Ethan did an outstanding job helping decide which package to buy. He did everything he needed to and in his power to make things easy. Of course we did the test drive etc, but what was important to me is that he wanted to make sure I was buying what I wanted to buy. He did this by pulling trucks side by side and explaining each feature in detail and then also reminding me of what I said my intent was for buying. The experience was great!

I would give 0 stars if google would let me . We bought a truck here a couple of months ago . Buying the truck was easy and they lied as much as they needed to sell us the truck . If only I would have know that the after service would be so horrible , I would have definitely bought else where. We have bought their warranty, paying for it monthly but when we needed it , they kept our truck for almost 2 weeks . They would never call us back . We would have to call them every day multiple times a day and we would always get the same answer, I don’t know ! We will find out and call you back . Again no one would the manager there Trevor told us the fix was more then what they wanted to pay even though we had the warranty. So they where not going to fix it . He lied to my husband saying he kept in contact with me , when he never did . But I wasn’t surprised, everyone there just tell you whatever you want to hear . All in all the worst service I have ever had . I don’t recommend, I will never do business with them again !

From the dry greeting to the wait and the textbook line’s. 👎I’ve never been charged for the tec to do a walk around and visual, I did here. The service staff were friendly and a very nice facility. I’m in the market for a truck and not one staff member in sales even spoke. When I checked out the showroom truck top to bottom I YouTubed the answers. Leaving for the Dodge store finally a sales guy, but too late.

Jason and the techs did a great, on time, repair of the upper and lower A/C blend doors quickly and cleanly. I use Platinum Ford for all 3 of my Ford vehicles. Oil/filter changes, tire rotation, recalls and FSA’s, etc. have had no issues.

One year ago I traded in my Dodge Charger for a barely used 2020 Ford Transit Extended High Roof cargo van. To this day I am still very happy with my ride. Purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat a few months ago. I was hesitant to write a final review of this dealership as I hoped they would rectify my issue after almost 3 months. The deal was fair and straightforward. The truck was anticipated to come in and my salesman notified me it would be ready. Drafting from my bank was solidified and the truck was ready. I drove 250 miles to pick it up. Once there everything was okay. The one thing I would strongly advise is make sure that you are not paying for their “add ons”. This was the reason why I didn’t buy in my city and choose to take a chance on a dealership outside my area. Window tint was one of them. When I picked up my truck, there was no window tint on the truck and when I inquired the salesman said a check would be cut and sent to me. 3 months later nothing- even though I reached out to my salesman, sales manager and Facebook multiple times . All promised to get back to me, none did. Yes it’s $250 bucks, but $250 bucks that was rolled into the lump sum payment. Be wary and make sure you get what you pay for. Seems they only wanted to make the deal, not gain the customer. Fail on your part Platinum Ford.

I bought a vehicle for my wife at platinum, Mathew Howell was my salesman. I was satisfied with his service. Ralph was the manager, Ralph went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very good people. My only complaint is the process in which you see vehicles. You tell the salesman what you want and they tell the manager and the manager suggests a vehicle and the salesman goes and gets it one at a time. Very inefficient. You’ll be there all day.

Drove 40 minutes to this dealership for a appointment that was scheduled 2 days in advance only to arrive to be told the car I wanted was sold at auction the day before. My experience with this company was totally appalling. Ive always thought that if you claim customer service excellence then that what you as a customer should expect. Not the case at Rockwall Ford. Called up there to find out if they could point me in the right direction on a service my vehicle badly needs. I was told in a not so polite way that they dont handle situations like these without their warranty. Instead of trying to hang on to a potentially loyal customer they ran off one due to rudeness. I hope this helps them to raise their excellence they stand by.
