This was a very unpleasant experience! The quality was very poor and the customer service was even worse!!! I tried coming to a business in my hometown for the first time and I deeply regret it. Id rather travel and pay more for better customer service than to come back to this place.

Low prices and very friendly service

Ive known this family for years and love every visit to the shop

First experience was wonderful 2 days ago. Came in and got something printed from a thumb drive. Today walk-in with another customer already standing there with no mask and was told that I needed to wear a mask inside the location although the employee and the other customer were not wearing one. Was told that the other customer was not wearing a mask because she did not have one. But in order for me to be there I had to have one. Also told that she could not print from my thumb drive because she could not touch it and I would need to email the document. The document is tax return information so emailing it is not a secure option. Todays experience has turned me away from ever going back to this location for any reason. I understand about the mask situation but when the employee and another customer do not have masks and I am turned away because I have to have one in order to be there that is absolutely unacceptable. Either everyone needs it or no one does.

Do not use this business for UPS drop off apparently she is not responsible for packages dropped off at her UPS drop off now a computer has been dropped off at her store an she claims shes not responsible because she is only a drop off
