I was so incredibly thankful Sunday when my daughter had a blowout on I20 and needed a new run flat tire on her car. So she called ahead 30 min before closing, they assured her they could help and waited for her to drive there on the flat. They quickly helped get the tire on,and got her on her way. We were so blessed by them for taking such good care of our daughter!

Super professional and friendly. Got my new wheel on and serviced my brakes that were missing a bolt. Good people.

Wish I had remembered to read these reviews before going to Terrell Firestone store. I ordered tires for my suburban and waited all day for them to get put on. Finally I called 30 minutes before they closed and they said it was ready. Wow what service!! Like the tires though. Later I took another vehicle in to get an alignment and told them it pulls to the right. After the day was over I got a call 20 minutes prior to closing that it was ready. Fortunately we werent too far away. It still pulls to the right. Meanwhile I ordered tires for my pickup and asked for the best tire they possibly could sell me. Now the front driver tire of second vehicle has a noise, so I checked the tire for any play and discovered the upper a frame bolts are so loose I can move the tire an inch. Went today to get my tires on the way I discovered a low tire on pickup. (How convenient Im supposed to pick up the tires today as discussed last week.) I pulled up to one bay because there was no one there except 1 other car. Five bays open 4 guys walking around. They asked me to move my truck with its now mostly flat tire. Went inside and theyre telling me its gonna be an hour and a half. Really with that crew and those bays open? Went 3 miles to another tire shop on a flat and within 12 minutes they had my tire fixed, ordered 4 more tires, and they are loaning me a tire for a day! The new tires will cost 28$ less too. God knows how to bless his people!!!

Got a much needed specific tire, they were busy but got the truck done in Much less time than estimated. Cody and Drew (Drue?) were excellent and super grateful for the turnaround!

Why can you schedule an appt online and it shows openings for days and times but then they call you tell you they don’t have openings till 3-4 days later????

Prices are crazy high. I went in for a brake job and they quoted me $849 on a 2009 Honda accord. I went up the street to the brake shop on highway 34 and they quoted me $683. Not even close. They are ripping people off

Couldn’t even get in to see if they did good work went to take my aunts car in to get a few tires replaced and was told it would be a few hours before they got to me with only one customer in the waiting room and I go around the side to see everybody walking nobody hustling. Changing out tires is quick easy money but I guess you have to be motivated to work. Everybody does the bare minimum these days can’t get a farmer back on the road

Jacked up the cost on parts about 50%. Said they would work with the warranty company, wanted to charge 1900.00 for an ac compressor to be replaced, did not work well with warranty company, and they charge 120.00 an hour for labor. Highway Robbery, if you like wasting money this is definitely the place for you!

Firestone has really worked hard to turn this Terrell store around and you can tell! Honest and kind service. Great asset to the community.

Flat tire at 5pm. One person in shop for repairs. They wouldnt help me. Stranded! Live in Dallas. Work in Terrell.2nd time at shop. First visit, i had low tire and they aired it up. Got flat tire later because they didnt check it for leak. :(

Ive had my fair share of BAD experiences with Firestone locations. However, this location was not one of them. Its important to keep the customer informed and provide accurate ETCs. Liz was awesome! She was great about providing a follow up and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. She knocked it out of the park. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. I will definitely be going back for future service needs on my vehicles.

I was going there today for a oil change. There was no place to park in front so I was trying to park close to the bays were the do the oil changes. There was no cars in the bays. All of the mechanics was not working and a lot of them was on there cell phone not working 2 of the mechanics told me I cant park here and said I need a oil change and he told me he didnt care. So I told him there no parking up front so he decided to tell me not his problem. And they were rude about it. I will not do business with a company that has rude employees. And I will tell everybody I know what happened. My wife was likes to up there to get work on our cars. She was surprised. And she going up there anymore. So if the mechanics can be rude so can I.

Worst of the worst. No words can really describe how horrible. I experienced being yelled at for no reason on my part. They told me that they were short staffed and couldnt get to me and to make an appointment for a different day. I had to set there for a few minutes in my vehicle to recover from the duress of being yelled at. I was shocked. I will never go to a Firestone again for as long as I live.

Ive received several oil changes here. I RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. Positive experience for me. Staff always seems friendly and knowledgeable.

They really saved us a lot of stress and headaches when we were in a pinch. Thanks for working a little late. Highly recommend!

I take my Corvette here for the lifetime alignment deal and they always have it spot on along with great customer service. Joe did it this last time and did an amazing job!

