Recently purchased 2019 GMC Acadia. I have requested copy of warranty several times and have yet to receive it. Ive never dealt with a business where theres no regard for their customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Ive called, chatted in their website and emailed. The only thing they sent was my contract. I dont know how else to request this, its a simple task.

He even took time to talk to my brother from out of state regarding the specs of my truck when I was unable to answer my brothers questions. Maybe Im just old school, but what youve done to the once simple easy process of dropping off of a vehicle, is a SLOW and AGONIZING process. Communication seems to have come to a snails pace, talking to a human being is impossible, cant get anyone to answer the phone anymore. I observed the same people I use to see actually working, now sitting and doing NOTHING. All my previous visits and service were GREAT; but Ill be considering other options before I bring anything else to your dealership.

We purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado. Jessie was the sales representative and Ivan was the sales manager. They both did an outstanding job at working with us. They were not pushy and in fact allowed us to take our time making the decision of what vehicle and dealership we actually wanted to purchase from. I was welcomed with a very laid back, relaxed atmosphere as apposed to some of the bigger dealerships around Dallas. Sky Wills was polite, he listened to what I did and did not want and didnt come across as pushy. I actually left and checked out some other places but ultimately ended up going back. While visiting the area, had the need for service (Diesel fuel filter, oil change and rotate/balance tires). Dealer was extremely accommodating after I called them at 5:30P just before closing and got me in the next morning. This was great as we had to leave to head back home the next day and needed the service done quickly. Service staff was very friendly and got the work done in about 2 hours while I waited. Very pleased.I would highly recommend this dealer based on the service I received as an out of towner where they knew I would not likely be back soon. Very happy I called them!

Brought in vehicle for first maintenance since purchase which was an oil change and tire rotation. I was the only person in the waiting room and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for my car to get finished. I am sorry but that is ridiculous. No one came and informed me that it would be a wait and never told me why this happened. This was my first experience getting my car serviced at the Chevy dealership and I dont know if I will come back. It is free for me but I would rather pay to have someone work on it if it means I get my car back in a reasonable time frame.

Wont be going back. Giant waste of my time! There are multiple things wrong with the way this place does business. 1. You dont get a confirmation email when you schedule an appointment but I did get a phone call. 2. Nobody reads your appointment request so you have to repeat why youre there. 3. You have to hunt someone down because apparently nobody is there to greet you or find out how they can help 4. When I got the confirmation call nobody told me that they were 2 days behind and what my expectations were if I was leaving my car or not. So I wasted a drive to Terrell to only find out they were 2 days behind and the scheduler should have told me that they were 2 days behind on repairs. Thanks for nothing Platinum Chevrolet! Ill find another dealership that actually wants my business and knows something about customer service!

I got a great deal on a new Silverado and learned a lot about the truck and its many capabilities. Fred was amazing to deal with. The truck I bought I had been looking for for over a week. Due to inventory issues it was extremely hard to find. The team at Platnium made me feel like family and I will be returning in the future.

I had a appointment for a oil change , and I showed on time but still had to wait several hours because there was cars ahead of me…. What was the point of making a appointment then ? I also was told I wasn’t showing in the system that I had a appointment but yet I had emails and texts messages that I had a appointment today. Mike helped to walk me through the finances and get me an incredible deal that I couldn’t walk away from. I have been a customer at this location with the previous ownership for many years.The service yesterday was good. The only problem was that you have too many hoops to jump thru to get to the service dept. I am used to asking for service dept without talking or listening to another voice who asks unnecessary questions. You have enough people in there to answer the dept phone without having to wait 3 or 4 minutes for pick up. No complaints about employees, however.
