Horrible service. No paints on stock. Used to be great but they are hiring horrible people

GREAT PAINTS AND SERVICE

Don’t go if you are a youngish girl... I came in- no other customers in the store and no one aknowleged me. I literally stood by the paint samples looking at them so they would get the hint- but they just said nothing and the one of them who was free literally went to the back... like damn ma I get if you are busy but it was literally just me... why would I be in the paint store for fun... anyways just go to home depo if you a girl cause they probably only talk to paint guys

This is an incredible paint store. I took a small peeled paint sample in and they did an amazing job of matching it. Mallory handled this whole thing in a very professional and competent manner.

Dunn Edwards is the best place to go for paint, and for paint advice. Their paint is most definitely better and longer lasting than other paints. Their staff is very knowledgeable about paint, and can help you get an EXACT color match, which is so vital when you are trying to just touch up some areas and not paint the whole wall.

Quality products and knowledgeable staff is a welcomed resource to getting the painting task completed and celebrating with a cold draft!

Needed my airless paint sprayer re-built (I thought). Fortunately the honesty of the staff and repair tech made the necessary adjustments all that I needed. Thank You! On top of that they only charged me for a 1/2 hours worth of labor. Everywhere else charges a minimum of 1 hour. Great work Dunn-Edwards! We do appreciate it. Getting things done in a timely manner also kept my project on track. :)

Dade, assistant manager was great to work with suggested new product to perform like older one, and gave feedback from other contractors. I personally appreciate that as warranties and go backs eat profit and to know a newer product is well received and performs well is great for the bottom line. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service! Nathan D. is extremely helpful and polite. He helped us find the paint color that was perfect for us. He had helpful advice when choosing the type of paint we would go with. He knew alot about the product and application! We are excited to get our room painted tomorrow.
