Karl and Chris were very friendly, professional, and I would higly recommend them. I called several local sliding door repair business and none provided the service I needed. I could not be happier with the Glass Guru! My kids broke a window with a baseball over the weekend. After calling around several places, I was told it was going to be weeks, or even months before they could get someone out to replace it. Contacted Glass Guru, and they were fantastic from the start. Tabatha in the office was so kind, and was able to get someone out to give me an estimate the same day I called! They were on time, as promised, gave me a great quote, and told me it would be about a week turnaround time. 3 days later I got the call that my new window was in and they could have someone out to install next day. Once again, they were on time, as promised, very kind and helpful, and cleaned up after themselves. My window is fixed, less than a week after it was broken! Im very happy with the service Glass Guru provided and would definitely recommend them, and use them again for my own needs.

Really happy with the overall purchase. The windows that the tract home builders used are junk, so I was worried I would need to get a whole new window. I had a crack in my outer glass pane. Within 2 weeks they had an estimator out and the glass replaced. Very professional. Very fair price. Thank you!

Excellent Service. Excellent quality work. Had these guys replace a special size bevel mirror part, in a very large mirror, made of multiple shape mirrors. Very fast service. They had the broken part of the mirror specially made in couple of days. Received it much sooner, than promised. Even follow up with me to make sure the mirror part looked & fitted right. Im very happy with the replacement part that was made by Glass Guru.. I would highly recommend The Glass Guru to anyone looking to have a glass or mirror installed or replaced.

Glass Guru replaced French doors and a window at the back of my house with one big slider with a doggie door built in to the glass. What a difference! Looks beautiful and our animals are so happy. We are too!