My experience was great. I called first to make an appointment to get my oil changed. They told me to head right up. In short they were fast and very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

As much as I love Firestone, I frankly cannot afford them! They charge by the book and refuse to come down. I allowed them to way overcharge me on two occasions, but only because I could use my Firestone card. When they wanted to charge me $800 to replace my water pump, etc., I got smart, shopped around, and got it done by a locally-owned mechanic shop for $350. Now, I only go to Firestone for my tire rotation/balancing and alignment, but only because I purchased the lifetime plan for both. Im very sorry, Firestone.

Slow service

Tex was very helpful, helping me get back on the road. They did not have jack heavy duty enough for my gooseneck trailer but sure did have the right tires at the right price. Thank you so much Tex.

Not once but twice I’ve caught their hand in the cookie jar. I got new tires with a 4 wheel alignment. The first time I asked them to look it over and they said I needed new spark plugs. Little did they know I changed them not even a month prior. Well here I am halfway through the 40k lifespan of the tires I had purchased from them. I had them rotated at 10k and now at 20k I went to get them rotated again and they can’t do it due to “bad shocks”. I had another mechanic tell me it’s an alignment issue. They also said my air filter is dirty and needs to be changed and that would cost 40 dollars. With all of this said I went and bought a ten dollar filter and had it in literally 2 minutes later. Didn’t even have to turn a screw nor bolt. I am replacing my shocks myself to be on the safe side and getting tires else where. You will not catch me dead in another firestone.

I ordered 2 tires for the front just like they put on the back they said that they would call me when the 2 tires come in and set up appointment never called 3 weeks later I called them on a Wednesday he said ok let me check he comes back on the phone and said yes there here so I set up appointment for Saturday at 11am I go up there on Saturday 11AM he tells me that he doesnt have appointment for me and that there booked up till next week so I asked if he has my tires I would pay for them and take them somewhere else and have them put on then he tells me that they already sold one of my tires so I just walked out

They did a very good job on my son car

The staff here was friendly toward me. I brought my truck in for an alignment and got it back within a few hours. Unfortunately it was not done correctly and I had to take it back. They took my truck in right away and performed a second alignment, no questions asked, now my truck is tracking straight again. Very happy with the service.

Terrible place to get a alignment. Never called to state there was a problem.Charge me even though they can’t align it properly!!! State I need to go to a frame shop because they can’t get caster right. Quite evident they aren’t trained in alignment as the caster/camber kit fixes the problem on a dodge that is non adjustable!!!!

Great people. Car broke down in Terrell on long trip from Colorado. It was a Sunday and I had to be at work the next morning. They couldnt get my part that day so Drew andJoe got a rental car scheduled for me and took me there in their own vehicle 30 mins away. Very kind!! Repair cost was reasonable and I am grateful for these guys.

Over priced!!! Staff is very friendly but their prices will make you run for the door. Terrell has a lot of other good mechanic shop a lot cheaper. Just shop around before you open the door. Hand tight to your wallet unless you are wealthy

If I could give it ZERO, I would! SHIESTY!!! Service mgr John is too in love with himself to care about you or your car and safety, I have been a customer at this location for over a decade and I will NOT be back!..I took in for oil change and Lifetime alignment. He called to say my car was ready and when I got dropped off and went to pay I said, you got the tires all rotated and balanced, right? He said ,No, you didnt ask for that. I said it comes with it. He said, No, it doesnt, I said, Every time I come have this done they rotate and balance the tires. We did this back and forth for awhile...he didnt rotate and balance my tires which Tex and Dave ALWAYS did when I came in, they knew me by name and always had my history pulled up on computer before I got to the desk and we went over what was done last visit and what was needed for that visit. John said I didnt ask him to rotate and balance tires! I had him pull my history and it had not been done since last August so I had to waste my whole day off because now we had to start all over again for a free service that comes with tire purchase!!! My ride had to turn around and come back and get me again! So, obviously he never pulled me up. I got home...after 5 hours...read through the paperwork and the mechanic had written that I had an engine oil leak!! I had it in there for oil change and Service mgr John (DUH) !! NEVER told me I had a leak so obviously he is clueless about how to do his job!! Never again!! When Tex and Dave left so did the good, thorough work and hometown friendliness!! NTB, DISCOUNT TIRE, HERE I COME!!!! As I am reading the invoice again, and it has been altered, to make it look like he dotted his is and crossed his ts, which he obviously is only concerned about how he looks on paper! Honestly, I KNOW they didnt even touch my tires..i have no paperwork to support it and no fingerprints on my dirty wheels. Now I see where it says declined work..cabin air filter!!! I was NEVER asked by John, Drew or anyone else about a cabin air filter!!! This is the utmost high of laziness, dont care what the customer says or needs done, lack of research on customer and vehicle and most importantly complete DISREGARD for my and your safety!!!! SHIESTY!!!

