I use the online grocery service, so far its been perfection.

Today is my lucky day!! I left my wristlet at Walmarts restroom and it took me 15-20 minutes to realize it was gone. When I was about to check out and pay for everything I got, I just realized it wasn’t on me and ran back to the restroom but it was already gone. It has all my cards, some cash and most importantly my car key. Good thing the lady who works at Walmart found my wristlet and returned it to their customer service. I am so blessed and grateful that she found it and refused anything in return. Such a genuine good person!! thank you Ms. Henre, I hope I remember your name right ☺️Godbless you!!

Never stocked, shelves are always empty. I can never get what Im looking for. I will drive the further distance to go to Kaufman where its fully stocked, cleaner store & its not a over packed circus full of rude people, including employees

Actually a good selection, just wish they didnt feel the need to change the whole store! I dont like wandering up and down aisles searching for every single item

March 2021 goods were very sparse. Perhaps due to renovations going on? I dont know. Hope it goes well.They are doing away with real people at cash registers. Four cash registers but only 1 was open. More self service registers are being installed.Not sure customer service would get any better. Tried calling them but no one answered phone.Hmm. Thats typically for a lot of Wal-mart stores. And Ive called a lot through the country.Then you get a few stores that are very hospitable...makes you feel like you want to visit again!!

Wasnt crowded and had everything I needed.

Walmart is very friendly but the restrooms could use some cleaning better than now the restrooms are not clean ever there is always toilet paper on the floor every where and water on counter tops .

It would be a hell of a lot better - for the consumer - to know that a product is NON REFUNDABLE before making a purchase! Place a sticker/sign on the shelf or at the register before we make the damn purchase. Printing it on the receipt AFTER the purchase does NOTHING for the consumer, IDIOTS.

Went to Walmart in Terrell. Very disappointed. They don’t support people with disabilities. I have physical disability. It make it hard for me. Went to get cat litter. And the way y’all have it doesn’t help people with disability. You have to lift it over a bar to get it off the shelf and a person with not much strength it is hard to do. And you can’t find anyone to help. You would think if you are going to do something like that you would have the ability to get help from a store work and not another customer. And at check out. That is not place for a person with disability. Doing it your self, you get no help. And I sure don’t think paying a person $15 a hour just to stand there is worth it. I rather think paying a person $15 an hour to help people check out that want and need the help is better. And going out the door, you door person didn’t even want to check the receipt. How do you know they got everything rang up. And for people with disability we may forget to ring up and item. With the person check out I didn’t have to worry. They make sure. When y’all did this remodeling you should didn’t think about the people. Just y’all selves. Well now it show it. It is all about to money and not about the people. That is a shame. Well I am going to drive more miles to another Walmart that care about there disabled customers. And I am hoping all the other Walmart don’t become selfish and disregard disability like this one has.

Out of everything isles blocked and a mess. Walmart in Terrell has not had any size or shade of red spray paint in over a month and can not get an answer as to why. Some staff are very rude and there seems to be to many Chiefs and not enough indians. I see at least 3 employees everytime.im in there standing around cust. Service talking chewing gum and doing nothing. The store in general is dirty looking as well. I drive from Terrell to Forney because of it

This store is better since the remodel. The best staff is in the automotive area. Quick and reasonable synthetic oil change. The oil change was only 52.00 with tax vs 100-120 at dealership or other oil change places. Do not like having only 4 assisted checkouts.

Ot would be a whole hell of a lot better if the would utilize the people standing around to actually man a register and help check people out instead of waiting on people to do their own scanning of items....

The remodeling looks very good. The check out design sucks. It bottles up too much. And now you are putting the customers to work doing their own check out. So you are getting free labor. It will be easier going to Brookshires.

Walmart has everything you need. I shopped for curtains, a trashcan, live plants, mozzarella sticks, wine, and everything in between. This store has helpful associates that actually ask if you need help. Lots of parking out front, plenty of staffed checkout lines, and plenty of self checkout lines too. The batteries are located in the front of the store, near the check out lines. I wasted time looking for batteries in the self check out. Their rechargable batteries and chargers are about 10% more than what Amazon sells them for. The produce is fresh and the bakery items are yummy!!!

No one helped me the whole time I was their. I have trouble going into stores and need lots of help, but employees are always annoyed to help I dont like that. Littler stores seem to help me more and make me have a better experience I feel good when someone stops to ask how Im doing or if I need help but no one hear does that I have 3 grandchildren and they make it harder to shop and I have a hard time at home so sometimes going shopping is the only way I can talk to people Im very disappointment

One of the best Walmart locations I have been to. More selections and better stocked then my local store.

Had to pick up an item at pickup. They were quick even though there were alot of people picking up. Also very friendly when delivering my item.

