Melody was a pleasure to work with and a great communicator. I felt like she under promised and over delivered. The team performing the pressure washing and coating did a great job and also did a good job of keeping us up to speed with the installation process. I highly recommend Splash Proof.

We hired Splash Proof after we came across their ad in our community newsletter. It was very easy to schedule a visit with their representative. Melody came to inspect the place and she provided a thorough overview of the process, how it compares to other sanding/sealing techniques, areas to be covered and how many days it will take. It was easy to schedule the proofing process. The workers arrived on time and conducted the entire process very seamlessly. At the beginning of each day they provided an overview of what was going to covered that day and at the end they would provide us a glimpse of what the next day would look like. The outcomes have met our expectations. We could not have been more thrilled. We fully recommend Splash Proof.

My wife and I did not have a good experience with Splash Proof. Once we completed our outdoor kitchen in March 2020 we wanted to have our brick pavers cleaned and sealed. We shopped around for pricing and quality work. We chose Splash Proof because we were drawn to the sales lady Melody as well as good reviews. She assured us we would get the best finished product with her company. What a mistake that was! Instead of taping off areas to protect it from the sealant, Splash Proof skipped this important step. They over sprayed the sealant about 4” over the stone on our brand new summer kitchen, changing the color of the stone. During this time the pavers already started to show a white haze within days in certain areas. We called them and expressed our frustration. The company that built our outdoor kitchen had to come back, remove the bottom portion of stone and replace it. Splash Proof did pay for the repairs. So when the same tech returned to respray all the pavers, he over sprayed the white aluminum screen cage, sealing in dirt this time. So I called again asking them to correct another problem from the same technician. So they send a different tech to remove the sealed in dirt from the bottom of the cage but he did a terrible job. Most of the dirt was removed but the chemical that was used discolored the white aluminum gray in areas. At this point, we were so frustrated with the poor quality of work and continued incompetence. Now the white haze effect has returned in most areas and our pavers have lost their luster. We’d rather not bother with them coming back to make anymore corrections, we would just not recommend their product.

Melody was very honest with me and gave good advise and took into consideration my situation. At this time I will do nothing with my lanai but if I decide to do something I will definitely call Melody & Splash Proof to do the job.

The guys who cleaned my driveway and back patio did an awesome job. I am happy with the results. I had some stubborn stains that could not be removed but overall. I was pleased.

The guys were all professional and punctual. They also took the time to explain the process and what to expect. Melody was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed. You know they care about their people as she brought them out lunch. I don’t expect any issues but I am still waiting for the product to dry.

We called Splash Proof for an estimate for the pavers on our lanai. I cant praise them enough. We had an extreme situation and they came through. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Tanner, Nelson, and Hunter, they were able to bring out the original color of the stone and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. I’ve used Apple Splash Proof America two different times to clean our roof. Spoke with Melody and Ott the first time, and he explained the process, how it works, how long it lasts, etc. The final bill was exactly as quoted, and it lasted exactly as he said it would. Worked with Adi the second time. Another great experience with the roof. It looked amazing, and still does. I will ONLY use Splash proof Tampa from here on out. I have recommended them to several people. Hopefully they will utilize their services

Our neighbor hired Splash to clean their roof, house, and driveway. They cleaned their house but left ours a muddy mess. All of the dirt from their house is now splattered all over the side of our house!! Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Now I have to get mine cleaned when it didn’t need it in the first place. I needed to have my driveway cleaned. I decided to get roof cleaned as well. What a tremendous difference. After cleaning and sealing the colors in the tiles came out bright and shiny. We have had our pool deck (pavers) pressure sprayed and sealed in the past. Splash Proof was definitely a step above the rest. We could see the detailed work in person through our sliders that skirt the pool deck. They took the time to do it right. Virtually nothing (debris) ended up in our pool after the work was done. Sand was applied evenly everywhere and sealing product was applied carefully. Tanner and his assistant even cleaned out the spider webs from our pool cage. They asked us if we needed help moving stuff back onto the deck and were very friendly. We had someone call us each day to let us know the general arrival times, too. Well done and we definitely recommend!

I am so happy with the work the Splash Proof crew did!!! Our pavers look better than they have with any other company we have used. Melody came out and quoted the job then showed up while the job was being done. She watched over the job and made sure everything was done. The guys on the crew were friendly and very hard working. Had my driveway, pool pavers, walk way, and whole house done, including my metal roof! Looks like new again. Completely satisfied with the results. I had previously pressure washed my pool deck several times. Looked good for a short while but inevitably it turned black again with mold and mildew. I received a Splash flyer in the mail and called them. They sent Melody out who showed me some pictures of her other clients. I hired them and they were out the following week. Took a few days to complete the entire project, but it was a big project. After it was completed, looked better than ever! Had a small problem with a pool screen getting torn, 1 phone call and Splash got it fixed with no questions. Great customer service, great product. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I have used this company several times over the past several years, for my roof and also for the patio pavers. They were more expensive initially than some other companies, but they honor their warranty and use high quality product. The workers are professional and eager to please. They do not rush. Melody in sales is great! She is responsive and thorough. You get what you pay for, so the experience has been a good one for us.

My lanai was just done and it looks great! I was impressed by the service from start to finish. Splash Proof was recommended to us by our condo association lead maintenance man. After meeting Melody and the crew I told him I can see why you like them. They are very professional and concerned with our needs. The entire crew paid great attention to detail and kept us up to date on their progress. And they do beautiful work. I have to say, I was impressed from start to finish... My salesperson Melody thoroughly explained the science behind their procedure as well as the process. The actual technicians came out and did a great job on my sidewalk and my pool deck pavers... When it rains the water beads up on both like car wax... Very happy with the entire process.

