Over Labor Day weekend my mother-in-law ran over something in her old Lexus, and there was a racket coming from under the car: something appeared to be loose and hanging down. I took it to Excellent and even though they were extremely busy, they took the keys from me immediately, fixed the problem within 10 minutes and handed me back the keys. . . No charge. . . No fuss, No muss. These guys are great. I wont take my cars anywhere else.

They are so nice here. Been going here for years now. They do their best to get us in and out in a timely manner. Glad they have cleaned up their waiting area. From experience, places that work on cars usually look like they need to dust. No bright happy colors usually Grey dull boring ones. This time I was surprised on how nice it was. Didnt have the urge to wipe off the seat. Good job on the cleaning.

Horrible experience I want my money back or I will be going to the mechanics bb and the aaa to make sure they know how these people really treat their customers. I paid almost 700 to basically get a new battery installed when they took a new battery out and said it wouldn’t take a charge. They charged me for oil change that wasn’t done and there was no air filter at all I. My car then way to little oil in car and antifreeze in my windshield wiper resivor and last I paid for a tune up too so I would expect that you would at the least replace the oil and fuel filters and fluid and the spark plug wires and the spark plugs and at least make sure it’s running good and all toured to the corect tortion that it should be they didn’t do any of it they only did my battery and I have proof of it as I videoed the removal of the old plugs and wires and there’s no way they changed the plus for 300$ because there was a bunch of melted pieces of plug wires all around the spark plugs and we couldn’t even get them out

Got my smog done and they were fast and the most affordable place. Will definitely be returning and would go there for repairs in the future.

Brandon was amazing help. Coming from out of town my friends and I noticed a loud sound coming from the front of my car. It was a Sunday and thankfully they are open 7 days a week. They drove my car and once they lifted it they found a missing bolt from my brake caliper. They let me keep my car until they found the part. And when car dealerships wanted to charge me 3x more than the part and service cost Brandon kept up the communication and after multiple options found the perfect one so I could take eventually take my car home. They were very busy on pick! So they must be popular.

I was charged $84 for my Uber vehicle inspection even though I did not pass. On the Lyft and Uber website it clearly states that if your vehicle doesn’t pass the inspection then you do not pay. It also states that the inspection shouldn’t cost more than $30. I was told by the manager Nick that my car needed new brakes which is fine, I would have gotten the brakes done if the wait time were shorter. I also would have came back on a different date to repair the brakes and complete the inspection, but I will not be back now. Not after the way this man treated me. I’ve never in my life had such a horrible experience at an auto repair shop. No customer service mentality he refused to work with me so I won’t be back. I have gotten my car worked on here before and had better service so I’m not sure what changed. I’m glad 5 other customers got to witness him raising his voice at me.

I have used this place for ages. I took it in for a simple oil change today. and I know I had 45 dollars in my glove box. When I picked it up there was only 25. What a shame you would lose a life time customer over 20 dollars.

First time customer at Excellent Auto Care. Not too many smog shops open on Sunday, so i decided to give them a try. Concluded that I made a bad decision.. Waited 3 times longer than promised. Used a $10 coupon for a smog check. They failed it due to thermal sleeving being placed over one pvc line (closest to the radiator). Unethical way of doing business to squeeze more out of your customers. Maybe the California BAR needs to swing by and re-educate your smog techs. Dont waste your time here. There are plenty of other shops that conduct their business with integrity.

2nd time getting an oil change for my Tacoma at EAC. As I was walking towards the entrance, Branden immediately greeted me. Waited less than an hour for the service. Not so good. They had trouble working on our Mazda RX8(rotary engine), and they put the engine cover on incorrectly, which thankfully we checked before we left, or it would have melted into the engine. The worker seemed more concerned about going to lunch with his friend then helping us

Honest and professional

I went in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They patched the tire and also helped me change the broken brake light that was out. The appointment took a little longer than expected, but with the covid procedures I should have given myself more time. Overall, I would return to this location, when its time to buy new tires I will stop here first. Thank you again for all of your help

