This is the top of the grocery experience in Temecula. The store is usually well staffed, clean and laid out well. The meat and produce are above the rest as far as selection and quality. Staff usually friendly. The front page ad cuts could be trimmed a bit more, but taste was great. The store has full service meat and seafood with USDA Prime along with floral, bakery and delicatessen. $3.59 for 2.04oz Org Tumreric is fair.The garage sale grocery bins in the back are a bit out of place here and at times the lines are longer but its usually worth it.

Ralphs is a good place to go shopping. Although their prices are a bit on the high end, they always deliver. Although once my friends and I walked there, and we were walking around the store when a employee yelled at us and told us we needed to leave. We had just decided what to buy, and we told her that, but she said we needed to leave. Other than that experience, however, this Ralphs is excellent.

I cant tell you how good it felt to shop in a Ralphs again.... Thank you for still being open and always staying true to your prices and customers!

Rarely enough checkers. Manager ( Shannon )has no clue and no customer service skills whatsoever. Today the person in charge ( Wendy) gave me a snarky reply when I asked why there was only 1 open check out line and more than 8 people in self checkout. She then turned her back and walked into her office. This Ralph’s has many outstanding hourly associates. The woman in floral immediately comes to mind. Also, shame on Kroger ( Ralph’s Parent) for lousy training and not understanding that people shop, dine, and frequent businesses where they feel valued.

Store hours say open until 1am on Google maps.I am at this store at 1240am and its closed. Store hours on the door say close at 12am. When i called the store the recording says store is open everyday from 5am to 1amThis store is presently closed... but its @1240am.And as i sit here typing this review another customer drove up, parked, walked up to the door thinking it was open too.I drove out of my way to this store for 1 item i needed. Waste of my time and gas. It wouldnt bother me so much it was just the hours were posted wrong on Google maps, because that happens a lot. But the phone recording totally contradict itself, how hard is it to get the store hours correct!?

Ever since COVID I have been doing curbside pickup and Ralphs employees have been awesome! They are always nice and helpful, sometimes even cracking jokes. A special thanks to Dina who has brought out my groceries 3 times since this whole thing started and even though I cant see her smile (because of the mask), I know she has one. Thanks for showing up everyone and with such a warm attitude. Ralphs Temecula Parkway...you rock!

This is my favorite place to shop in Temecula. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The organization of the store is good and things are easy to find. There is always an employee in eyesight that is willing and helpful. The produce is always fresh and the store is clean.

The younger employees wear their face masks around their chin instead of their face, or dont wear them at all. Right at the entrance of all places. Way to welcome customers safely.

Most things are easy to find. They are only allowing a certain number of people in the store at a time. But, its still good and the employees are great.

The deli staff can be harsh and extremely rude. There were 4 staff behind the counter and No one but us standing there, which is rare. When my wife said....Excuse me could I get 8 pieces of fried chicken please. .. a young staff female responded with.. we are busy helping other customers, it doesnt look like it but we are.. wait your turn. .. horribly trained staff in that department..

I like going to Ralphs. We love their fresh soups. The Thai chicken curry and rice is the BOMB! The deli is extensive and we love the roasted turkey breast. It is only available at Ralphs and they go fast. So yummy and juicy. They have a nice salad bar too. The overall grocery prices are comparable and they have a good selection for gluten free shoppers. They sell Against the Grain pizza and it is so good. Customers are served well and lines arent usually long. Bonus is the Starbucks inside the store. Nice addition.

Do not go to this pharmacy. They are rude. They don’t get your prescriptions done on time, and their text message system doesn’t work, no matter how many times they say it does. They are horrible.

Nice, modern store. Always well stocked. Only negative is the prices are a little higher than other markets in the area. I can overlook this due to the fact that they always seem to have plenty of checkout stands open, along with the self checkout area as well(compared to the State Bros). Employees are friendly as well.

My wife forgot to take her credit card out of the scanner once when shopping there. We were able to get it back later that day. The people were very helpful.

The sushi bar here is amazing. The lady that works there is so nice and very helpful. I frequently stop on my way to work for a freshly made, delicious tuna roll. So happy to have fresh, quality sushi at a great grocery store!

Ralphs is our primary place to shop for groceries. They have good prices, great specials, really good meats, and a managers discount area thats fun to look through and often has great bargains. Best of all for us is that we bank with US Bank and having the US Bank in the store is super convenient.

Do NOT go here!!!! If you want to deal with rude employees and so called “assistant manager” DANIEL. Worst experience ever. Daniel should be fired.

ONLY COME HERE FOR STEAK AND SEAFOOD5 star review for that only and the cleanliness and customer service. I only come here for steaks and shrimp and they have the best price in town and super fresh. Ive gotten jumbo size shrimp as low as $4.99. and high quality steak cuts for $7 a pound.Actually they have decent Supermarket sushi and Deli section. I wont show there produce section... horrible, because I dont buy produce here or vegetables.

