Didnt have anything I wanted and used to always have. I couldnt tell who worked there and who was a customer! No one even came up to ask if I needed help or if I was finding what I was looking for ☹

Went in to have more puppy pictures taken. (dog #2, couldnt handle both at once lol) They came out beautiful!!! Staff was awesome. Highly recommended this studio for pictures.Update: couldnt backtrack to put in review for dog #1 so adding pics (done by different photographers so you know theyve got more than one good one!!!)

I go to the salon here. The hair stylist that does my hair has 40 years experience Wow she is fantastic.makes my hair so beautiful,exactly how I want it trimmed and highlighted.if you want your hair cut and dine beautifully, go see Elda!!! Trust me you will love the way she does your hair and the way your hair looks. She is THE BEST!!!!

Clean store,organized to a degree.My wife was looking for some bras, their signs arent accurate forby one regular price and 50% off the second.Same with the Levis jeans. Cant tell whats on sale, not clearly marked.People were friendly and helpful

The Southland, Taylor MI store was a beautiful place. Everything was well stocked, organized and neatly displayed! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was so grateful for a nice shopping experience after all the mess I saw during the pandemic!

Not too much of a selection. It used to have more choices in styles. The cashier was great. Not all fitting rooms were open. I also could not find a career section. .. Maybe i overlooked it.

Love this store. Good clothes with good deals. A few more expensive clothing items but mostly affordable. I bought my first dress since high school here for only $35, originally $65. So I had to buy a second dress for the same price originally $70. My shoes were originally $80, got them for $40!

What can I say its jcpenny. Good store good service and amazing items. (Highly reccomend buying bras from this location)

J.C. Penney always have a great selection of clothes, especially in the women’s section in the back of the store. This store is always clean. The fitting rooms are now open to try on clothes, the fitting rooms were very junky with clothes all over the floors and chairs. This store is connected to the mall which makes it very convenient to shop here. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Check online for this discounts and sales

Got my daughter and wife clothes and shoes yesterday. Selection of spring sleepwear and spring clothes and shorts all are pretty good. One of the spring pjs is in the photo. Super soft, says she loves them. Wife got sketchers. Real nice pair. We will be back. Have a ton of nice spring dresses and I got a shirt as well. Everyone real helpful. We will be back.

Went shopping for Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dresses. We each found 2 dresses that didnt break the bank. One for the rehearsal dinner and one for the actual wedding!

Elda at the JCP Salon cuts out sons hair. Our son has Autism and shes so patient with him squirming and moving around, and cuts quickly while she avoids hurting him :)

Today I witnessed the sadist thing. 8 mins before they opened there was line of elderly individuals. I watch a black female Manger refuse to open the door and made these poor individuals stand outside. I thought it was extremely rude and very poor customer services skills. I left and wont be returning for a very long time. Couldnt believe the how this employee treated the elderly. Horrible customer service skills and bad leadership skills.

Its still a staple store but its not a store for young ppl the clothes are g or the conservative type but you still can get quality home goods and clothes

They didnt have the size in the color i wanted so the girl in the shoe department told me they could order them and they would be there in a week. She did and they arrived on time im very happy about that and that she let me know of that so 5 stars there and the overall store looks great and has a great selection.The reason for 4 stars was because when I picked up the girl was 2 registers down counting money and let me and another customer stand there for 10 minutes until the other customer went and asked her if we should come down there then she acknowledged us. Then I didnt want others that were with me knowing what I was getting because it was a gift and I never had an incidence where they opened the bag opened the box and checked on the item inside??? Is this proper protocol? I mean if it didnt fit I would return it. Just didnt seem right to me and the not acknowledging us was reason for my score otherwise I love this store.

Staff always friendly, may seem pricey until you shop deals, and clearance. Manage to always walk out with bags for cheap!

Happy to see a great line of clothing. Not to mention, I was able to find a coupon on line for in store purchase

JC Penney is one of my favorite stores and, boy, did I ever get some great items on clearance today! The only thing that bothers me is the small number of check out stations, but I suppose thats here to stay! Store is clean and organized - staff cheerful and helpful!

Was looking for a specific item at a great price and to my surprise it as available at JC Penney. I rarely shop here but now I will watch the sales they advertise. I was able to do curbside pickup. I literally placed my order and picked it up within a hour. Very fast and pleased with the customer service!

Its OK didnt have what I wanted and guy or should I say kid behind counter wasnt helpful at all. Its like anywhere u go anymore workers are just rude unhelpful and inconsiderateThats y I just usually shop online now. And BTW Amazon had what I needed for cheaper. But if your sales person would have been more helpful I would have gotten it there.

They have lots of choices. Im new to internet shopping. Id rather go into the store if I can. I found some nice pants and a pair of jeans...a little to big. So now I need to come in again and get a smaller. And maybe a belt.

Ordered online! I had placed 2 separate orders.Pulled into a spot for curbside pickup,signed in waited and waited nothing so I had to call the number.Employee came out with only 1 order,she had to go back in and get my other order.Total wait time 30 minutes,Not very convenient! :(

Horrible service at the return counter by Fredrika and Ravana. I was bullied and harassed for refusing to wear their mask Even though they had two masks on and a plastic divider. They broke the law by wanting to find out what my medical condition was which is against Hipa rules.

Had to wait ti get in the fitting room because some boys were playing around trying clothes on I was a little disappointed they didnt have my size or my husbands size in black but we got the blue ones and the cashier was so very polite and very nice .

I love JCPenneys. They have great quality clothes and run sales all the time. 3 dresses, 2 blouses, 1 sweater and a pair of dress slacks for just over $150. (And all big girl sizes.) Phenomenal!

Great deals and the store is organized.North entrance handicap door button does not open door. And it is extremely hot inside store due to air conditioning is broke. It has been broke for at least a month and a half.

I paid for my purchase online and picked it up at the store the same day! It was very easy. I recommend shopping that way to anyone that knows what they want but dont want to spend time walking around in the store.
