When I began my search for new carpet for my lower level I went to a couple of well known flooring stores and found the sales people less than helpful. As I researched the different types of carpet fibers and their strengths and weaknesses, I got confused. I went to a total of 5 different flooring stores and Brooks was the only store to answer my questions without hesitation. In fact, they were the only store that acted as if they wanted my business. They also did not try to push me into one direction. Julia was so helpful and responsive. The installers were marvelous! They moved furniture and put it back in exactly the right place. Brooks Flooring did an outstanding job resurfacing and staining our existing red oak floors. They also installed new red oak flooring at the same time in a large game room. Wow. Just a great company to work with from beginning to end. Extremely helpful with financing options. Purchase and installation of an almost complete house flooring install was seamless. They were $1,500 less expensive than another flooring company for the exact same product. Their installer Jailon was very particular and headed an excellent crew.

In December of 2016 Brooks Flooring installed Engineer Hardwood in four rooms of my new home. They were very professional. Ordered the materials and did the job in record time. Plus their price was a lot less than my other three estimates. They even took up part of the old floor and inter-weaved the new with the old so that the transition from one room to the next was smooth. I was pleasantly surprised.I plan to call them in six months to get the kitchen and baths floor done.

Brooks Flooring took care of putting new vinyl flooring in about 500 sqft of space in my new house. Its designed to look like tile, and it looks great. They were able to work quickly after I placed the order and made me feel like they truly cared about the job and my concerns and vision. My wife went to them several times to look at samples and discuss options, and they were always very patient and considerate of our budget and timeline constraints. Brooks Flooring installed new flooring and turf in our business. They were above and beyond my expectations. They helped tremendously with the design and keeping the job within budget. I was unsure of the best way to install the turf and deal with the transitions to carpet but they came right in, looked at the space and knew exactly how it needed to be done.