Reading a few of the reviews I see complaints about the deli. Never enough help. If there is more than one worker they are off doing busy work and refuse to help the counter even when asked. The last time in they had one older lady, very nice but slower than a sloth working alone. While a younger clerk was off gossiping with a bakery employee. Love the store, Pharmacy and workers. Just wish they would get a new Deli Manager so we dont have to wait 30 minutes or go over to Wal-Mart. I sent a note to their headquarters, they didnt care and did nothing. Oh well, guess we are stuck with a slow deli.And paying premium prices to boot!

Ralphs has a special place in my heart due to the fact that they are a part of the Kroger family. But with that being said this store is neat and clean, well organized, and I always find what I need. The staff is very friendly and well informed. They are at the top of their game. From where I live I can throw a rock at 3 grocery stores, but I choose Ralphs.

I went in last Sunday, I couldnt find something in the Deli, so I asked one of the employees a skinny old lady in the Deli for help and she was honestly kind of rude. I dont expect much from Ralphs, but a little kindness would be nice.

I love the great selection that this store has. Their bakery has a variety of goods, the produce is fresh and reasonably priced. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled and added a Starbucks inside the store.

Large store and its well stocked, have pretty much whatever you need.Availability of healthy, allergy sensitive and organic foods has been getting better over time but is still lacking. Restocking on many products takes a week or longer.One big problem is the baking supplies/ingredients section is very limited and in general the organization of products is frequently moved around for no apparent reason other than marketing purposes.They also tend to place large racks of promoted products directly in front their competing counterparts completely obstructing access to the competing brands product. Not cool.

Favorite market. Newly remodeled with a Starbucks and sitting area. The lady that makes the fresh sushi is very sweet and does a great job. Boars head cold cuts are great and they make fresh sandwiches. There is a hot deli and a soup and salad bar. Great for dinner on the way home! This market has a kitchen wares area that is so much fun to look through. The year round holiday isle cannot be skipped, unique stuff sometimes.

Great grocery store! They have a good variety in each department. They have lots of organic and natural items, and get new organic items in all the time! Staff is friendly and nice, they are happy to run and check if they have an item in stock if I call the store before going in. This is my everyday shopping store!

They carry a good variety of items but their prices can vary, so depending on how much of a deal got want to get, you can choose to enroll into their savings program and regularly check online for coupons. They have a great free Friday deal thing going too, where you get a free first each Friday if u log into the program and add it to your cart. Ralphs points are easy to collect, in exchange for discount on gas at Shell. The stores are clean, staff are nice and efficient.

This is a real friendly store with a lot of selections. The in house brands are very good and the prices are in line. There are more expensive places and there are cheaper places, but this Ralphs is somewhere in the middle and satisfies most of my needs. They just recently added a Starbucks which is really nice and convenient. Great deli and meats. Huge wine and liquor selection.

They are a little pricey. But the store is clean and bright and not crowded. So if you want a nice shopping experience, sometimes it is worth it to pay a little extra money. I like to shop at Walmart because it is cheaper, but I also have to deal with crowds and rude people. The staff at Ralphs is always helpful and friendly.

I ordered a birthday cake. Chocolate with Bavarian cream. We all cut into the cake and said what is the filling, no flavor just a mixture of maybe cornstarch and something. We dont know but never the less I dont get to bring the Birthday cakes anymore now. And we all have a bad stomachache now. I do not recommend Ralphs bakery .

The deli says its fresh from 7am to 9pm yet theres never enough people working it.How can there be only one person working a deli counter and then when someone shows up after three others have been waiting will serve them fresh sandwiches?This is the worst customer service in the entire city and they attempt to get away with it because its the only grocery store within a 5 mile radius.

This store has the best selection of organic vegetables, vegan options, kitchen supplies, and friendly staff. There is a Starbucks inside with a lot of room to relax. A big bonus is that the shopping center has a gas station, CVS, Carls Jr, and several other small shops that benefit daily tasks.

After moving to the area, it was difficult to find a grocery store that felt comfortable after having previously shopped at the same grocery store for nearly 16 years. I tried many area stores, then selected this one to stick with due to the customer service and general friendliness of the employees. Its been three years and Im still coming back!

Great staff...one manager once searched for two days to find the record of my lost Starbucks gift card and called me when they found it. Thats customer service...been favoring Ralphs ever since then.

I only came there for the girl scout cookies stand and Starbucks inside lol. I like fresh produce area. It has some uncommon fruits and vegetables that I dont find at other stores. I bought a cactus pear, no idea how tf Im supposed to eat it, but its nice to try some new once in a while.

Ralphs was great, the employees were very nice, and polite and gave me good information about getting a membership to the store, even if Im from out of state letting me know which store is affiliated with Ralphs

The store closes at 12 so they were able to give me two dozen balloons !! At 11:00 at night thats pretty close to a miracle hahaThank you Ralphs in Temecula! My sister isnt up yet but I know she will be so happy when she wakes up in the morning! Thanks bunches!!

Whoops! Came home and realized an item I bought didnt make it into my grocery bag. Went to check my receipt and realized I didnt get one. Called to see what could be done, Destiny offered to replace item and offered an extra item for our troubles. Just have to say, I always have a pleasant shopping experience at Ralphs and even when things didnt go as smoothly as usual, they still made it right by the customer. Thank you Ralphs on Temecula parkway for treating your customers with respect and making us feel like family. Not a feeling I get when I visit some other stores. :)
