Initially scheduled on site visit in order to obtain a proposal. I worked with Brittany who was very accommodating to work my appointment in. Derek the owner came out to go through all of my options. Was the system expensive sure, but something is worth what someone is willing to pay. I looked at the longevity of the system and the value of my time for the years to come. It definitely was a win / win. Tanner and his crew showed up on time per the scheduled appointment and took pride in the installation. Lots to learn with the app and all of the functionality the lighting system provides and offers. Love the fact that I will no longer need to be on a ladder year after year. I would highly recommend Level 5 Lighting to anyone that is interested in a long term holiday or accent lighting solution. Derek and his team are nothing short of amazing and great to work with.

Just wanted to say from start to finish this was a great experience with Level 5.. Starting from Brittany coming out quick and the installers were very professional and friendly. Took his time to go over the panel and took there time to make sure everything looks to our satisfaction And just can’t say enough how very friendly the whole company is. The days of hanging Christmas lights are officially over. All the Level 5 employees are very professional. I initially spoke with Brittany who was friendly and personable who set up an appointment w/in 2 days and then met with Alana who was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, walked me through the whole process, and answered ALL my questions. Alana mentioned the product would be ordered, which can take 3-4 weeks and they had in 2 weeks. Also, they mentioned the install would take 3+ days and ONLY took them 2 days. The installers Gabe and Eddy were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They laid out how the system was going to work and explained in detail how to control the lights once the install was complete. This company and product rocks . . . with 16 million color options . . . I am having so much fun and cant wait for the different holidays seasons. Thank you Brittany, Alana, Eddy, and Gabe. I am a raving fan and my neighbors are jealous!!!

Yesterday I got a call from the scheduler . There was a cancellation or someone needed to reschedule, I was so excited to hear my special order track had come in and they were going to install the following day . With all the mess covid has done to supply chains I was not sure when things would be in . So by 7 am today a couple of installers pulled up in the great looking cargo van . They had my house completed in like 2 hours or so . All I know is they had a system and they went to town. They went over the app and how to set things up and program it all . I will admit my attention span was kind of bad today I was just so excited to have this installed . Everything installed I swear to god you have to know there is a system installed because the channel color matched our house so well. So I think the next few days I will be watching more videos on how to tinker with all the lighting options . So yeah the system is installed with a “bumper to bumper” style warranty for 3 years . So that adds to a level of confidence for me knowing they stand behind the product and system. So with that said how long until Christmas !!

We are so please with Level 5 Lighting! They were efficient and so much faster with the entire process than we expected. The app is so fun and we love being able to customize our lighting patterns for each holiday. Would definitely recommend!!!

I highly recommend Level 5 Roofing for any residential roofing service! We had roof damage from the latest monsoon and Mike and his team responded immediately and repaired the leak immediately. We love our new lights! They are a family run company and are so nice and very quick to respond! We checked out their website and loved how all their installs looked. I put in a quote request and to have someone to come out and see us. They immediately contacted us and set up a time to come to our house with measurements, an example of the lighting to be installed, price, what to expect during installation, how long it would take to install and when they could begin installation. We briefly had an issue with a bad light (twice). They were very quick to respond and fixed the issue. We are very pleased with how the lights look and really like knowing we no longer have to get on the roof to put up lights when the holidays roll around!! Thank you Level 5 Lighting!

Level5 was great to work with from start to finish. Alana was wonderful in helping us every step of the way, even though we changed or plans on her a few times and had to wait for HOA approval (which after we requested our HOA changed their policy to no longer require approval). We love our Level 5 lighting! Working with everyone at Level 5 was great as they were all professional, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get an estimate quickly. Once we decided to move forward, Alana did a follow-up visit to make sure everything was correct. Level 5 painted the lighting track a custom color to match our house. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job of communicating with us about the process. Working with everyone at Level 5 has been “top shelf”!

Alana and Brittany are fantastic human beings and the installers were just as pleasant. Each one took their time to make sure they answered all my questions. Lots of companies have great products, but Level 5 Lighting also has a group of people that care.Ok now the product. These lights are AMAZING!!! Ive had the neighbors come out for light shows and have gotten the oohs and ahhhs, like a fireworks display every night. So easy to use with literally millions of different options. How cool is it to be able to create your own light show and never have to get on a ladder and fumble with awkward strings of lights and hooks and nails.Just want to have them on for security around your house? I use them for that too! So versatile and simple.I HIGHLY recommend these and cant wait for another holiday (or tonight)!

We are thrilled with our permanent holiday lights and have been using them in a variety of ways including holidays, cheering on the Phoenix Suns, and security at night. The process was very streamline and the team was wonderful!

It was a great experience. A little pricey but you get what you pay for...!! I had someone out to give me a free no hassle quote inside 3 days of sending out an email. Paid half up front & within less than 2 weeks it was installed and working perfectly. Ive had 8 random people knock on my front door asking about the lights. All and all I am happy with the experience.

We love decorating for the holidays, but the effort and risk of climbing up to the second story of my house was out of the question. We learned about permanent lighting a year or two ago and did our research with several companies. We chose Level 5 Lighting for several reasons: the spacing between lights was closer (9 inches), they used a flatter LED with 3 diodes at each light, and the ability to section the house into different zones were the top 3 reasons. The company was able to provide a quote based on a Google image of our house and then confirmed the price with an on-site visit. After placing the order for lights, we were able to get them installed less than a month after placing the deposit. The install team was very helpful during the install process, answering all of my questions and showing me how to use the system once install was complete. They were extremely professional and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. There are several companies that provide permanent lighting solutions, I am glad we chose Level 5 Lighting to do ours.

Wow!! Love the product. Got these to replace my normal Christmas lights and couldnt be happier. Tons of colors and features. My kids cant stop playing with them. I know Ill be able to use them for accent/security lighting during the year (getting even more value for my dollar). We really love the lighting from Level 5 Lighting! The colors and patterns are awesome!! But we just found out that we can not control the lights in the app from another state or another location. Primarily we got the lighting for security reasons but we cant program them from our primary residence. Is there a way to rectify this???? But the lighting is beautiful!!!!!!!!! The customer service went above and beyond!! The system was installed very quickly and the installers were super nice and very professional!!!! My husband and I were very pleased!!!!!! We are so glad we decided to get this lighting system and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!

I love it! I received a professional experience from the moment of the first phone call, scheduling someone to give the quote within a day, and installed less than 2 weeks later. Someone was also able to come out at 8pm to show me everything on the app and settings since I wasn’t around when the install was finished. I am looking forward to adding more to my backyard for phase 2!
