Food 4 Less as we know is a ware house that is full of pretty good deals. I havent had a great customer service experience at any of these certain stores. BUT.. This store in Temcula on Ynez has been great when it comes to customer employee interactions. They are polite.

Clean. Stocked shelves. Good selection of produce.

I drove from Lake Elsinore looking for a better price but its not worth it. I was looking for a chicken, the clerk was storing it in the freezer and was waiting patiently but it didnt move. I kindly asked him for permission to take the chicken when he replied that he was too busy and said that I had to wait. I couldnt get access, but I was waiting a while. I did not buy it.Also when I was in line to pay I saw the manager, he was at the checkout with a very bad attitude. It was my first and last time here. Customer service is lousy. Id rather pay a little closer to home with excellent customer service rather than drive and waste time to Temecula. I do not recommend this place. If somebody can talk with them will be great. They have to correct their attitude with the customers.

The cashier was quick and friendly. She was also alert and attentive. I was waiting on my daughter with so.e other items. She returned to the line just as my purchases was cleared. The clear realizing that these additional items needed to be included quickly began to run them to be included but the original purchase was cleared, however she ran them quickly and my Daughter paid for them separately. The cashier was so speedy, it was as if they two was just one process. Keeping the other customers for waiting longer and helping us to be completed quickly

Good as always. I must have went in at a slow time cuz I got in and got out real quick. Its all about the timing.

This place has low prices everyday with a really clean store. Most of the fruit and vegetable areas are really neatly organized. Every employee was super friendly and eager to help. This place makes Vons and Stater Brothers look expensive. Fast checking out at the registers makes this place one of my top five stores in this area.

This store has good deals and good customer service. It does get packed but its a one stop grocery store. The deals are awesome and the app is a great way to save even more money on groceries.

The prices are usually always low. Just produce prices jump once in a while. Might be the best place in Temecula to find low prices on meat and dairy products. The workers are always nice and pleasant. The store is very clean. I really like their bakery products which are sometimes similar to Mexican style breads.

Hard to find staff to help you. They have an average variety and prices are good but not great, except for their sales. Their sales are pretty good deals. Plus its in a hard location to reach during rush hour

I just went shopping here for the first time and was very pleased. I was not expecting the store to be so big but they have everything and for very reasonable prices. All of the employees that I encountered were very helpful and friendly I will going back for my next shopping trip!

The store was clean and organized. The selection was great and the prices were better than most of the grocery stores in our area.

This place is a bit hit or miss with me. I find that the avocados are always cheap here, but whether or not theyre fresh changes from day to day. This is also true for most of the other fruits and vegetables. They have occasional good sales on yogurt, breads, snacks, breakfast items, etc, but you need to keep an eye out by looking through the ads you get in the mail. Overall, its a good place to get cheap items every once in a while, but its not a consistent place for me by any means.

Everything was great as I was going through the store but once I reached the checkout that is when my experience took a turn. My Cashier Christine C. was helping another customer as I began to unload my groceries onto the conveyor belt. Once she completed that transaction she began speaking to another employee and walked off leaving me standing there not once acknowledging me. She then spoke to that employee about 2 Registers away for sometime, still not making any eye contact with me. I made a comment of I guess im not here when a cashier next to me quickly ran over to get Christine who was now at this time grabbing receipt tape. I could hear Christine rudly say Its not like I can ring her up I dont have tape. I then told her you could have simply acknowledged me and said im getting receipt tape. Having to leave and socialize or get tape is not the problem Christine should have been more polite and acknowledged I was there, maybe a I will be right with you I need to grab some receipt tape. Instead of saying sorry, she begins to argue with me that she didnt see me. ??? Really!!! Once she beings to ring up my order she still continues to talk to the cashier in front of her saying Thats how out of it I am today...and Oh no It was because Kevin was talking to me. At this point Christine is still not acknowledging me or taking responsibility a simple Im sorry would have been fine. Not a ton of excuses to her coworker on why she was so rude. When you shop at a store I stongly feel that the most important position in the store is the cashier that is the last impression the customer is left with. You could have the most beautiful, clean, fully stocked store but if that last impression from the cashier is horrible customer service then no one wants to return to that. Customer service should be a priority without the customer the store doesnt make sales. Yes my 30 dollars spent there is not going to make a difference you could be thinking go shop somewhere else if you dont like it but Christine should not treat customers this way she needs to get some retraining on Customer service that would definitely help you have more returning customers in the long term

Good prices in and out groceries

Purchased chicken from this store and found it to be rotten (smelling putrid) when I got home. I returned it to get my money back then called the manager who blew me off and was even counting money out loud while I was speaking to him. I asked him if he was talking to someone and he said no, he was counting money at one of the registers. Guess what I had to say as a customer meant $*&! to him... This is how you lose long time customers.

The produce is fresh. Their is always someone in that department working on the floor. The store is clean.

Has clean, fully stocked, competitive prices on groceries and alcohol. You might want to go to a discount dept. store for shampoo,toys,pet supplies ,over the counter meds. Unless you need just one or two items and dont want to go anywhere else.

I like Foods For Less. Not a big selection but they usually carry most of what we need. There is a lot of pressure to bag your purchases because the cashiers are very fast.

Its been a while since I shopped here, but the store is spacious and highly stocked. There are a combination of bulk items, similar to Costco as well as non-bulk items.

I end up in this store about 1 time a month because it is the only store near this part of town where I work. Everytime is horrible service. Today the checkstand line was long, only 1 open. Then she does not ask if I need a bag. So I specifically told her to charge me for a bag. She ignored me and never charged me. So I took a bag from the rack to remind her. The checker said that I cant touch the bags because I have to pay for it. So again I reminded her to charge me like I asked before. She still didnt charge, and then finally just told me to just take it. Like I was stealing a 10 cent bag because she cant do her job. This is just a typical story of the store. No one ever around, and when you finally get help it is bad service.