Do not go to this place for auto work at all. I have a good understanding on cars. I took my car to change a seal cause I didnt have the proper tools at home. They quoted me Insane amount for a small job, told them no I know what it takes it wont take as long as they said it would. Anyways I got my car back and it looks as if they just cleaned the area to make it look as if they replaced it. I drove my car home and still leaking. I took it back they wanted to charge me to look at it cause they dont think its the seal thats leaking. I know for a fact it was the seal. I told them to replace it cause I paid for them to change it. After waiting 3 hrs my car still hadnt been taken back. (Cause I had already paid the previous visit) so I go in and tell them they need to work on my car this is ridiculous, Tod then says oh I was under the impression you were going to leave the car all day. I looked at him and told him get my car back there. He then got on it and watched them do it. Finally gotI have way more stories about my familys visits there. Not to mention sitting in the waiting room how many people went in to complain.My opinion they are a bunch of LIARS out to get your $$ especially The manager Tod.

Went in for routine oil change, car was fine until I left the shop at which time my car started leaking oil. I returned to have it checked only to be told every thing looked fine the plug was tight but the bad news is I need an oil pan gasket cost estimate nearly 500 dollars. Seriously!!!!! I had no problem before I had the oil change!!!!! Thing is I should have know not to go there since I’m the past they have over diagnosed my cars on more than one occasion!!! After years of doing business here NEVER will I give them my business again!!!

Never come here for any work. I came in for a simple oil change and not only was it filled below the halfway line...but when I tell them the manager comes out justifying themselves. Ive had hundreds of oil changes from different places and never have they left it halfway . he still has the pride to tell me he wasnt going to charge me for the extra oil even tho I had already paid it upfront. Rude service not worth it. There are lots of other places to go.

Ee visited this place in Temicula city, ( on our way to week end home there) when the Land Rover car of my son in law (Mr. AC , of Hidden Canyon, Irvine, CA) developed trouble there. Their efficient & courteous advice, contacts helped us to our satisfaction in procuring an an altrnate sedan for the rest of our jouney, and locating the agency to haul our car to Land Rover companys designated garage.

Dont take your car there for smog. Had a coupon for $19.95, and they came up with some excuse, that my car fail due to a defective the valve.i did a visual my self for that hose, nothing wrong with hose.

Weve been coming here for years. Trustworthy, friendly, fast, efficient. Their lifetime guarantee on tires is great too. They have never tried to upsell me on some unnecessary repair as most shops do. Theyre too busy to bother with that. And I imagine that theyre busy because people keep coming back.

Awesome, speedy fast smog check

Came to this shop for a smog check, it failed because of the check engine light on and the thermostat have been removed.I have been checking a little on the inspector doing the smog check and I have noticed doing himsomething around the battery what made me to wonder.After smog checkbeing completed manager handed me the invoice giving me a quote to fix it.I declined,paid for and left.Shortly after making a stop at AAA and attempting to start my car, it would not start anymore.After several attempts and checking for possible problems I have discovered my positive cable from battery have been loosed up at the connector below positive terminal few inches down.Be careful with these guys.I think they are criminals.

My dad isnt always able to take the car to EAC himself so I do it for him when I have it & I dont have to worry about needing any payment because after the service is finished, he just goes ahead and pays over the phone, I sign the receipt & whabam! Im on my way. Two months ago they fixed engine issues when rodents snacked on some coils. Fixed me up in just a few hours for less than $500. Today I needed to replace my battery terminal. The dealership wanted to charge me $135 just to evaluate the issue and couldnt work on it until tomorrow or Friday. Excellent Auto Care got me right in, replaced the part and did an oil change in just a few hours for $129. They also gave me a AAA discount since it was listed on my account from last time without me asking for it. The staff is always super friendly and responsive to calls, keeping you updated. Went there for a simple smog check. After waiting for 2 hours I got my finally got my car back with 18 extra miles on the odometer. My average mpg for the current trip went from 21 to 11. Its safe to say they were out joyriding my car. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fix the problem but every time we went back which five times to get it retested they keep on saying that the machine to test the truck is not working. Poor customer service bush is jack asses. Its the only place Ive gone to have my cars serviced and smogged in the last five years. They make recommendations, but they arent pushy. And if something isnt necessary theyll tell me. I chat with other customers often and they have had the same experience. Some of the negative reviews here are puzzling.