Everything I needed was out of stock and the few items I did have I stood in like for 20 mins in the garden while 1 lady was stuck there by herself to check the huge line of people out. Multiple other workers were near by but didnt seem to care she was struggling.

Typical Wal-Mart but always seems to be disorganized, especially in the self checkout area. Also, exiting is unnecessarily congested and difficult.

I love the breakfast taquitos and this location is great about it when I ask for bacon and potatoes in it. Blend those flavors with the eggs and cheese and it cant be beat.

Store was better than previous visits. Other customers being confused about the new self checkout process allowed me to go in and out without waiting in line. Seemed everybody was on one side for whatever reason.

Very big with big variety of things and great low prices

Shelves had about one fourth of the items I was shopping for. Even the bread shelves were disaranged. Ive watched this location go down hill for the last five years and it isnt getting any better. The three checkers were backed up four and five customers deep. Im really surprised that customers put up with this, I guess its the best of a bad situation!

Needed help looking for some rice cakes since you guys were doing remodeling and Elliot one of the employees helped me 20 minutes to look for them and finally he found them. I would say Elliot is manager material. Really hope he makes it to the top. Thanks Elliot

AJ was phenomenal! He greeted us as we entered Walmart in an unconditionally genuine manner. Watching him interact with other customers shows he has a spot for customer service! When leaving the store, he thanked us for shopping there and asked us to come again! He just made us feel instinctively cared for and we never got this at ANY WALMART we have been to! We will definitely return to this Walmart! Even as they go through a remodel, the isles are not cluttered and you can still find what you are looking for.

Terrell store has gone thru a dramatic and hopfuly a extremely good cleaning from floor to ceiling. Gondalas in vegetable area lowered and new paint, registers and increased inventory and availability is wonderful. Truly a better store. Thank you j. Fountain

Terrell Walmart has been remodeling for around a month. I went there today to buy humidifiers. I also bought groceries since I was there anyway. They only have 4 regular checkstands left as far as I could see. However they now have approximately 28 self checkout registers.I counted 14 on the way out, Im assuming the other end is the same. FYI, I waited in line for the regular checkout. If Im going to work for Walmart, I want a raise. Theres your review.

Every time I try to call no one picks up the phone. Numerous complaints about a specific manager from employees and associates and she has faced zero repercussions.

By far the worst Walmart ever!!!! How is there always a reason they cannot change my oil? The workers in the oil/Lube are always standing around. This is the 4th vehicle we have brought to them and there has always been a reason why they cannot do their job!!!!!!

Just left Walmart at terrell .No one manning the 4 registers that actually check you out.Ask for help told no one working those registers.No ... I told them I needed help, they say I dont know what to tell you. I Spoke with the manager of the manager and he said they wouldnt help you and I said no they wouldnt help. I will never spend another dime in walmart. Dont know what this company is out to prove but your stores are going down hill when you cant even help the elderly in their time of need.

I am usually quite satisfied with Walmart.

I regularly use their pickup service. Theyre constantly out-of-stock. The people that bring the groceries do the best they can but the manager allows too many orders for too few workers, especially at night - - though it occasionally occurs at other times too.The pharmacy works exceptionally well; though, I have had problems with prescriptions before they always tried to work with me on them.

This store remodeled and made everything self check out and the counter is so small that you cant put your groceries on it and the bags are a lot smaller as well. Walmart is completely about money and Not about the customers and convenience. Very bad and I will shop at a different grocery chain.

Easy to find what i need and employees are helpful

I went to this location because my Quinlan store was closed in the wake of Winter Storm Uri. And I was actually pleasantly surprised, I was able to get a few things, the employees were actively restocking (they need a raise), customers seemed to be only getting what they need, which left a few necessary items still on the shelf for others. Good looking out Terrell, and great job Walmart employees!!

Got my Covid shot and it was a super simple process. The pharmacy staff was great to work with.

Its Wal-Mart. I dont like their stores or business practices, but since we dont have an HEB here, its what I have to deal with.

I absolutely despise this store the employees are rude and they never have anything you want or are looking for on the shelf!! The beverage isles have more beer and wine than water and cold drinks!!! The rest of the store beyond the food is more stocked than the market!! And dont even think about going to get any kind of produce that department is smaller than a 900 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment!!! I will only stop when I absolutely have to

I cant understand why all of the clothes that are on the clearance rack, arent on clearance. Not do I understand why their prices didnt go down to compensate for the absence of the cashier. If we have to check ourselves out, why dont we get an employee discount?

Organized and well-designed. I really like where the bakery is located, directly right of the entrance I came in. Their selection looks really well done. I overheard someone training a new employee saying they fresh bake every bread type everyday. How impressive! Of course, there is low stock on some items due to the pandemic, but I cant fault Walmart on that. The only issue I have is when its busy, the main walkways perpendicular to the food aisles are always congested and difficult to navigate. This is probably due to the display stands in the middle. But other than that, great visits!
