The cashiers are really nice. My coupons dont always work but I still like it here.

Not too busy. Found exactly what I needed, WHITE DUCT TAPE!! so cool huh?And fudge covered Nutter Butter cookies! I did not know they existed!

Great selection of items for very cheap. I especially liked the customer service. Joann greeted me when I first walked in and was so kind to me when I was checking out.

The store is making a small bit of progress from about 4 months ago. the staff there is amazing and with such a hard job getting the store together they try their hardest to help satisfy the customers well trying to get the store back in order. only downside is that the two night shift girls me and my wife and even our kids felt comfortable going and feeling confident would help me with whatever i need are no longer in the store. they forsure made you feel great about yourself and always made customers smile. Going to be hard to replace them.

Last year the stories have every aisle filled up with items but now walking through the store past couple of months its been pretty dead nothing on the shelf like I know they changed management but at least worry more about the customer than how the store looks and the employees dont really have customer service they say hi but nothing else. It could get better, just got to see whats happens in the future.

Went to get some cleaning stuff and the red blazer next to me blasting loud music with bass going and their subwoofers to go inside and found out it was the store manager blasting it I have hearing issues to the point of migraines if you dont have any consideration for your customers who already have hearing problems I dont think Ill keep shopping there very sad to think you cant keep your music down from disturbing your neighbors or driving away customers way to go

!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!I was shocked when I walked into this store!As I was looking around at the empty shelves and trying not to trip over merchandise in the aisles; I heard an older woman... a customer, talking loudly to whom I believe was the manager about how the store looked, and how milk was left outside the night before.After she left the store, I believe it was the manager said “if you think it looks so bad why dont you come and fling fix it!”And the employee who took my money... was not friendly! She didnt greet me. She didnt THANK ME for my business... nothing!Family Dollar, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Youre lucky you still in business! (youre welcome.)

I came in tonight, waited in line with two people in front of me, and a nice lady asked if an employee worked there, the worker replied “that’s rude of you to ask”. The lady was just explaining that she wanted to buy her item and nobody was at the register. Then after the worker who came to the register was rude because the lady was on the phone explaining that she stopped for feminine products and an employee was arguing with her, the worker at the register then told her to not shop here if she was going to be rude ( SHE WAS NOT BEING RUDE, just explains to who was on the phone what happened) very unprofessional

Its cool, has basics for hygiene, food, and toys. Friendly staff as well!

I walked in the store and some lady told me to keep my bag at the front. I was ok with it because you never know. This girl was on her phone talking to someone and not paying attention to my bag or any of the customers. I looked around and everyone else had their bags so I went and got mines because 1 she wasn’t looking at it 2 she was on her phone. If you choose employees make sure they are actually doing their jobs.

Stood at the register for about 4 minutes before I was helped and the cashier had an attitude from h**l....The store was dirty and unorganized. Will not shop there again!

Its not very well taken care of...

Everytime I go in, sometimes 2-3 a day, the ladies always great me with a hello and can point me in the right direction. Not sure whos the boss as they all seem to be on the we page taking care of their stations and duties. Keep it up ladies! You make it a pleasure to shop there😁

A bit cluttered.

Nicest cashier ever

Not sure why but a lot of the shelves were pretty bare. They had EXTREMELY low inventory on most items and few items they did have had very little to no variety to choose from.

I love the staff at this location but this morning was a big disappointment. I stopped by to pickup some things before work at 7:58 am and waited until 8:05 am and no one opened the door or turned on the lights. I ended up late to work because I had to go elsewhere. Not happy this morning.

Love this store! All kinds of cool things for cheap. Some items are not all that, still $5.00 for a package of toilet paper is unheard-of today. That and the people who work there are always happy to see you!

I go there all the time to buy my pet food and toys for my three dogs thats a pretty good store they finally have some good decent help I was just one lady that I had an incident with she told me that they dont accept checks one day that I forgotten my card at home and so I was in a rush like always so I asked to see if she would accept the check and she said no we dont do that and I called the office the main office and told them about it cuz I thought that was rude when it turns out that they do accept checks but I never heard back from them

Do not care for how they have it set up now. Everything all smashed together on very narrow isles.When you stop to look at clothes or something you cant find things and your in others way.Use to be fun to go in and browse.Now I avoid going.

I was at this location a few weeks ago, I think I was the only one in the store, when the 2 employees started talking loud enough for me to hear that they called the cops. I am not an idiot. That was my first time in that location, and i get insulted. I wont be going back.

The clothing section is a disaster long row of confusion basically not good choices for kids. they have a good selection of items overall in the store very cramped, the cashier needed some grooming and customer service tips. All in all its a pretty less than desirable location- but if you just need to grab something its fine...

There was not a huge selection of stuff here. My daughter got a gift card for Christmas so I run get to spend it. She wanted clothes but there was mostly only adult clothes and they were not very organized. The kids clothed that they did have was not the best selection either. Looked for the toys and there was a very small selection of those also. I was surprised she found something they wanted.

There were no shopping carts, no shopping baskets I asked the cashier if they had any and they told me that customers stole ALL of themso if you want to purchase more than one item you would need to be sure that theyre small enough to carry by handOr if you are purchasing large items you would have to place them up front at the counter to continue your shopping throughout the store which is an inconvenience

Absolutely the WORST store Ive ever been to, not only did I get accused of shoplifting just for walking around with my hands in my pockets, but another time when I went in there for ONE measly item, I went up to the clerk working the counter and TRIED asking her SEVERAL times where this item was, she totally ignored me and continued talking to this woman who wasnt even buying anything. This happened while there was a line too. So needless to say I am very, very disappointed in this place. It used to be a decent store (2-3 stars being decent) now theyre lucky to get one star because I cant give less. If you value your dollar, your time and yourself, DO NOT buy from this store. There are many, many other places with better prices, better products and MUCH better service. After asking her 5 times and not even getting close to a tinge of acknowledgement I left and will NEVER go here again.

The parking lot is a nightmare. So may cracks and pot holes. Dirty too. But nice employees.

They have some decent stuff thats cheap for quick parties or things that will be used and thrown away within the same month. Their stuff is cheap and breaks easily.