I called asked what time they closed he stated 4 pm . So I drove 20 miles to get I low tire fixed because it was Sunday . I show up 20 minutes before closing time . The guy behind the counter told me he could not fix it ! I stated I was there during ours of operation he got hateful and said he could give me air or I needed to leave ! I would not recommend this place to anybody .Very disappointed in this place !

Never a complaint they take care of you and dont pull your chain for an extra buck.

They seemed nice but when I took my truck in for a brake check they called me and said the front end on my truck was about to fall apart and I came and picked it up and noticed major damage to the driver control arm and I have people that drove the truck the day before and they said it was not doing that so that obviously tells me its something they did. I wont be going back anymore and I will definitely spread the word about my experiences.

This review is not pertaining to just this location its for the company in general. This location as most others we have used have all been very polite and friendly and always offered us good deals. But the company needs to look at how they are running their business a little better because especially for someone who has only been using them for all their car repairs for 2 vehicles for atleast the past 2 years even in different states. And countless times at different locations I have heard far too often that they do not have enough techs staffed to get the job done that I need done and they always offer to do it a different day but I work 6 days a week and work long hours so when I try to schedule something its because I can only do it at that day and or time Im trying to schedule it. And most of the time Im only asking for a oil change and to not have any techs on to do oil changes to me seems a bit ridiculous for a auto care place, shouldt oil changes be one of the easiest jobs that almost anyone at your establishment can handle.And if they arent telling me that they dont have any techs on then they are just telling me they are short staffed and it will take all day but I do an oil change every month due to driving alot and Ive been coming to you for years, so you cant tell me that you have been short staffed in multiple locations across multiple states for years or that your tech called out.If thats the case then hire some damn techs or hire someone so your not so damn short staffed all the time.I had thought about getting a firestone credit card because we go to them alot and usually buy our tires through them but now Im thinking twice and if it wasnt for my lifetime alignment and rotation on my car I would start going elsewhere, I might just think about it anyways to not have this hassle anymore.But I hope someone from corporate reads this and gets their heads out of their assess. Go on undercover Boss or something and fix your damn company.And it puts the icing on the cake that my fiances past vehicle was brought in because her brake line went out and they said it was fixed and let her drive away but she told me it didnt feel right and i drove it and could tell clear as day something wasnt right and when i called them they said they couldnt get us back in until the next day, mind you it was mid day, so i brought it to another location and they said it wasnt fixed correctly and we got lucky that we made it there and they did take care of it but that car should not have been put back in her hands like that and their excuse was that sometimes the techs get busy and they rush or some techs dont have the knowledge of other techs. They could have gotten her killed or seriously injured because they arent paying attention or arent trained properly.Also that car had its issues but we took it in for an oil change and they checked the battery and a few other things and gave us an all clear for winter and the next day she breaks down on the highway and we tow it in to them and they said the alternator was shot. No warning signs and they just checked everything the day before and everything was good so to me it seems a bit odd that all of a sudden the alternator just went out like that. I argued that something had to have happened when they had it last.As another mechanic I talked to also found it odd but they stuck to their guns and said it was nothing they could have caused.So we got a new car and Im not so sure that new car will ever see a firestone, I have yet to decide but its not looking good for them. I hope they get their business in check to not lose a loyal customer but by the time they do it might be too late as my car needs an oil change.

Refused to align a stock car within factory spec claiming I must be racing the car solely because I requested specific parameters. Then copped an attitude with me for no reason. Go elsewhere.

Its all good when they are taking your money for new tires with road hazard but dont think for one min uou will get them to fix one three times i have went up there to get a flat fixed and had to go pay someone else to fix worst tire shop in terrell will not buy another set of tires for them

Came her for a battery and was told an hour has now been two and a half and car has not even made it inside. Would not be here if my company maintenence service was not accepted here.

I had my car inspected and when they got done my service engine light was on ... I told them about that and I was told it would be 100 dollars to find out why ...

Went in for an oil change and to have my TPMS sensor checked. Initially was told I had a puncture in my tire and the repair would be $20. Then within a few minutes they came back and said something was wrong w/ my tire and the air valve needed to be replaced. I was initially thinking Id spend under a hundred dollars and I ended up spending over $200.

They rotated my tires and then replaced the lug nuts they stripped with non matching ones, this is the first problem I’ve had with them but I won’t be back, they left off a lug nut on one of my wheels also.

These amazing people are ON POINT!!! LOVE THEM!!!
