Terrible customer service. Associate had an attitude. Wouldn’t even look at me. Couldn’t imagine handing any money over to this store. Terrible.

Friendly service but only one cashier and took for a while..also I could not use the gift card that I got for Fathers day because of their system wouldnt allow it

I went here looking to get a hat embroidered. I call ahead of time on the phone to make sure I had everything I needed. On the phone the employees didn’t really sound like they cared about what I was trying to do. I finally got to store with the .dst file that I was told I needed. I asked a worker who I should talk to about getting a hat embroidered. She didn’t even say anything and just pointed towards another employee. I then talked to that employee and they seemed really unhappy and made me feel like an inconvenience. I just ended up leaving after that. I felt uneasy with the store and the energy of the workers. TLDR; Straight up did not have a good time.

The sales person was inconsiderate and did not give me a receipt and when the embroidery machine would not work would not refund the embroidery money nor would they replace the hat that had been cut by the machine. Worst experience ever and will never go back.

We were waiting in line outside the store then the cashier after cashing out the people in front of us she looked the door and put up a sign saying that she will be back at 7:30 when they close at 7 and did not say anything to anyone else and walked out and another worker was walking by and said that they were closed when there was 10 people in line outside of the store

Got hat embroidered for a friend. Bought hat from somewhere else, that was no problem. The clerk was very professional and did a great job. He answered all my questions about other hats on display.

By far the cleanest, well laid out Lids Ive been into.Hats flow in color, and were merchandised well.Manager was very knowledgeable. On hats, very friendly.Great Experience.

Horrible store. maybe, Lids has better customer service at other stores, but they certainly dont have it here. employees uninterested in helping people. music playing so loud they cant even hear when you ask for help. I guess thats by design. dont think ordering online to pick up here will be any easier. youll wait days for contact for items the website says are in stock. save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.

Just picked up 2 color schemes of the new Detroit Pistons Pro Standard NBA Finals Custom Strapback Cap at $60 first one half off on the second. The top Button had giant scrape in leather material showing gray underneath I hadnt seen, so went back next day to exchange for the same hat. Only had 1 more in stock which was also damaged, No problem for this employee. He takes return on damaged cap and tags it and puts it back on shelf for 2 other customers to buy $60 damaged merchandise. What horrible customer service, really shows how little they care.

Terrible beyond upsetting I went in there at opening to have a hat made machine was working fine we settled everything up to do it they then did a hat that was ordered after mine before mine then they said please return in a half an hour I did. They said machine is broke we will have it ready by three I left and recieved an vmail at 245 saying my hat is being put on the machine head up whenever and itll be done I got up there at 350 hat sitting g on machine I knew it was mine by the thread that was dangling but no design 4 people working no one asked me or helped me other than a young lady who was beyond courteous from the start and I was told machine would be broke all day and that maybe by 9pm Sunday o can expect my hat I had a super important event Sunday morning and I needed that hat stat needless to say I dont have it but the person who ordered one after mine walked out with a hat. I feel i should be compensated Im a loyal customer and this was utterly upsetting and a true day ruiner.

Horrible, i buy my hat and want to get my name on it. So the lady working says 10 minutes, so i come back and the lady says it mislined up and its the machine fault and she told me a half hour, so i come back again and she says the machine wont work and isnt reading my hat, while she is able to do other peoples hat with the same color, a week before this i went out to the lids at great lakes crossing and the same problem happened. Very disappointed and im for sure never buying a lids again.
