for a driveway installation, rented bobcats and excavators for the work to be done. No call no show! Thanks a lot for wasting $600-$700 of rental equipment and cancellation fees after we sat around waiting!!!!Really regretting not following the bad reviews I read elsewhere but figured what idiot could ruin a truck dropping off rocks. Ha