Absolutely terrible. Hired them to clean and seal my roof, driveway, walkways, pool deck and sidewalks at a cost of $11,000 and paid a $5500 deposit.They were unable to clean the driveway or sidewalks so we agreed to remove them from the project. Then they were unable to clean the pool deck but insisted it was ready to be sealed (see picture below). After going back and forth they agreed to remove the pool deck from the project which meant the only part they actually completed was the roof. They demanded another $1200 for the roof ($6700 to clean and seal a roof???) which I refused to pay.Upon further inspection they did not replace a single cracked roof tile (the contract called for them to replace a certain number of cracked tiles) and to add insult to injury here we are 1 year later and the roof is dirty again already.

Super pleased with our new pool cabana. Splash Proof was great. Their project manager came and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my inquiry. Two weeks later their crew came to do the A+ job with my pool area. # 1 in Tampa FL area for roof/ driveway etc

We had our pool refinished, retiled as well as put down pavers and coping back in 2013. The job was excellent but the pool company outsourced the sanding and the sealing of the pavers to a third party. Since then, we have had 3 different companies come out and try to resand and reseal and we never got the desired results - until now Melody made a personal visit, recommended stripping the existing sealer and start from scratch. What great advice! The crew of Nelson and David were fantastic. Our lanai pavers finally look like they should have when we first installed them 7 years ago - brand new! Id HIGHLY recommend Splash Proof to anyone that is looking to get the job done right the first time!

I dealt with an awful company that sealed my pavers. Splash Proof was a complete 180 experience! They were very professional and the crew that did the stripping and resurfacing did a fantastic job. I would recommend them over and over. Glad to know there are still good companies out there.

Worst ever! They came out to pressure wash and seal our roof, house, and decking. Within two months we had major leaks in our house because they damaged two roof vents as well as the water barrier on the roof, causing several thousands of dollars worth of damage. When we discovered the roof leaks, they took no ownership of the problem, other than sending out their roofer who said that they didn’t damage anything, while the roof company that we ended up hiring verified that the roof was in fact damaged by something like a large piece of equipment (e.g. a pressure washing machine).To be clear, the house is only 5 years old and we had ZERO leaks before this so-called service was provided.To boot, when they washed the back deck area they broke the blade off of a ceiling fan but rather than own up to it, they hid the broken blade in the BBQ Grill, costing an additional $500 in repairs.Run away!

I generally dont write reviews but I was impressed with the sales and the actual job. It turned out great brought color back to the pavers in the driveway and pool deck. I highly recommend.

This company is probably the worst contractors I have ever run across. They are a bait and switch company. They will give you a brochure that shows before and after pictures. The after picture shows high gloss. It also states that it has a 5 year warranty on pavers. Well, I do not have a high gloss finish and it only lasted about a year. They told me I only have a year warranty. Big lie! Also, watch out for the sales lady Melody. She keep telling me that I will get 5 years from the sealer. She also showed me dozens of pictures of high gloss finish. What a con job! They have an inferior product. I would give them a NO STAR rating but it will not register.

FANTASTIC Product and Service. I did my research and I can tell you from hours of reading document after document that these guys are using the best paver sealer available. Its really a miracle that some scientist came up with this water based, non-toxic chemical. I have kids and read that some of the other service providers out there are using petroleum coatings and sealers and these can cause cancer over a period of time. Kids play a lot on the driveway....If your going to seal its best to do it with the product that Splash Proof is using, which is a solvent-based siloxane. Its safe for everyone and pets.Just had the crew come out and do some work for me. Had my roof and sidewalks done. Looks amazing and better than new. Thank you guys. You did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend splash proof to anybody looking for great job at a value price. Best to all of you .

Splash Proof did a great job on my pool deck. I paid extra to have them clean my screens, unfortunately they tore three of my screens in the process but within days they came out and repaired them.

We used Splash proof for the pavers in our drive way and patio backyard. They were super quick in service and we were very happy with the results. They are extremely professional and perfectionists through and through. I had them seal my paver driveway and pool deck, wanting the job to be perfect, they pressure cleaned my sidewalks for no charge. It truly saddens me I won’t see them again for 10 years, every company should offer service and customer service like Splash does!

I originally used Splashproof for the pavers around our pool. It was a great experience and all the staff were professional. It rained right after they left, and the girl at the time, Krystal, was proactive in calling me to tell me they were aware it had rained and would be back out to touch up any areas that needed it. A year later our pavers look perfect, so we hired Splashproof to coat our concrete driveway and front stone walk. Product is awesome and both the sales person (Melody) and the workers (David and Xavier) were pleasant . Only 4 stars unfortunately, because the office lady had a very bad attitude with me on the phone. Overall the experience was still positive, and I have recommended the company to neighbors, but the new receptionist needs to work on customer service skills.

Had my entire roof, driveway, walkways and lanai done by Splashproof a little more than 2 years ago. they have a 5 year warranty on the walkways and 10 year on the roof. First, my roof hasnt needed to be cleaned AT ALL in over 2 years! It looks perfect. my walkways were done and good for a couple years and then started showing signs of not being sealed any longer. I called them based on the warranty (5 years) and unlike most companies, Melody Lu told me they would be happy to redo anything i thought was needed!! that never happens with contractors! (BTW, they said when they applied originally it wasnt great because it rained the next day, or it would have lasted better). Overall I cant say enough how happy i am with the work and their ongoing support and responsiveness. Thanks Splashproof and I am happy to be reference anytime!

This is the worst company ever!! Not only did they RUIN my pavers they promised over and over that they would make it right. Scheduled to come back 3 times and after waiting hours they would just call with the “sorry we couldn’t make it” never do business with them.
