Its a shame that no one at the store knows anything about sewing crafts or even what is stocked in the store. I wish there were other fabric shops around but since there are none Im forced to occasionally go here. Do not like it. Prices are way to high, a lot of fleece and quilters fabrics but hardly what Im looking for and if I do find something it is so high priced I look elsewhere.

My daughter and I didnt mind that we had to wait in line to enter the store. It was a moving and the line was short. Once we made it inside I asked an associate for help in locating a cow print material. I was impressed at the variety they had in stock. I felt safe shopping during my visit. Everyone patiently waited to be helped. Everyone kept a safe distance. I would definitely return again and recommend to a friend.

Big store. Wish I had had more time to hit all the aisles but I was in a hurry so I only got the few thigs I needed. Cashier was friendly but alone and there were 14 people in line ahead of me. I was in line for almost 20 minutes before my turn.

Much better stock than Hemet Joann. I called first and they found 7 skeins of discontinued yarn I needed for a project, and held it at the front for me. Would have given 5 stars except for the cashier was kinda rude and inpatient when I was trying to utilize some coupons. Otherwise good experience.

Love Joanns I got some super cute disney fabrics, like a Sallys dress print from nightmare before christmas and a tarot card villan print! The prices were a bit higher, considering they are disney, but it makes sense. And I also got some black, and light blue satin fabrics to make Alice in wonderland ears. I was kinda bummed I couldnt find the charms I needed but that isnt their fault.

This is an awesome Joannes, its big and they are really well organized. Ive been coming here for years and will for many more.

Lots of craft and home decor items for good deals

Everything was on sale, but the store was a little hard to navigate because theres no big signs telling you where things are. They have wall signage and aisle signage, but thats it.

The trip was good. I got everything I needed and lines were short and moved quickly. Everybody wore masks which was important to me.

There’s so many craft stores to go to but Joannes always has everything that the other stores don’t.

I ran out of my yarn by peaches and cream and found it at Joanns called sugar and cream same yarn.

My sewing machine broke and I wanted to pick up a new one. According to the website there was one model available at the store. It wouldn’t let me order it online and when I tried calling no one would bother answering the phone. I figured I would go over there and pick it up, huge mistake! I waited over an hour in pouring rain just to be told a separate company that closed a month ago sells the sewing machines. Why would they not specify this on the website? Why couldn’t someone have picked up the phone? There was no one in the store, they only let a couple of people in anyway. The phone was ringing off the hook while I was there to and the cashier didn’t have any customers. I’ve had bad experiences with ridiculously long lines but this took the cake. Especially when I tried to talk to the cashier who responded “call corporate” gave me attitude and then said have a blessed day. I would have bought a hand sewer if the lady had been the slightest bit decent, I will never be back. I bought another machine for the same price through a local dealer.

Love the prices! Always great quality snd quantity of products. Been a loyal customer for years. Mu h, much better prices than Michaels.

Quick entry. Not alot of people at around 2PM. Great selection of colors for yarn. Bought more than I needed, but thats what happens. Courteous cashiers always.

I have to monitor my own goings to this store! I always find what Im looking for....plus everything Im not. The ladies at the fabric counter are so helpful, and they remember me every time Ive been there - and the projects Ive asked their assistance on! Even when I havent been in for 6 months, they remember me. Ive received help replacing my first zipper, making my first skirt, crafting my own patterns, and learning about my machine. This place is wonderful!

I was looking for a thick material to blockout my bedroom windows. The team members were very helpful and I found exactly what I needed. Very helpful and the store looked great! Will be back for sure👍

Do not use their curbside pickup. Not only does the website give you little information before you buy or give an estimated time frame for pickup, they also dont have correct inventory numbers online. I dont live in the area and the drive down was a complete waste of time. No apologies were given. Just a thats just the way it is response from their front desk.

Ive gotta say, this place is better than Michaels. My wife has been a Michaels fanatic for years until there wasnt one nearby.....so no choice but to check out JOANN. Glad we did. She downloaded the app, received a bunch of coupons and shes smiling. 5 stars.PS....oh, my little one likes it too

Surprisingly, when I walked in the store there was sufficient amounts if supplies needed for making face masks! Had been ordering online and it was either a lot of items out of stock and ships at least three weeks out. Not really liking the wait in line before entering but the line moved fairly quick.

I usually shop at other stores Because of their amazing customer service but being that they are closed due to COVID19 I decided to try Joanne’s out. Huge mistake. A women who seemed to rather enjoy yelling at customers to file a line and wait like cattle until a customer came out was so incredibly hostile that I left . I am an adult who knows how to keep away from other adults and has a face mask. I don’t need to be yelled at like a child , regardless of what the situation is. There’s different ways to speak to people. The line was ridiculous and barely moved . Can’t wait til businesses resume so I can go spend my money in a business where I’m valued .

Great customer service from my cashier Bella! She was very polite and patient also helped me find coupons. The store was clean and well lit. The cutting area was well coordinated and the ladies behind the cutting table were quick. Be sure to get your number if your getting fabric cut. You can find the number dispenser in the back of the store on the cutting counter. Have fun shopping and creating.

They had just had their floors waxed and the chemical smell was overwhelming. I waited a half hour to have 4 yards cut of one material. I developed a headache and my eyes were burning. I asked to see a manager and was introduced to David. I told him his employees needed proper ventilation in the rear of the store he should turn on the hvac units. He said they were controlled by corporate. So I said, call corporate and have them turn it on. He said he would but then proceeded to open a register. After he called his second customer up, I got between them and told him to call corporate. This was going to harm his employees who didnt have a choice to leave the fumes like I did. He told me to leave him alone but I refused until he went to the back to call corporate.

This store is ginormous!! Excellent variety of EVERYTHING! Parking is ample.

This place is perfect for craft like hobby needs along with professional crafts as well. It has a variety of everything one can use from art supplies to needle point. The staff here are very friendly, and very helpful.

A bit pricey for items that are typically cheaper at competing stores. But their selection is pretty unique, I visited to browse their art supply inventory and to see what specialty pens, pencils, markers, and other stuff they had in stock. Allot of brand names and some good sets, but the selection was pretty small in comparison to competitor stores. They do have a friendly staff who was very polite and helpful, and they have good coupons as well as a good clearance sections. Overall a decent store for a hobbyist, but high prices and small inventory make it difficult to want to return vs visiting a different art supply store.

I found some good products I was searching for on clearance and a 40% off coupon to use on my regular priced item. Suggest going early as there was a line to enter as I left that wasnt there upon my arrival.

Best location in Riverside County. Even after downsizing so the owners could add an additional retail unit in the building its still easily the largest one. The staff is mostly friendly but the best point is that theyll damn near always have what you need in stock. Almost every single item you can see on the website can be found in store. Its ridiculously good. Plus, theres tons of parking.
